This is my first time here and it was wonderful. I was greeted when I entered the door. These ladies knew my eyes better than I did. I went from tri focals to bifocals. I also didnt know about prescription sunglasses and they are wonderful. Ill always come back here for all my needs. The exam lady was great and shes a keeper as well as all the others. Thank you ladies for your awesome care..

I walked in and from the start the staff was great, they greeted me at the door. Julissa made me feel comfortable in choosing my glasses. She gave me a wide selection of glasses to choose from.

The outside of the building is a little iffy, but inside is clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. They have a nice selection of glasses which is why we chose this store over its competitors that have similar deals. The ladies who worked here were extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. I had a virtual eye visit with a technician in store to set me up and the doctor was on the screen and was leading the exam from a tele-location. Easy process and enjoyable for my entire family. We all got great new glasses and contacts.

DO NOT GO TO ANY EYELAB! Turns out EYELAB has tons of lawsuits against them for misdiagnosis leading to serious medical issues. The optometrists see patients via video chat in an exam room. They misdiagnosed my daughter. Less than six months later my daughter now has semi permanent double vision due to the misdiagnosis of her prescription. Her vision will correct itself over time but her vision will most likely be permanently damaged. I thought I was saving money not putting my child’s health and safety at risk!

Complete terrible. Said they would wait up for us 10 minutes after close and they did not. Continuously said they would be there and were not.

Came in for a eye exam and the 2/59.95 deal they have on the window. I was greeted immediately by the girls in the front. They walked with me and held conversation while I was taken to the doctor area. The young man doing the exam was sweet and really helpful. Exam is VIRTUAL i mean HOW COOL!!! After the exam I went to look at the selection of glasses and the associates offered other promotions they had running that day, I again stated I am trying to stay in a certain price range. I have been previously scolded and treated differently because of that and that was NOT the case here!! The ladies Emily and Rose really helped me find my look.They let me try on and both gave honest opinions and that was refreshing. I walked out paying 59.95 and will never forget how amazing those girls made me feel. Then they said before leaving cant wait to see you with your new glasses!! That was just a special personal touch that a lot of sales people forget to do. You can tell they love what they do.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Only time dr is in is 1x a week so the rest you use telemed. I got my rx with this vitural thing and had problems adjusting so i went to a real dr in person. The rx they telemed gives is waaaaay off i had already spent a few hundred on they rx in my glasses which i cant wear because the rx is too strong. I wont recommend this place to anyone.Plus Emily and Rosemary isnt very nice they act like i was bothering them while i was there. Very bad attitude, wasnt smiling or friendlyAlso the glasses took longer than they said it would almost 2 months because apparently they couldnt put my lens into the frame so they had to send it back to lab. Makes no sense

I came in expecting to spend the promotional 2/$59.99 hit those frames were ugly. However they did have a BOGO deal and I ended up getting a couple really nice pairs of glasses for a great deal. The lady who helped me, Ms Sinthia was patient and more than willing to help me with the process.

My name is Joshua Giles. I went In on September 8th for Contacts and glasses eye exam. Went in and it was done VIRTUALLY!! Okay fine, but they didn’t have my prescription that the Dr. prescribed me, said they had to order it and that it would be in store 09/14/20. They gave me 1 right eye contact and sent me home, REALLY, how am I suppose to see?? I’m a truck driver!! So the 14th comes around and no call nor email, I call them and ask what’s going on, they tell me that my contacts won’t be in until next month, REALLY!! I even call back everyday to see if anything changes and it’s a different excuse everyday! Do yourself a favor and don’t go with this company, there not professional neither are they a CARING STAFF AS THEY PROCLAIM ON THERE SITE! I will never return back here and don’t recommend anyone to come this COMPANY! I’ve never seen an optometrist give you 1 contact and send you home knowing you can’t see! This is absolutely not acceptable.

