We drove from Colorado to purchase our 2nd Harley from Arrowhead and the experience was a 12 out of 10! Ron was an amazing sales person! Had an EXCELLENT experience. I walked in on a busy Saturday to take a look at my options. Ron Long was able to answer all of my questions. Go down and see Ron Long and you will be taken care of. Ron Long was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about all bikes and accessories.
Half of our mission team bought new bikes there! Both bikes were beautiful bikes.The 2006 purchased had the foot peg fell off that evening after purchased. We had to go back for them to replace the foot peg.And 2 days later the other bike purchased, which was a $45,000 2020 CVO model that a manager was selling ended up with All the gauges and speedometer not working along with a P1100h error code. Then it wouldnt start for awhile. When called Arrowhead Harley, they couldnt tell us what was wrong with the bike and said to bring it to another dealer since we were hundreds of miles away from them. Brought it to Coxs Harley-Davidson, and they cant Even check it out for another week. 😕
I just bought my second bike from Arrowhead HD. I love the feeling of being a part of a family when I come in, whether its to buy a shirt or a new bike. I brought in my 20 Fat Bob and my buddy brought in his 20 Road Glide. Both were getting service done. I was quoted over the phone for 330 bucks or right around that for 2 tire install and oil change (regular oil). When my bike was done, the price was over 430 bucks. well over what I was told over the phone. The service advisor informed me that I was probably only quoted for 1 tire and not 2.Then we bring the bikes home. Both are leaking oil all over the drive way, not just a little, a good amount. let them sit, woke up the next morning and they had been dripping a good amount all night. Took them back to Arrowhead and the service guy who helped us was extremely helpful and took the bikes back, sprayed them down and said a good amount of oil came out when he sprayed the bikes down. Since then the bikes have not been leaking but just goes to show that they were rushing in the back doing the oil change and made a mess and now my driveway and garage are stained. I was hoping to start going to Arrowhead Harley as I moved so close. But I will continue to take my bike to Scottsdale Harley. Never had an issue with Scottsdale and the price they quote me is usually spot or or very close to what is due at the end.
I made an appointment three weeks in advance and was assured by a service tech that my bike would be done in an hour and a half to two hours. It took three hours and the bill was over three hundred dollars, for an oil change. I would not recommend this dealership unless you have untold wealth and time to waste.
Recently just purchased a 2018 Harley Davidson 1200 Roadster on 07/11/2021 from Arrowhead Harley Davidson. Rian was the salesperson that helped me. My experience there was amazing from doing the paper work to the end process. These guys helped me out. getting me on the bike I wanted and helping me have a reliable vehicle. I highly recommend this place to purchase your bike from. I’ll definitely be going back again for my future purchase.
I purchased a 2020 CVO SandDune from Arrowhead during one of our mission trips through that area. Big Matt was my sales guy and he made the transaction smooth. I got a good deal on my trade in and financing the rest was a piece of cake. I did have an issue on my return trip home, but it turned out to be some internal wiring in the handlebars, which happens sometimes when you are pulling wires through aftermarket bars. My local dealership got it all fixed up under warranty, and the bike runs awesome. Thank you Arrowhead for making my trade up so smooth.
I have purchased 7 bikes from this dealer in the last 12 years. The service you get from this place is great. Weather you just go in to get parts, clothing, service or even purchase a new bike they treat you with respect. If your looking for a new or pre owned bike make sure you ask for Adad. This guy will do what ever he can to get you going. I truly believe Adad,s goal is make sure he finds you the right bike for your budget. Mike Jones will also shoot you straight information. These two guys will work with you until your satisfied. If you have parts questions make sure you ask for Jerry, he will spend as much time as you need to get you squared away. Arrowhead Harley will treat you like a family member every time you walk in the door.
My experience at the dealer was fantastic! This is the second bike Ive bought from Arrowhead Harley. I dealt with Scott/Jen, Brad (sales) and Clink in finance.All good people, I highly recommend this group.Normal negotiations, they want to make money and you want to save it. One of the better new vehicle purchases.My Midnight Crimson and white Road King standard was hard to find. Arrowhead was 1 of 2 dealerships out of 5 contacted that were quick to look and find it. Arrowhead had the lower OTD price.
Got some great deals on Harley Davidson clothing and a watch. Young woman assisted me without being pushy. I appreciated her assistance. Sorry, cant remember her name, blonde hair though.
Called service about my bike, had no rear brakes. Expected it would be several days or weeks before they could get it in to look at it. Told me to bring it over and they would get it in as soon as possible to at least evaluate the problem. Took it on Saturday July 3rd in the morning, received a call a few hours later with the problem and cost, they had it done that afternoon. Went on Sunday July 4th and picked it up. Front and rear brakes have never worked so well, bike is running great and was clean when I picked it up. Wont be going to any Private shops anymore, strictly going to Arrowhead Harley.. my Son also just purchased a used bike from there and loves it

