The guy at the store was wonderful. He was all by himself and he managed to juggle three different customers while setting up my new iPhone. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and connected everything and made sure I was already to go before I left. Even when I asked him a barrage of questions about my new phone he patiently answered all of them. I would definitely rate this location a 10. His name was Zachary!!!

I purchased a Galaxy watch at a non Verizon retailer. I called the store and spoke to Derek. I asked about connecting the watch to my phone. He asked me a few questions and took some information from the watch. He advised he could connect it from the information I provided and did not have to come into the store. This was great service, especially in these times (COVID-19). He advised it would take a little time to process through. He called me back in an hour or so and stated it was all set and had the phone number for the watch. This is great service especially in these times and this will insure I stay a customer of this store.

Steve Catt was amazing! After receiving a phone as a birthday gift I went to the Verizon store in Salem (where the phone was purchased) to get it set up. After the girl assured me it was ‘all set’ I left. When I got home it was not all set. I went to the Verizon in Pelham N.H. and Steve Catt saved me. He spent over 3 hours getting my phone and watch all working, even staying after their closing time to get it right. He is moving to the Hookset N.H. store and I will be going there to get our new iPad and I-watch! He was fabulous!!!!!!!

I went to the Verizon store in Pelham NH to buy my Son a phone and when the sales rep Keith told me the price I told him to hold on I think I can get it cheaper. I went outside and called Best Buy and they had it in stock and the price was cheaper. I went back inside and told Keith that I found it cheaper and that Best Buy had it in stock. Keith told me that he had already placed the order. I told him that I said to hold on a second and to cancel the order as I never told him to place the order. I asked to speak to the manager and Keith said he was the manager.Now i have to wait till phone comes in to cancel. Very poor customer support. I called Verizon customer support and explained the situation and they said no charges will be placed on my account. Bottom line i was inconvenienced and Im very disappointed with Verizon. Ive been a customer for 15 years and Im seriously considering to find another provider.

Completely unhelpful staff. Was given conflicting directions regarding my defective phone, all of which involved me going elsewhere to have my problem resolved even though I had bought the phone from their store.
