Messy, crowded we walked by 6 associates and non of them say hello (even the one that is just standing by the door.) We left and headed to our usual store Tuesday Morning

One of my favorite stores ever especially out at Grand Prairie mall! So many different selections of everyday household items! Great prices too, make sure you visit when you are near one!

This place is always fun to visit with a nice selection of kitchen goods, glassware (useable and decorative), lamps, soft goods, pet supplies (mandible and treats), and a gift for anybody on your list including specialty foods and snacks. Sometimes the store is a bit of a mess in a few or several aisles. Most prices are good, a few are great, and some are extremely high. Checkout is usually quick. They take care to carefully wrap fragile items. Reusable bags are available at the checkout. Handicap parking is available but is a walk to the door. Restrooms are clean. If you see an item you like, get it or it will be gone.

They have great items for your home that brings out greatness of your home.

Yesterday, I visited Homegoods for the very first time!!! Since we just moved, I needed several items. They had everything that I needed!The prices were great!!!!I bought sixteen drinking glasses for $12.99. The eight serving silverware set was also reasonable. Curtains and a rod that extends to 120 inches helped with our living room window! The bathroom needed a toilet paper stand; I found just the right one!Oh, and for the item that I actually wanted. I found a very nice paper towel holder.So thankful for the Mother’s Day gift card to Homegoods!!!!!

Poor cust svc from the management. Cash register at rear of store malfunctioned, cashier requested a mgr come help, never showed up. Cashier handled by moving to a different register. Mgrs get an F on their performance!

HomeGoods very often has that fabulous find you needed to compliment your or your friends home decor! The prices are absolutely amazing, but my only reservation is to check over your selections for blemishes.

The employees are always friendly and the store is a fun one to shop in.... Even for someone like me who gets overwhelmed when she sees too much stuff. It doesnt ever seem too overly cluttery.

Lots to choose from. Enjoyed shopping there. Aisle were kind of narrow. But overall it was a good shopping experience.

This is probably an okay store for others but not for me. My first time shopping here and the whole store was Christmas items. Everything! I love christmas but I couldnt find what I needed here since I was looking for something non Christmas.

The manager Kimmy was wonderful to work with! There was an issue with some purchased items being accidentally put back on the sales floor instead of coming home with me and once it was brought to her attention, Kimmy made sure I got the items I paid for amd sent me on my way. Wonderful customer service, will definitely be returning!

Great store good merch and prices

This, that, and the other thing. Homegoods is a fun place to visit. A whole store jampacked with odds and ends. Its easy to find things that you can repurpose for use around the kitchen especially and the home.

Best spot fora shipping trip with your female relatives. No one really needs anything in home goods, and its all a little sub-par quality, but isnt it fun to buy this stuff anyway?

A delightful store with an eclectic collection of wonderful finds. Theres so much to see, bright colors, decent prices....I loved walking in and will definitely return.

Great store, decent prices only giving four stars because the store is jammed pack with people and items making it hard to maneuver. I have to leave without truly looking because it is so hard to get around. One example are the pillows are always falling down because they are just shoved on the shelves. Another is if someone is in an aisle theres no way for you to get through or even look you have to go all the way around as the aisles are made for one cart.

Great selection of affordable home furnishings - cashier was willing to accommodate my need for an extra-large bag for my purchase with a trash bag, since they had none of their own to use.

The store was tight and cluttered but my main irritation with this store is their Ridiculous return policy. I had to ask the store manager, “Jennifer Granillo“ to call the HG corporate office to get approval to allow a timely $54.46 refund (with receipt) to a different bank card as I didn’t have the purchase card with me (and I didn’t want a store credit). Ridiculous waste of my time- obviously, corporate agreed to put my refund on my other debit card....why wouldn’t they? They got their merchandise back and I had proof I paid for said merchandise. Why did they have to waste the extra 15 minutes of my day? I spent $500 plus in that store, had a few items that didn’t work, happened to be in town for work (it’s 1.75 hours from where I live) and decided to make the return. I was treated like I was proposing sacrilege by the staff. The terms of credit sales and return posted at the register did not state that my options as a customer are limited to a merchandise credit unless I brought the same debit/credit card with me, as I showed the staff on their signage. This must come up plenty because another customer tried to return something and left after receiving the same hassle they were giving me because she didn’t bring with her the same card she used to purchase. The attitude of the returns clerk and the manager were just unpleasant and it’s obvious Customer service is non-existent at this store. Be warned - try Bergner’s, or order online.
