Love, love, love the staff here! They make up for the lack of jewelry, and other merchandise. Thats my only complaint. This location doesnt have as much as some of the other locations. However, I live close by, and the friendly, lively staff keep me coming back(:

I went in because I know my kids are into My Hero Academia and I was so lost as to what to get. Cat was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction. She even helped me select a few things off of a text my kid sent me. She was awesome and the experience and ease of shopping at this location is always amazing. Thank you Cat!

Employees are usually there to help. I really enjoyed Austins service. Such a nice guy and really cared about helping me find Funko Pops. He gave me a lot of information that I didnt know about and didnt hesitate to answer a bunch of my questions. God bless him

Walked in the store with my daughter, associate was on the computer, I said hello. Associate never responded stayed on the computer. I was the only customer in the store looking for a Sonic the Hedgehog shirt. Did feel like I was valued in any way, already made my mind up that I wasnt supporting this location. I went to buy some items for christmas and needed some help to get some stuff off the top rack, they came and helped me out quick and went in and out in less than 5 minutes.

My wife and her mom love this store I love it to for the pops and horror stuff the staff is great and in a good location.

I was looking for a 14G lebret for my husband h I was directed to nose rings. When I questioned her about it she said she didnt know why it had a picture of a nose or why it said nose stud on the package. I asked for the 14G section & was directed to the 16G section. When looking on my own for the 14G section she kept forcing me back to the very girly 16G area despite telling her multiple time my HUSBANDS lebret is 14G. I left pissed off & empty handed.

Staff rude and unfriendly but I guess thats just HT etiquette. Kind of always been that way in several locations.