If I could give this location no stars I would.I dropped two (2) pair of frames off to have my prescription put in them, I dropped them off on 2/16/21. It is now 3/2/21 and have only received one (1) pair back.Last week they told me they would be ready today but when I called to make sure they were there, the woman that answered the phone said they werent there and that she didnt know when theyd be readyWhen I asked why, she simply hung up the phone on me.And let me also add this, when I picked up the pair that were ready I again called before driving over and the woman said come on over We will be here, so I drive the 25 minutes to get there, arriving at about 2:30 p.m. and they were gone for the day!Deplorable customer service, please dont waste your time or money with these people.They will get no more of my business.

Went there for an exam only because I wanted to get some high end designer frames. The person who helped me (Jeannette) was very friendly and nice she talked me into getting some frames since it made no sense to just pay 45 when I can pay a few bucks more and have a set of backup glasses from here. She was also very knowledgeable in the add one that was recommended from the Dr. I would recommend this place and to see her if you wanted a friendly person to help you get some glasses. The guy Humberto was nice too, he did my pretest

I initially came in here looking at the 2/$60 promotion and the service i received was outstanding. I then decided to bring both of my parents so they can take advantage of their promotions. Rating this place 5 stars is not enough! Their customer service was outstanding and met my expectations. The guy who did my pre test was very knowledgeable and was very kind to both of my parents who are of age. The sales person who first helped me, Janette, was very professional and very kind. Towards the end, they got really busy but they were able to handle the speed. Emily was the one who checked me out and she was very knowledgeable and educated me on my needs. 10/10 recommend!! I will definitely be a returning customer and i will let my friends and family know about this company.

I really enjoyed my experience at My Eyelab Sinthia was very patient with me while I decided on 1 or 2 glasses. The eye exam was a virtual doctors visit which was a new experience for me. Everyone was very friendly and informative.

The sale that is two for $59 is misleading. its only plastic frames that are blue tagged. i was recommended this place on social media. i liked how quick the eye exam was and that they had hours open on saturday. the part i disliked was how expensive the glasses were for just one pair and how i was treated afterwards. i live and work 30 minutes away from the location, and they close at 6pm. i tried to make it to the store prior to closing but with traffic heavy, i called to see if they would wait since i drove a long distance. there was no answer. so i arrived and the door was locked and she told me to come back another day. came back the next day and made it, but my glasses were not adjusted to my face and they really didn’t care. i won’t be using this company again.

I had a excellent experience today at the My Eyelab on Pearland Parkway. I asked Velia & Aubrey to help me choose glasses to complement my facial shape. I am blown away not only with the frames these ladies choose for me, but I have not seen such great customer care as they give me in a long time. Cant wait to get my glasses, thanks ladies.

Was excited to go get my first pair of prescription Ray Bans. Thought this was a good company because they let me pay half for ordering and I could pay the rest when picking up. Then COVID hit and this location closed making it impossible for me to pick up my glasses. Due to their “180 day policy” they shipped my glasses back and cancelled my order WITH NO REFUND without sending an email and claimed my number was wrong. These SCAMMERS just took $120 from me and management didn’t even try to help. It’s still in their system that I paid but it can’t even go towards another purchase. There’s so many other places you can get glasses from dont take a chance with these SCAMMERS like I did.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable ...... and so courteous. Their store was clean, sanitized, PPE worm and monitored, compliance with Govt COVID prevention Regulations was in place and evident procedural protol in tact. I came in order my glasses the next week I brought my son in order him 2 pair and got my daughter a eye exam. Had to call bout my son’s because nobody ever called. Only one pair came in the other pair was broken so they had to send them back. Guess what they still not back . I’m not happy and will not be back if I knew this I would have taken my money and insurance somewhere else.

This place is a joke .... I was told 5 businesses days when I ordered my glasses. it’s been 5 days already and called them and they said 5 more business days! If I could cancel the order I would instantly! I will never come back here again!