Let me start by saying that I purchased a new bike through this store about 17 years ago(and 3 bikes ago). Without getting into it, it turned out to be a very bad experience and I vowed I would never go back.Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago. I went into the service department to have a tire put on and while waiting looked at some newer models. I found a bike that I immediately fell in love with, a Road Glide Special. Long story short I had a great experience in every aspect. My thanks to Mike (sales manager), Adad (salesman) and John (finance). I was very pleased with everyone involved, no pressure from any one but each were willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and be patient with my decision process. It was a huge change from 17 years ago. I love my new Glide and you have gotten back an old customer! Thanks for the great experience.

AMAZING customer service. I called and spoke with Mike Jones regarding a motorcycle I saw online. The whole process was so easy. I live out of town so I couldnt get there that day. I was given Scott Smiths name to contact because Mike Jones was off the next day. Everything was so easy on all the staff were so nice. The description of the motorcycle was spot on, no surprises. Which I really appreciate since I live over 1 hour away from the dealership. Michelle in motorclothes is always so helpful I always end up buying more than I intended. I bought a 2015 CVO Road King Ultra from Arrowhead a few weeks ago, a work of art. The problem here is, when they were getting the bike ready for sale, they didnt tighten the anchor screws on the right side saddle bag and the bag came off the bike and was damaged. Being a CVO, the paint codes are not available so the only option is to replace the bag in order to get the bike back to the condition that it was in before the bag came off.I addressed the problem with service initially, then with a sales person and eventually with someone who had some authority to make a decision. My position, the bag came off due to negligence on the part of a service technician when being prepared for sale and they should correct the damage.Their position, the damage occurred outside of the limits established by law and therefore they are not responsible. Keep in mind, there is a huge difference between legal obligation and what is ethical. They did offer to knock $200 off the repairs and an additional 10% off the cost of the parts which by the way are north of $2000.00 and that doesnt include the labor to change out the bag.Even though I had no part in causing the damage, I have to pay for the repairs and/or turn it over to my insurance company. In other words, Arrowhead Harley is all about the mighty dollar and cares nothing about doing the right thing. While I am only a drop in a very big bucket, they have lost all respect that I had for them and I will never recommend them to anyone that I talk to and will in fact recommend against them in the future.I dont believe for one minute that they will care one iota about what I said, they dont need me as a customer but if this causes just one person to think twice and go elsewhere, that is a good thing.

I called in to get an update a few times and I got a different advisor every time because mine wasnt available when I called. No one made me wait for my advisor. Each advisor that answered the phone took charge and got an update and I was kept informed. I appreciate that. Thank you!”
I was looking for a Heritage and Matt was great to work with. Although I did not ultimately end up purchasing one, Matt was very cool and very up front during the whole shopping process. I received great customer service from Michelle and Megan earlier this year when I was trying to find the right size to a jacket for my father. They were of great help and were very respectful and courteous of my requests. I would like to write this review to provide special recognition to these two team members and to this store. Although I live closer to the Goodyear location, The Arrowhead Harley Davidson has always been my go-to option if I am interested in shopping at Harley Davidson. I want to share my awesome purchase of my 2021 soft tail low rider S . I trade my 2019 Fat Boy and I feel I got a great price on my trade in . Mike and Matt treated me like family, this is my third Harley from Arrowhead. I test rode the low rider S and that’s all it took and I was sold . Mike and Matt make it so easy and had so many options for purchasing. I was done with the paperwork in no time and I had them put on new pipes on the new low rider. Want to thank Mike and Matt on helping find the right bike and George in parts for helping get the new pipes on the bike . The low rider S sounds awesome and handles awesome. Matt thanks for calling me the next day and ask how things are going on the new bike and if I had any questions or needed anything just give him a call. Absolutely amazing!! Scott was my salesman I went in looking to buy my first Harley! However the one I was looking at sold before I could get there. But Scott was Johnny on the spot and found the perfect fit! It needed a little bit of work done as all things will eventually, and David in the service department kept me in the loop during the process! I would recommend them for any first time Harley owner like myself or a seasoned owner!

