Lied about pricing 2x. They told us they cover my wife glasses exam when making the appointment...then when we show up for my and her appointment we are told its $188 for her exam while mine will be covered. So I tell them to shred her info she wont do the exam.. then while Im in the back getting my exam done they tell us you can get 20%off if you pay the full 188 or you can do payments so we end up doing her exam with the thought of paying 152 its going to be 235$ before we leave only doing the exam then called the cops because I wouldnt pay.

I ran into 2 employees, 2 different times, that were quite rude. This last gal was really nice and went a bit above and beyond

They called to confirm my appt. At 130. When I showed up they told me it was a week ago at 1:30 then told me that they close at 130 so I couldnt have had a appt. Neither receptionist offered any advice just patronized me. Past experiences has been okay if you like long waits and wring prescriptions. Took three sets of lenses for them to get the right ones last time. Dont know how places like this stay open.

I have been going to Vision Source forever. Ever since I started wearing glasses when I was 9. These ladies are the NICEST ladies you will ever find! They go above and beyond to help with the patients needs. The only draw back is it takes a while to get an appointment but thats bc they are THAT good and everyone wants to go here!!!

Best Optometrist Ive ever been to!!! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt taken care of. Dr. Briscoe is awesome, and I especially loved how the staff helped me get all the bells and whistles for my new glasses and fitting it within my insurance so I didnt have to pay any out of pocket. Thanks!!!
