I was referred to Michael by Judy at The Bridal Secret. It was a little over a week before my wedding and I needed my whole dress altered. Michael stepped up and began working on my dress the same day Judy called him. Michael was amazing and super talented. My dress was perfected in just a couple of days. He ultimately saved my wedding. Michael is so talented at what he does and is incredibly kind! He altered my wedding dress, bridal shower dress, rehearsal dinner dress, AND made my veil for my wedding, and everything came out flawlessly. The best part? His work is fabulous and he has incredibly low prices!! He is absolutely amazing! I literally watched him make my veil right in front of me during one of my visits for the gown fitting. He is truly amazing and my wedding gown fit like a glove when he was done with it. Very reasonably priced as well.

Id give them 10 stars if I could!! Last week, I was in a panic when my new dress wouldnt zip and 5 days until I needed it. I had 2 local seamstresses tell me there was nothing they could do. I called and he told me not to panic and come right in, I did and they had it done on Tuesday for me. Amazing work!! Im so thankful!!

Michael was so pleasant to work with. I went in looking for a bridesmaid dress. He has a great selection of dresses, sizes, and colors to work with. He showed me some of the dresses he madd himself, blow away with this hidden gem in Pembroke. Ill be going back back for alterations and other dresses in the future.

He wants to make sure every bridal party has what they need. Whether you want straps or strapless, there were several bridesmaids dress styles to choose from. Even after trying on the dress you want to order, make sure he gets your measurements before you leave.

Do not go here! Ordered our 2 bridesmaid dresses about 10 sizes too big despite being measured. Got one of the dresses alterations done there however was very poorly done. Still didnt fit and had to bring it somewhere else. Very disappointed

Very poor job & extremely dissapointed w/end result. Not just MY WEDDING GOWN but the mother of the brides dress..seams were coming apart which had to go back to be fixed before wedding. My mother noticed AT THE WEDDING after picking up her dress that it had grease stains all over it. That was just her dress. My wedding gown looked like a one year old sewed the seams and straps. stains and black fingerprints all over the dress when PAID him to spot clean it as he said cleaning it could shrink it. The hem was also taken up more than I okd. At first glance, the dress seemed ok when I went to pick it up the first time. I told him I should try it on just incase. Good thing because the straps were also uneven...(custom off-the-shoulder straps that I designed to add to the strapless dress). He got all huffy when I told him it needed to be fixed right then it was the end of the day. I was leaving for my wedding in NH in the morning. I even offered to pick up the dress the next morning but he said he would do it then. He seemed to be rushing through it & as I’m standing there watching him FIX his first mistake, he even said, I hope you dont think Im rushing this, im not.. I think he was tired &wanted to go home & didnt care how it turned out. I tried it on the straps were even but he was rushing me out the door, and it was getting late & closing, I failed to notice extremely poor sewing job & stains from his dirty fingers (this was after he supposedly cleaned it” which I don’t believe he ever actually did because the dress was covered in stains after should have been able to trust him to clean my dress and pick up before I was leaving for my wedding-he had months to get this right!!!) my entire wedding party was horrified w/ final product when I pulled it out of the bag-so embarrassing. He never cleaned my dress. It was disgusting. Spent half the day cleaning it when I should have been enjoying myself. We noticed more grease stains on my mother’s dress too. Its a shame I liked him and his shop at first even though he seemed extremely busy all the time as e it was prom season. He could barely find time for me on the wknd & had to come before/after work on wkdays. Is it me or does a wedding seem it should take priority over a prom dress? idk. I disregarded all of this at first. He refused a refund, wasnt the least bit remorsful. I didnt ask for full refund, just partial & to fix it. He did-sort of & only gave my $20 tip back as if that would fix the fact that all my getting ready shots on my wedding day never happened due to spot cleaning entire day when I should’ve been taking photos w/my bridesmaids. He even threatened to take me to small claims court for damages if I wrote any bad reviews. In front of other brides! Funny thing is, I was very nice to him about the whole thing. I rarely write bad reviews, If this wasn’t my WEDDING DRESS I wouldn’t care but dont want to see any other brides dress/day ruined so I feel I should give you all the heads up. If you don’t care & not picky about quality & outcome of your wedding dress than go here. If not-take the risk. If you want a clean white dress then go elsewhere! So many talented people out there that don’t overbook & care about quality work! Hopefully he learned not to be so sloppy w/ trusting customers & their thousand dollar dresses. The LEAST he could’ve done was offer refund of some sort & this review wouldn’t be here. Luckily, you couldnt see unraveling seams underneath where straps fell on my arm & we spot cleaned to the best of our ability in very limited time before walking down aisle. Oh well, Im still smiling! I had a beautiful wedding/honeymoon in the carribean! ;) Good luck to all you bride to be’s!Edit: added photos of dress on here &google approved them.
