I got my windows tinted… they completed it in less time than estimated & produced superb results. My tinting is flawless (make sure you follow their after-care instructions). Highly recommended!!

Went there for an electrical issue I was having, thought it might have to do with the remote start I had installed at a different shop. The tech I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable and while they werent able to solve my problem as it didnt have to do with the remote start they gave plenty of suggestions and went above and beyond even just checking the start. Will definitely be back if I ever need their services, great experience.

I don’t make lots of reviews but had to make this one!Had never heard of Chrome Shack before yesterday but was recommended by friend and past customer. I had a remote car starter give me fits and prevented me from starting my car.Took several calls to others before finding these guys who could even look at it.I was expecting to bypass the older remote starter to just at least get my car so I could start it. CS not only got me my car back where I can start it but fixed the remote system! ...and cheaper than it cost to have it towed in the first place... and all in a few hours of first contact. I dropped my car off overnight due having to be at work early the next day. My appointment wasn’t until 3:00pm and I called around 12:00 and they told me it was already done and ready for me to pick up. Hands down best group to work with - very professional and the quality of work is best around! I not only think this personally, but from a business stand point, as I work at Lexus Of Peoria. I work with them on a weekly basis sending not only customer vehicles to them, but vehicles in our inventory knowing we will be happy with the quality and timely work you would expect on the Lexus brand.

I have had multiple vehicles tinted, they are quick, courteous and installation was perfect. They even donated their time and materials for a non profit organization on another project I had. I will be having 3 more vehicles tinted, remote starts and stereos put in within next couple weeks. You could go to the other guy and find out you are just a number, or come to the Chrome Shack and realize that customer service and quality go hand in hand.

Got my wife remote start. They installed it the day before her birthday. I took it home hid the keys. The next morning I tried to start it and it took 5 or 6 tries to start. We finally got back in today (my wife had to keep rescheduling) and it turns out it was set to start with 1 push instead of the normal 2 pushes. The guy at the counter was a complete jerk and trying to blame the kids for it being set wrong. There was only person that touched the fob besides the chrome shack and that was me. I took it straight home and hid the keys. So, they set it wrong when they installed it.

I had bought a car and had The Chrome Shack install a radio. It was supposed to be a top of the line radio, I started having problems with it the first week. Took it back and was told it was fine. This goes on for a few months and the radio was getting worse and still not working properly. We then taking it back and they try a couple different things, still same problems. They tell me my daughter needs to update her phone, she does, still same problem. The Bluetooth doesn’t work properly, the radio will stop working when your driving and won’t turn back on unless you shut the car off to name a few. Finally after calling Kenwood and their sales rep we get a new kenwood put it. Guess what still same problems. I had a amp and sub put in the car in the meantime. The last time we took the car to them, we here a loud pop and guess what the sub is now blown. They come out shuggered their shoulders and say “well your sub doesn’t work either” it worked when we pulled it in to them. They never offered to pay for it or try to make it right! I will not shop there again and I will not send them any business!!!! They are very rude and very unprofessional!!