Their customer service with helping me buy a jacket that i have been searching for was truly appreciated! I couldnt find the jacket anywhere I visited multiple Harley Davidsons (over 5 shops) and nothing :( but finally I came across arrowhead Harley and Im glad I did! Cant wait for my jacket to arrive! I just wanted to thank you for the way I was treated and the great job that you did. My bike was having issues and long story short, I was advised to talk to you by the extended warranty company as they have worked with you before.I heard the word “dealer” and began to laugh. I avoid dealers like the plague for obvious reasons that we have all heard and experienced. I reluctantly came in with my guard up. I had the pleasure of meeting David your service advisor.Again, long story short, I thought I had a minor problem, turned out my engine needed an overhaul. David was very patient with me and answered all my questions and guided me on what would be best for my bike. Again, last long story short, I never thought I would be going to a dealer for anything ever again, you have all changed my mind. I never once felt BS or pressure from anyone.Now, I actually enjoy just dropping in for a bit even if it is just for a cup of coffee and chat. All of your staff are great! Keep up the great work!!

I went shopping all over az for the 2020 cvo limited in blue, finally found it a mile from me at arrowhead harley.lol called talked to sale scott s. And wonderful experience with him,went in on 21st Saturday and checked it out and went to the sales part to buy. At first they were way out there,but Scott worked with sale manager and harley financial. After that and some goodies for bike,we made a deal and she was all mine from there.the sales, finance, and the restoration the team were great.2nd bike Ive bought here and will be more .

Purchased a 12 Fatboy Lo from Arrowhead Harley was in there for months looking for that perfect bike Big Matt was on point every time a potential bike came thru he would txt and send pics until we got the perfect one! I bought my 2017 Harley Davidson wide glide from salesman Scott 6 months ago and its been an amazing buy I recently had my 5000 mile service done and the customer service was amazing the bike was done beautifully and they put Vance & Hines exhaust on for me and it sounds great I highly recommend arrowhead Harley Davidson!! The service manager that help me was name Chris and he did outstanding thank you arrowhead Harley Davidson.

Trying again as my first review somehow disappeared.... Rating service department.Dropped bike off for 15 service and to track down oil leak which was obvious from oil on bike. A few days later was called and told it was ready. I asked about leak and was told technician couldn’t find any leak. They kept another couple days to check again and when I picked up the only note was original one for couldn’t find leak. Oil still all over where leak was so not sure how you track down a leak without cleaning oil residue off....but that’s me. Rode the 15 miles home and of course, leak still there.Time to take to Scottsdale which I should’ve to begin with.Reply to dealership reply.Why should the onus be on me to “call you” and try to resolve???, I’ve already answered the Arrowhead survey text from over a week ago and the HD survey from a week ago and both said someone would reach out to me.If you guys truly cared about a poor service experience you would reach out directly to your customers that have had issues rather than throwing it back to them to try and resolve. “Call me” seems to be standard response on here.
I am a proud owner of a 2013 Custom Road Glide that I purchased at Arrowhead. I have referred a few people to Arrowhead whom have also made purchases. Most recently I referred a friend/co-worker to an awesome salesman by the name of Mo. Mo is very knowledgeable and easily he can fit you into a bike that’s perfect for you....My friend did make a purchase with Mo’s help and knowledge of a 2020 Road Glide Limited and is extremely happy with his bike and the fantastic customer service he was provided not only by Mo but by all the staff at Arrowhead.So if your looking for a beautiful bike go to Arrowhead and ask for Mo.....

I knew what I wanted, and shopped around the valley at various Harley Davidson dealerships. I kept getting the same run around until I talked to Rian at Arrowhead Harley Davidson. Rian answered my questions directly and without hesitation. I came in and met with him and discussed what I was looking for and even though he told me Arrowhead Harley Davidson didnt have that particular model in stock, he assured me that they could find one. Thats exactly what they did. The very next day they had what I wanted. I returned that next day and was very pleased to see that they had performed what they said they would. I told them my plans and that I would be back the following day after I completed some business and complete the sales transaction. Arrowhead Parts department help me out with a stressful situation here at Superstitions HD parts just trying to get a small part for my bike and Superstition HD managment didnt help with it ether telling me to go it myself.Arrowhead parts manager, Bill & his team in that department help me out with soo much today I hope they get a raised for how good they are doing their job! I will 110% get parts from here if needed just because of the communication, the time they can do to help a customer out, & the reliability they have, like i said before 110% they need a 10 star for this review, thank you soo much!

