The store was organized and clean. The clerk helped me pick out hair bleach and toner, she was really nice! Well worth the trip from La Grande.

Looking for refill cartridges of a spray tanning product, called Salon Bronze, which Ive been using for years. All of a sudden, no more Salon Bronze? I ask the clerk if she can order more product and she informed me, that the manager, told her to sell what was left on the shelf, and they would no longer carry this product. No reason given, so I call the Sallys store, in College Place, WA, and ask if their store is also discontinuing the Salon Bronze? The clerk, said, they had plenty of the product in Stock and were Not discontinuing the Salon Bronze. Also, had a similar problem with the larger, higher quality, shower caps. The Pendleton, Sallys store only carries, smaller, cheaply made shower caps. Again, I ask the clerk if they can get the larger, better quality Caps? Answer was, No, we cannot get them, yet when I called the Sallys store in College Place, they had them in stock!Furthermore, this store closes earlier, which Ive heard many complaints about. Unfortunately, I was forced to drive twice the distance, back to College Place, WA, in order to purchase the same products, Ive been using for many years. Chalk it up to Poor Management.

I went into the store tonight Nov. 30th at about 4:30, just needing a .79 cent nail file. The two girls that where working their couldnt have been nicer. I just purchased 5 rolls of gift wrap paper at the $ store, which where loose and falling about, the girls offered to get me a bag, or a rubber band to hold them together, they went above and beyond service, and we laught and had a great time. Koodos to the Pendleton store for having two girls that will definitely bring me back. Thank them. Trish

I wanted to go in to buy some hair dye at 5:54 PM and the door was locked with people inside, their hours say they are open till 7:00 PM.

I went in to get hair color.the girl working who was alone also didnt know anything about any products or.how to mix them and when I asked her to call Hermiston store to ask if they had the product she actually said dont u have a phone u can call them u kidding me isnt that ur job...............i wont be coming back here Ill go to Hermiston
