It was a big step for me to finally get my hearing checked. Ireceived a letter in the mail inviting me for a free hearing test in Pendleton at My Hearing Centers. My family had been complaining about my lack of hearing for quite some time so I made an appointment and went. Verna was a real pro at making me feel comfortable with the whole process! She made sure I understood each part of the test before completing it. She was kind and careful with the instruments too. When the testing was over, Verna explained my tests in great detail in language I could understand easily. It turned out I needed Hearing aids. She took her time helping me find ones that were just right for my lifestyle and budget. After recieving them she called me at home to give me new charging information and to see how they were working for me! I would recommend Verna and My Hearing Centers to all of my friends and family.
