Worst DQ on planet Earth. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered onion rings. “Sorry we don’t have onion rings”. Ordered French fries. “Sorry we don’t have French fries”. What do you have? How about the grilled chicken sandwich? “No grill and no fryer”. How do you fix the grilled chicken sandwich on the menu. “We use microwave.” Are you kidding me? My granddaughter wanted the cotton candy dipped cone and they said, “we don’t have that.” Close this place down! What a joke. Don’t waste your time.

Im so bummed. We had a family treat here and I received the wrong blizzard. :( I wish I would have noticed before we drove away. I received the choc chip strawberry and I dont eat chocolate chips in ice cream. Any way I can get the right blizzard?

Premium fruit smoothies consisted of fresh bannanas(nice), strawberry syrup, and some kind of powder that takes over the drink and ice. Super chalky. I payed for premium bananas/syrup and powder smoothie. Come on. So Fn gross.

Is this place out of business? I wanted to order a cake for a birthday party. This DQ does not come up on Yelp. I phoned. The phone rings but nobody answers. Then I get the “your message box is full” announcement. Guess I won’t be spending my money here!

I went to this DQ later at night, Arrived at the drive thru at 930pm, they close at 10pm. we waited in line 15 min before someone came out and told us that they were not taking any more orders!! what the heck? we were waiting in line and they werent even closed yet??? we ended up having to wait in line another 10 min before we could leave because of the cars in front and behind us!! They should have put a sign at the entrance to stop new cars from coming and then serve everyone already in line. this was terrible as it was late so no other place was open to get ice cream!

Came through the drive thru for some blizzards and a malt.I got chocolate chip with abit of m&ms, for a blizzard. We also got snickers blizzard & a hot fudge malt.The drive thru went pretty quick.

Weve been using our Liberty Pride card at this DQ for over 6 years (BOGO medium blizzard) We tell them at the speaker that we have it and they ask to see it at the window. We usually buy 3 get 3. Tonight, my daughter went through the drive thru and mentioned the pride card. She was told it can only be used on 2. So she ordered 4 (buy 2, get 2) and a shake. No discount was applied. When I called to find out why, Tatum asked me how many were ordered, I told her 4. She said the card is only good for 1. When I explained that no discount was given at all, she just kept giving me excuses and instructed me on how to present the card next time. She didnt offer so much as a dilly bar to smooth things over. I know several people who buy the pride card solely for the blizzard deal.Well go to Surprise DQ from now on. The employees are professional and friendly.

Drive through, just got a soft serve. It was better than I remember, but it has been many years since I had one. Service was very friendly and fast. Will be stopping by again for this treat..

This is the SLOWEST drive thru in town!!!! You’d better have a good half hour to kill, if you plan on visiting this DQ!

This place is the absolute worst dairy queen Ive ever had the misfortune of visiting. They dont train their staff, and theyre quite rude to their new hires. Management here is horrible. Do not support this location.

This location is good. Its clean, and consistently provides quality DQ treats. If you like Dairy Queen, this store will not disappoint.

My husband and I just walked out of this restaurant without buying anything. When my husband asked when they were going to open up their seating area, the manager said that Covid was still “raging”. My husband told her it’s all a hoax. As we were walking out she said “I suppose you’re a couple Trump mongers”. People need to wake up and stop this nonsense! We will speak with our $s! No more DQ for us!

We wanted we wanted some of the old treats like a chili dog and maybe hamburger and fries

It’s 8:30, sign says the lobby closes at 9pm, this place is the worst, always closing the lobby early or not at all, very poor customer service, I’ve seen this happen a lot at this location

I had got the mangy misty slush, it was soooooo sugary was surprised how much. I ended up throwing it away from the amount of syrup that was in it. If you order be careful was not enjoyable at all.

The service is quick and friendly. I normally get the blizzards there, which is tasty. I’ve never had any issues there. Parking is plentiful, and they offer drive through as well.

Sometimes you just need a chocolate-dipped cone.

I really wish these places would open back up but who knows. Other than that their drive thru is always really fast. Food is hot. Most is the time the dipped cones dont come out too bad. I think the days of people truly knowing how to to a dq cones the right way are long gone though.

Completly unprofessional. I ordered 4 blizzards and a banana split for kids in the car. I was handed blizzards with no lids, the employee did not know what was what I then asked for lids and had to ask 3x as he continued to hand me icecream with no lids. He proceeded to roll his eyes everytime I asked because he couldnt do his job right and couldnt even give the correct lids. I will not come back to this location.

So this Dairy Queen doesnt have a fryer! If you want fries with your burger, or Chicken Tenders, or anything else for that matter that is fried; go elsewhere.On top of that the line is always extremely long in the drive through. Due to this I believe the workers in here rush the orders so what you get is a 3/4 filled medium blizzard. I also wouldnt do the upside down test on your blizzard, as by the time you get it its melted and will surely land all over your vehicle.

It would of been an awesome experience if their Orange Julius machine wasnt on the fritz. So bummed 😔 but we ordered other items and it was yummy. I hope on my next visit it will be working.

Service very very slow. Order was wrong and had to wait for order to be fixed. Charged for wrong order! Had to wait for charge to be corrected! Baskin Robbins here we come!

Very rarely have messed up orders, and theyre usually minor issues that dont majorly affect the blizzard. Never had issues with waiting or rude staff either.

It is a dairy queen so you know what to expect. Drive thru service waiting for ice cream is not a treat. Get out of your car and go in. This is not a rush thru place.

What can you say when your craving a blizzard, you go to DQ. Havent had a bad blizzard yet. Shakes arent to bad there either.

