My co worker ordered here by mistake trying to order from Roman Pantry (that is delicious btw). This place wasnt very good. They flipped the bag and popped all the over easy eggs. By the time I opened it the whole meal was a mess. They forgot my sausage and my workers hashbrown. Not going back.

Over the past several years, we have used Italian Kitchens catering service and have also had sandwiches and other food from there. Most recently had a small affair and we were very happy with the portions, quality, and quantity of food for the price! Everyone had plenty of food and there was still some left over. Highly recommend!

Cheesesteaks are banging, obviously. But I’m here to talk about the cakes. My regular bakery I’ve been going to for years was closed one weekend and I needed a cake so I called up Italian Kitchen. Anyway, they are amazing and this is my go to for cakes now.

The food selections prices and people here are all great! This is a must place to go for great food. I highly recommend you make the trip.

A little background. My wife has a hard rule. 250 miles a day max if were driving. That got us to Pennsville, a place where, unless you were about out of gas or were about to hit your mileage limit, theres no obvious reason to stop. But we did. And thus we needed something for dinner.I confess I was skeptical when I saw 4.6 as the Italian Kitchens rating but it was that or Taco Bell. Boy, was I surprised. Not only are the portions huge -- the small meatball sub had to have been a foot long -- but the red sauce that they put on the sub and the pasta that we ordered was to die for. Ive eaten a lot of red sauce in my time but I cant think of when Ive had better. Pennsville may not be a destination for us ever, but the Italian Kitchen sure will be next time we driving through.

Just was rudely hung up on by whatever woman decided she wasn’t taking complaints. We order food multiple times a week from here. We had some food problems today. First one of our sandwiches was made incorrectly and was inedible. The sandwich that we replaced the first hoagie with we paid the difference for and got something different. The second sandwich was also inedible and tasted very plans and had giant pepper stems in it. When I called to complain that we have another problem, they lady on the phone became very rude, shouted in my ear that we aren’t getting anything free, and then slammed the phone. The Italian Kitchen just lost our business.

The bakery did a wonderful job on my daughter’s birthday cake! Beautiful design and tasted great. Nice attention to detail on the design.

The cooked food is great. I cant say to much about the pre packaged food in the refrigerator across from the register.I brought a container of egg salad and some bread. The egg salad was bad I did not get sick but it had a funny after taste. Other then the egg salad the ladies that work there are as friendly and professional as can be.I would definitely recommend anyone to eat here, just be leary of the egg salad.

We use Italian Kitchen for all our at home celebrations! Food is always delicious and presented nicely. I dont have to do anything but place the trays and eat! Thank you Italian Kitchen!!!

Do not order wedding cake here!!! These cake tiers clearly were not leveled or centered. This was a standard 4 hour time for wedding reception. The company does not have any money back policy and will blame you for leaving a cake out at a wedding. Lakisha in the bakery will blame the reception hall for the condition of the cake and not assist in compensating for a highlight of a wedding being ruined. Do not order from them, avoid the embarrassment.Store Manager Kristin did call to extend apologies and discuss reimbursement. Make sure you talk to Kristin if you order here.

The prices are a bit high, but the amount of food you get, and the great quality of it, is completely worth the money. The food is amazing!

The Cheesesteak was Delicious and surprisingly BIG. I will be back soon. The clam strip and Italian sausage were both a hit as well.

Phone girl didn’t take order correctly,ordered 2 dinners I got salad dressing but not salads.I spoke to Ashley who was rude I know the crab cakes were burnt and Ashley says without even seeing them said that’s the way they come.BS. If you like getting your order messed up this is the place for you!!

I was from outta town and found this place. I ate here every day. It was delicious and the Italian kitchen had a variety from pizza, sandwiches, pasta and dinner plates.

The cheese steaks are delicious but the pizzas are rather tasteless and dry.

The pizza here is nothing like north jersey. it tasted bland

Ordered breakfast and lunch for my staff. One person picked up the breakfast and when we opened the breakfast it looked and taste delicious however for our French toast and potatoes they gave us Italian dressing and vinegarette dressing. Whatever happened to syrup and ketchup? Then I went back to pick up the lunch. This was my first time ever eating or going here. The lady at the register looked at me as I said hello and turned her head and began to play on her phone. I then say excuse me Im here to pick up food and she said rudely go over there.. so I had to pick the food up at another counter. She never said a word not customer friendly but was super nice to the guy in front of me.. that was my first and last visit

They gave my order to someone else, had to wait for them to remake mine. No apology, no discount, and the food was horrible after all that.

Also the last time I ordered one lady asked for my card number and everything before I even ordered and it made me feel really uncomfortable. First time there for me. I have to say that Im sorry for not going sooner. The food was excellent, the quality 👌, the quantity for the price 💯👍👍I was taken aback when I entered, expecting everyday take out. I was welcomed into a very at home feeling, the smells of gravy, fresh baked pastries, and herbs and spices. This place has everything you need and want in one spot. And the staff was welcoming, perfessional, yet seems like you knew each other for yes.Very impressed by the whole experience and I would recommend it to anyone. First time there and I was thoroughly impressed they had everything from soup To nuts bakery items strong bowling stuffed bread sandwiches were huge and out of this world.

I only get delivery from here but from everything I have ordered it has been great and the delivery is fairly fast unless you order during a busy time but still not bad on delivery.

IK Bakery is amazing! I have never purchased a cake there that I was not completely thrilled with. Prices are reasonable and cakes are fantastic.Highly recommend for any occasion.

I was very disappointed, i spent a lot of money and the food was not good the lettuce in the salad was brown, spaghetti was dry sauce was not fresh taste like pure tomato sauce. I definitely would not order from here again.

The sandwiches are thick and the prices are good. They also have their own bakery- their sweet breads are delicious.