Not only were they able to help get my bike out of the back of my truck, they put new tires on with free install, saving me 300.00 over the previous quote with another dealership. Arrowhead is the only dealership I am taking my Harley for parts or service.
I was completely satisfied with the repairs on my bike. The number of items needed to get my bike back to operating and running at 100 percent were handled quickly. Chris in the Service Department made sure each and every repair and replacements were complete. My hat is off to the technician that perform the work!
Great staff! Gave me the space I needed but checked up on me for any questions. Once I made a determination that I wanted the bike, they did everything reasonable to ensure I was comfortable with the sale. Ask for Mo. He is friendly, candid, and asks relevant questions to help decides on what is best fits you and your personality or riding style.

Matt the motorcycle sales man, made my family and I feel welcome. He went out of way to make my birthday the best one I had in awhile.
The entire sales cycle (from inquiry, to trade negotiation to final sale) was pleasant and pressure-free. My experiences with other local dealers has left a foul taste and I honestly expected the same. Im pleased to report that this was not the case here. Matt (Sales) and the entire team respected my time, my goals and my intelligence. Not once did I feel that I was being jerked around, stalled or fooled with. As a consumer, i can take my business anywhere I want. Id have no problem returning to Arrowhead for future purchases. They are a vehicle dealer and theyre in business to make a profit... I get that. Fortunately, that was not the prevailing theme and I never sensed that I was being strung along to milk more profit from me.

Jenn and the whole team were great to work with. Bolt ons done same day everyone stayed late and delivered bike to my door at 830pm. On a Saturday. If you’re needing a new bike go in and ask for herUpdate since I bought my bike apparently they sold me a California bike I have Went in and paid for a full stage one and not able to get it programmed started out that they were going to have programming sometime in the second quarter now it’s starting to look like the third or fourth quarter if ever careful when you’re buying bikes now apparently there are California VINs Running around the country that have escaped the communist borders of California apparently they can slip through The initial here Page while your Signing final papers (still haven’t seen a copy of that) and you will never know until you go to actually upgrade your bike then you’ll be informed that you have joined the communist party of California and if you upgrade your bike they will void your Harley warranty. I will update this review if and when anything ever changes
I just buy my bike may 24, before that I talk to Jennifer on text she said the bike was available then we started the buying process, we did everything online soon that I’m from Orange, Connecticut. All the paperwork came in the mail and I send back, great service, great communication very trusting and amazing people’s to work with, my bike is on delivery right now I’m just waiting for the arriving but I like to thank you all for the great work, really appreciate👍👍👍👍
Brandon was amazing salesman, along with Larry and Rob. The shop is very friendly and the guys are very knowledgeable about their bikes.Zach in service is funny, and knows his stuff inside and out. No matter what was thrown at him with an off the question he had the right answer. The man knows his stuff!!!I hope I never need to purchase another bike again (😂🤔) but if I do, it will be through Arrowhead again.
Me and wife were able to get our first bike from them with no issues they were great and made the experience awesome with great people and a really friendly environment would definitely recommend.
Nick in the service department hits it out of the park!I had an issue with my Roadglide, a rare issue at that. Took a little while for the part to come in since not a lot of them are manufactured. Even with my expert googling, I couldn’t find it. Nick did he also got it installed in a very timely manner!Thank you for your reasonable rates and great service!!