This Dairy Queen is definitely five stars because they have something that every Dairy Queen doesnt have in the valley - - crunch coat for their ice cream cones! This is something we always had in the Midwest and loved and is rare to find in the other Dairy Queens in the Southwest. We were elated to hear that they had it. We had great ice cream cones and the line was not too long of a wait on a Sunday night. Also watch for coupons in Valpak.

I ordered the chocolate meant blizzard and I must say it was really good I came again in ordered the chicken bites which I originally wanted to construct but I think this Dairy Queen does not do fry food which is pretty cool but I think they should offer both that would be even better but I must say those chicken bites rotisserie style Where really good as well

Need to open up dining in! Do not care to eat ice cream out in my car so I can melt (or wait till I get home).

The only food they have is rotisserie chicken bites.....if you want food go elsewhere.

Super unprofessional. I watched them close the drive thru and lock the doors while customers waited outside. They were supposed to be open another 20 minutes but I guess they wanted to go home early. We were already in the drive thru, so we ordered and our ice cream was melted and my boyfriends order was incorrect. Other locations nearby so I would recommend driving to another.

Ill go to any other location of dq but this one. Avoid it and just go to a different one, have given them 2 different chances and both times, they were lackadaisical, inaccurate and couldnt be bothered. Corporate needs to train management and hold them accountable for their consistent short comings.

Not bad. Been coming here since the opening in 2011 and there used to be a sweet blond that worked here, always friendly and made THE BEST cakes for my kid’s birthdays!!! Haven’t seen her in a couple years sadly. Great place for a treat

No lid on the blizzard, no bag just a brown napkin & a red spoon. Rude service! Disgraceful manners! Another customer saw what I was given & recommended that I return it. He works at another company and stated that he would never mistreat a customer like they had done me! 👎

Ordered a hot fudge Sunday I received ice cream with chocolate syrup. This isnt the first time they have messed up on our orders. Tried to call the store twice and no one answers the phone.

The customer service & lack of cleanliness here continues to go down. It’s so sad. We’ve been coming here for 7 years & yesterday was the last time. My 10 yr old son observed that the employee inside was not turning any blizzards upside down. (Something DQ advertises to show they’re thick). He Kindly mentioned it to the manager . Who promptly & defensively replied “We only have to flip one.” I replied that his nor the other 10+ rush of customers had theirs flipped & my son was questioning shouldn’t he get a free one. She abruptly turned away, went to the back & started making orders again. While quickly shouting “NO.” (She was also taking drive thru orders, taking money, not washing her hands, and making treats). She then said who, who? As the employee came up, we repeated what happened, and he agreed yes, my son should get a FREE ONE. The manager then walked back to make ice cream & turned to the other employee & said “I’m so over this!” I said, as we walked out, “My son was just making an observation & you are making such a big deal out of it. She shouted, with other customers in the store, “We only have to flip one.” We’ll be going to Baskin’s & Robbins now. P.S. Bathrooms are a mess& look at the floor behind the counter, messy, dirty.

May 2nd. 7:59 pm. My wife and I stood at the counter for 4.5 minutes and not once did any of the DQ staff acknowledge we were there. The entire staff appear to be angry and unwilling to smile. The Worst service and atmosphere ever. You feel unwanted so we left. They even treated some folks waiting for their order poorly. The bright side of the unpleasant experience was we were greeted like family and greatly enjoyed our evening at Culvers.

Young man that took my order was kind and courteous even had a joke! Gotta live, laugh, and love!

Slow, I would like to stay anonymous about this but I know the staff who was working there one named Allison, she had an attitude and another worker, couldnt really remember his name, was slow and distracted. But anyways, food was good.

Very good chicken sandwich and fudge-filled cookie treat. Clean and modern. Cool history art work on the walls. Very pleasant.

It says they close at 10:30pm today 1/1/2020...we got there at 1005 and they were already closed....this isnt the first time this has happened. Its frustrating.

Obviously great treats but this location is only a treat Center and doesnt have many food choices other than hotdogs. Very friendly, professional staff. Start serving burgers for my fifth star! ;)

Dont come here expecting the normal DQ fill menu, it has a few small hot food choices but mostly for after dinner/lunch treats.Had a couple of problems getting the order right but the staff was mostly friendly and took care of the issues.

This dairy queen is awful! Received wrong order. And it had disgusting black strands of hair in one of the blizzards. They wont ever answer phone nor let you talk to manager. And survey code is not valid! Dirty dining needs to check in on this one.

I do not recommend this dairy queen location. They consistently mess up orders, especially from my experience, when you order a blizzard. They once put walnuts in my butterfinger blizzard which is absolutely crazy, I do not understand how you can mess up such a simple order. This DQ also constantly puts the wrong mix ins, or forgets to put ingredients in blizzards, they do not know what they are doing at this location. Do not give them your money, you will be disappointed you did.

I find it mind boggling that you cannot get a correct Blizzard order from this location. Tonight was another example in a series of incorrectly executed desserts. Im done with this location; done paying for Blizzards made by staff that cannot follow the recipe. I will drive further and go to the location on 67th and Deer Valley in order to get what I actually ordered and not some half complete, missing ingredients, Blizzard.

The older woman who works there needs to work on her slush making skills, her bitter attitude translates directly into the slush’s she makes. They’re never sweet and delightful, in fact her slushes are so bitter when I took a sip my lips curled in so bad I actually kissed the back of my throat.

I ordered the special royal New York cheesecake blizzard. It has a strawberry core with cheesecake bites mixed in. This blizzard did not have any cheesecake bites. It was very disappointing!

Service was a little slow. We actually had to yell to back to get someone to help us.