I had my eye exam the second weekend of July. Right away, when I sat down after my eye exam with the young lady she gave me the wrong information about my prescription. She had someone elses prescription at her station saying that I didnt need progressive lenses. Ive wore progressive lenses for the past 7 years. Mistake 1#. Secondly! Ive had to wait almost a month to get my glasses. I stopped by the store in Pearland, Tx and asked when they would be in, and I was told that it would be another 6 days and I would get a call once they arrived. I called back today and a young lady picks up the phone and when asking her if my glasses where there she says they have been here since 08/03 I asked her why hasnt anyone contacted me and she abruptly cuts me off and says Sir they are here you can come and pick them up I will never do business with this place again and I will make sure to get the word out about how long it takes and how poorly the customer service is. Your stores need better training and faster service bottom line

Very Kind, Informative, and pricing was perfect with their free exam when you buy your glasses is perfect for those without insurance. Also, those parents that can only get 1 eyeglass prescription paid for every 2 years this place is perfect. I rarely write reviews and they deserve their 5 Stars.

Staff wasnt interested in providing customer service. The delivery of the glasses took 3 weeks before they were delivered. I am taking the glasses to other a different store to get them adjusted. Good luck in getting in contact with a human when calling to check in order status and they will not contact you when the glasses arrive.

I was impressed with the Skype-style prescription check-up (really for the glasses) but other than that no eye exam whatsoever. Two staff, one was nice to talk to, while the other behaved as if I was there to get the exam done, grab the prescription and run away (yes, literally, refused to show me my new prescription numbers, until I expressed utter disbelief and told Im not going to run out with it). Seriously!!! Paid the fee out of pocket and glad that I never have to go back to this place again!

Couple months ago I came here it does take awhile to get your glasses but rather than that mean the quality of the glasses it was very unexpensive and I love this place and I will be back for the future visits thank you guys

If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t. Save yourself the time and money.1. The staff is unprofessional and rude, except for one.2. The exams are through video chat, which made it difficult because nobody was actually in the room with you to make sure the equipment is on correct or even angled so you can actually see the letters on the screen3. There‘s very little variety of frames to choose from. They are all basically the same type of frames4. It took over a month for my glasses to be ready. I ordered them on December 2nd and barely got them on January 6th. They didn’t even call me to let me know they were ready to pick up, even though they said the glasses had been ready. If I hadn’t called to ask if there was a problem with them, they probably would’ve never called me. My mom had the same experience.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BOTH MY SONS PAIRS (2) OF GLASSES HAVE BROKEN (IN HALF). The service is horrible, the reps on location are rude. I also requested to BUY a sample pair of contacts because my son was on his last pair before i ordered and they would not even SELL me a pair. With a family of 6 wearing glasses, Ive dealt with Walmart Vision, Lenscrafters, Houston Eye Associates and never have i ever experienced the intolerable service and low quality product that eyelab offers. I thought it would be great because they are in the neighborhood but there are some things that are just worth traveling for. They dont even deserve the one star this review is forcing me to give.

Excellent service, extremely happy with the attention given, Max was such great help, I’m very grateful for the service he gave us and will be definitely referring anyone I know to this location . 100% recommend it, they are so kind and understanding.

Save yourself the trouble, yes the place is super cheap but you get what you paid for. They messed up my contact order and then I had the biggest issue trying to get a refund for contacts that were ordered with the wrong prescription.

The eye “exam” is completed through video call with an optometrist offsite. If your prescription is high then you’ll waist 45 min going through the exam through video then have to reschedule for an in house optometrist only available on Tuesdays with limited hours. I waisted 1.5 hrs in this place

Horrible services! Eye tech/examiner is done remote; not physically in exam room. They didn’t asked or answer questions. Employees disinterested; told me I didn’t have allowance after I asked. Now I know why it was emptied. I absolutely regret wasting my annual exam at this place!

This customer service is the worst. They lied about ready date, delivery and shipment. Once my glasses were delayed by weeks they made no effort to send FedEx as advised, they then sent them USPS snail mail to make it take even longer. Never again.