In reading the other reviews maybe I got a dud for a salesperson but my experience was marginal at best. I’m considering Harley for the first time for my next bike and went in to start learning about the different models and options, beyond reading about them online. The best I got was the salesperson telling me what each model was when I asked. No other information volunteered at all, barely even spoke really.This dealership is close to where I live and now I’ll probably drive somewhere else in the valley to schedule some test rides. Disappointed.
Since google always deletes my reviews, Im going to do my best to make this is as G rated (and boring) as possible.First and foremost: Zach, you were an amazing salesman. You sold me, and believe it or not, that is not an easy feat. I have to say, i came in because of Scotts customer service, but stayed because of Zach, and if I can grow just four inches more, Ill be back to buy more motorcycles. However: Ill be back for that Trike.Now the nitty-gritty:I originally went to RideNow to buy a Honda Rebel, however after wandering their store for about ten minutes of no help, then having a salesman treat me like I was just window-shopping, i went to Arrowhead Harley, knowing farewell that I wasnt going to find anything, but just like every-other Red Neck: I like looking at the shiny objects and that’s when I was approached by Zach, and he took me by the hand....just joking, but he did spend the time with me, and treated me like I have been there before.I told him what I was looking for and that I was most likely not going to buy anything, because well, Im short and built like a linemen, so 99.9% of Harleys dont fit them, actually I dont fit them.So we went looking at a few bikes inside, then went outside and was sitting on one bike when a gentleman from an MC suggested I sit on this Softtail Slim FLC, so I did; what the hell, why not. And it fit really well, so Zach rolled it in to the store and I sat on it some more, and then I decided to start it up, and it did not, so Zach went to get it charged, and while it was charging I left.When I returned about 2.5 hours later, Zach and i went to check the bike out, and after having 2.5 hours to mull over this very expensive decision, I decided I was going to try to buy it.No finagling needed, Tobbs was able to make it affordable for me. Jon was even able to lower my APR, now I know it was so I could buy the extended warranty which to some might a fools purchase, however after saving close to five thousand dollars on my truck because of my extended warranty, I thought it was a good choice.Now, i did rate my experience as five starts, which, it is, however there are a few hiccups, but because of Eric the GM and Alex, Im giving it five stars.First: waiting to complete my purchase: that took WAY too long. I got in at 1430 and left around 1930; that is ridiculous. Waiting for faineance was what the bulk of the time was and to only have one man doing, is not smart business, if my credit hadnt been run and I hadnt had such a good experience up till that point, id have left.Second: when the bike was delivered - promptly I might add - when I went to turn it on, the bike was dead. But I texted Zach and it was picked up the next day with a new battery.Which brings me to Alex. This is good, not bad. Alex made sure my bike was running when it was brought in, however Alex told me that the bike should have never left the shop with that battery so brings me to the bad: the service dept. staff that okd my bike was in good-working-order to leave the shop. Nevertheless, Alex made sure that it was actually good to leave, and in record time. It was picked up and dropped off at my house, THE SAME DAY, with a new battery and the guarantee that I wont die in the 130 degree desert on Sat.To sum up this very long review, Zach, Matt, Eric, and Alex will make me keep coming back.
Stopped by to check on the status of my SE255 cams order in the parts department, and while in the dealership I talked to George in parts about a Tall Boy seat for my Ultra Limited. He said they had one in stock and offered to put it on a bike so I could try it. It was just what I needed at 6 feet 4 inches. So I went home and got my vehicle and returned and bought it. George was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that. Now, if the person in Parts who was supposed to call me (and did not) was as attentive ... I get it, sometimes things fall through the cracks. The 5 stars are for George!
I met with Frank in Service at Noon.I had two nuts missing in front exhaust flange. He had me out of there in 90 minutes. Plus my filthy bike was looking great
The Sales team was fine, service is where the problems are.Took my bike there 3 times for transfer issues among other things. Each time I was told it was fine, and there was no sign of transfer. Yet each service I did, the primary was over flowing, and once the trans oil was off the dipstick entirely. I even showed the Harley service bulletin and they still played dumb. I spent all but 5 minutes and could clearly see the issue their techs said wasnt there. They even had the nerve to basically tell me I didnt know what I was talking about, and proceeded to ask me if I was a certified mechanic.Do yourself a favor and take it to Scottsdale or anywhere else.
Always looking for great sales on clothes. I found a neat tee shirt on sale. Usually my size sells out quickly. I like a longer sleeve so I buy mens tees. Or 3/4 sleeves. You do need better womens clothes that are for older women, please.”
My experiences at Arrowhead Harley have always been great. Every department is very helpful and friendly. The Service department always gets me in and out quickly and on time. My only complaint is after several oil change services, the bottom of the motor/bike is not cleaned well enough and the bike drops oil on my garage floor leaving stains. Tho not a big deal, its a little frustrating.
