I went here on a Sunday to have my bike tire fixed.This was the only place open on Sunday, so they have that going for them. They did a great job fixing it but their prices are rediculous. I am new to bike riding so didnt realize at the time. Just left a bike shop and paid $35 for them to replace the tire for me. I spent close to $80 for the same service here.

This is my favorite local ski shop around! They have many knowledgeable staff members in store to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Recently I had a binding defect and thought I was done for the winter, but Bobby in service did an incredible job getting me back in the snow way sooner than expected! His communication was impeccable and I knew ever detail of the progress of my repair. He did an excellent repair job on my skis as well, and helped me mould my boots to my feet using a thermal process. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially Bobby in the shop!

Lots to do. Digital golf, darts, cornhole, ping pong, billiards, live music, and a bar!

Great customer service and selection for a variety of abilities and budgets. The salepeople were quick to offer assistance and took their time to ensure that we were fitted properly with ski boots that were right for us and in our budget. They did not pressure us, the emphasis was on getting us in the best boot for us. We highly recommend Sun & Ski Sports.

After seeing the product available on the website, my husband and I went to the store and there were no items left. We asked if she could take our name for next shipment and she said no and we could not get a date of any new product arrivals. It is unfortunate the customer service was poor. I would have waited for the product in order to support a local business instead of going online. I spoke to a very nice representative on the Chat with Backcountry.com and she was able to place an order for me and give me 15% off.

Terrible Customer Service! Could not reach anyone by phone or live chat! I would like to order a product and after not being able to reach anyone from home, I traveled to the (empty) store. The store clerk indicated that if I wanted the product it is first come, first serve. Sun&Ski cant take orders, customers have to come each day to see if it is available. Sun&Ski does not have a basic inventory system to tell the store when or if a product will be available or any sort of customer service to make up for the lack of inventory control.

Poor customer service. I waited 30 minutes to pick up 2 boards at the service desk while multiple staff members walked by and ignored the line behind me. The gentleman that actually was working the desk was assisting his two friends talking shop about their gear until he looked up an asked if anyone was helping me. After expressing no, he then said that hed try to find someone. After finding no free staff members, he than expressed to his friends to give him 5 minutes and then began to treat me like I was a burden.After 45 minutes, I finally received the boards and left the store. Upon further inspection after I got home the wax jobs completed were subpar and one of the boards has a long scratch in the wax. Thanks guys...

Terrible customer experience. Nigel rushed us through a $700 ski purchase, only speaking in haiku to my husband. I did not have any say, nor was I able to touch or see anything I purchased. Then he botched the bindings. But he did give us $20! Cannot tell you how mad I am right now.
