Amazing customer service! I called in this morning to track down an invoice and Beth was incredibly friendly and helpful! She got my invoice to me and some additional details to help me track it on my end - the whole thing took less than 5 minutes. Great service at Peoria Pump, definitely recommend them!

Rude! I had a few basic questions about supplies I needed, and Wayne simply said that he couldnt help me, without even attempting to understand the nature of my questions. I will look elsewhere.Response to Stephanie Cole: First off - that never even came up - tried to ask questions about supplies and was immediately rebuffed without even any questions to clarify what I was purchasing or for whom - that was the nature of my review. I was purchasing supplies directly for my place of employment (a very large employer in the State) - and your company was recommended to me by a colleague who had purchased supplies from you (so I pretty sure you could have sold these items to me). A bit of decency in customer service is all that was expected, even if you couldnt have helped me. Avoid at all costs. I ended up going to IES Drilling Supplies - and was thrilled with their customer service. Also, its definitely inappropriate to give a 5 star rating to a company youre associated with (instead - you can respond to my review).
