Proprietor has always been informative and friendly.I don’t know a lot about cigars as I have just been introduced to it but he has been patient and answered all questions and is very polite I like him and will keep returning to try new things.
The gentleman here was very polite and knowledgeable, really helped me out when I havent smoked in a good while. Will definitely be coming here again.
Very good experience friendly people Highly recommend it.
Very nice establishment! Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable of the selection of cigars he has.
This place does not have a lot of variety. Specifically, the more quality cigars, which cost $20 & up per stick. For example, God of Fire, Feral, and others. My impression is it is a low budget, ma and pa shop. Not open on Sundays, which is not good for the area it serves. Try someplace else. Dont waste your time here.
I walked in and the guy looked me up and down asking what I want. I told him that I was just looking as this was my first time there. He didnt give any recommendations and just simply said that I couldnt go in because they are only doing curbside. If thats the case then why not offer some recommendations? Instead he just nonchalantly lost a customer. Oh well, theres lots of other option out there to go to.
Nice selection of cigars and accessories. A little on the pricey side compared to online, but Jason is always helpful and nice.
This an excellent place!!! The atmosphere is great, the conversations are pleasant and awesome. The guy who works there is very cigar knowledgeable. I frequent this place 2-3 times a week, often past 8pm and have yet to be dissatisfied!
Cigar Time is an excellent cigar spot!!! The guy that runs the place, Jason, I believe is incredibly knowledgeable and gives great recommendations. Nice and clean ambiance.
I enjoy shopping here. The owner has always been very cordial and make great recommendations for cigars.
What a great place, owner was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection and decent pricing. Low and high end accessories sold here too.
Unfortunately they are super slow to restock major cigar brands. Multiple times stopped only to find they were out of my cigars. Yet Shell station on Pearland Parkway never runs out of the Rocky Patel Decades. Finally just gave up on stopping and wasting my time.
Staff is rude. Walked in and guy looked at me like i wasn’t supposed to be in there and didn’t belong. Very strange vibe. I’ll stick to rice village next time. This place is a joke.
Thank you the new chairs in the lounge
1st time will never be back. Admit didnt know store hours but arrived at 8;01 to purchase cigars. Guy looks at me and says closedThis is why people buy cigars at Specs..
