This place is under new management. The manager Eddie is by far the best manager Ive ever had to deal with. Went above and beyond to make my experience be the most easy and quickest experience ever. Eddie is knowledgeable, has excellent leadership skills and is honest with a strong work ethic. I recommend this place to all my friends and family! Sefe went beyond my expectation. At first I was kind of debating about going into the store because of their reviews but it was nothing like I expected. I’ve been a long time Verizon customer and the reason why is because of the customer service. I recently moved to Perris from Anaheim and I love that I can always count on the exceptional customer service.Today I came to upgrade my phone and I was greeted and helped by Nelson. He was knowledgeable, helpful and made the entire experience very easy for me. He exceeded my expectations and I look forward to making this store my home store.

Started 3 new lines and opted for in-store pickup for our iPhones. Called to ensure that the order was received and that they had the 3 phones in their inventory. The guy on the phone said they had my order. Drove 40 mins only to be told by the girl at the counter that my order was cancelled because they didnt have one of the phones in their inventory. I told her I spoke with the gentleman who confirmed they had it, and her response was Oh, hes new, he didnt know. Gee thanks. Btw, our Verizon account still doesnt say that the order was cancelled, so that tells me that this store doesnt have proper inventory.

I have been going into this store for many years and since the last 2 years I have been disappointed. It has taken me 2 years to get my account fixed. Today 1/16/21 was the day that I felt that my issue is being taken care of. I worked with the store manager Eddie and he provided 5-star customer service.

Wow. I wish I would have read the reviews before visiting this store location. I too was also taken advantage of by false promotion promises as well as upcoming Bill charges which are way higher than what I was promised. I can now no longer afford my service because I was promised that my bill was going to be $200 a month. My bill is now at $350 a month. I was also told that I would be receiving $200 credit per line which was also false information. After contacting Verizon corporate office they informed me that since I went to this retailer and not a Verizon corporate store there was nothing they can do. So I went ahead and reported this location to the better business bureau. After many failed attempts of trying to resolve this issue with store manager Stephanie nothing has been solved. They lie just to get a sale and now we are the ones stuck with a super high bill which nobody could afford. Away from this location please. Also tried contacting vitra corporate offices well they were very unhelpful and unable to resolve this issue as well. all they do is lie here just so that they can get commission please take your business elsewhere you wont regret it. Owner should contact me. I cant get help from anyone!

This place is a joke!Alejandro, a sales rep and Daniel the store manager will do anything for a sale.Beware: there is no such thing as a $60 Loyalty Plan like I was told. Also, BEWARE the sales list this store goes by is normally filled out with pen or pencil therefore, not valid with VERIZON.I recommend shopping at a AUTHORIZED VERIZON STORE to avoid false information.I have been a customer for over 10 years and this store has been by far the worst experience!I gave it one star only because it wouldnt let me post. Two thumbs down!!!!

Got 4 new lines and new phones. People are nice, but Phones didn’t work when we left, first bill is insanely high. What did we do??? Going back in for the 3rd time tomorrow to see if we can get the 4th phone working correctly. Might revise this review...maybe. So disappointed.

Beware of this store!!!!!! I would give no stars if it was an option. I was completely taken advantage of at this location.I was helped by three different employees during my transaction Daniel, Stephany, and Nelson. My phone was broken and i needed to get a new one- in order to leave the store with a new phone i had to upgrade. I picked out the SE. Stephany helped me with the majority of the transaction her and Nelson both assured me that i would be getting a case and shield for free for my new phone as they called it customer satisfaction. Low and behold i was charged for all items and then some. My receipt reflected my financed amount, case, shield, HUM device for vehicle, set up and go fee X2, and power bank.ISSUE ONE:GUESS WHAT- Hum device was not compatible with my vehicle and they never asked what car i had, they said this item is a promotion and is completely free. WRONG- item costed $100 and item added a line $10 a month, they charged me $40 activation fee, and set up and go fee when they did nothing for this item. When i returned the item i was charged $27 restocking fee!!ISSUE TWO:I was charged $65 for a piece of glass to protect my phones screen which was promised to be free. I was also charged $45 for the phone case when i was told i would not be paying for these items. They never even told me the price of the items because they were supposed to be FREE!!!ISSUE THREE:They charged me $29.99 for a power bank to charge my phone. Guess what- i was never received the item nor was spoken to about it!!!Every employee there is crooked- treat others the way you wish to be treated! I was completely taken advantage of and i dont appreciate it! When i called the store manager Daniel to make things right he continued to lie through his teeth claiming the subtotal of my bill is a deposit!!! When i asked him to explain further because that makes no sense- a deposit is something you get back, and i was not getting anything back! He just continued to repeat himself and would not explain anything in detail. He was telling me anything he could to get me off the phone!! After adding every charge by hand i paid mucho money out of pocket when i should have left that store only paying $78 plus my financed amount. Stay away! Go to a real Verizon store they would never treat their customers with such disrespect. Luckily i called customer service and opened a claim on this store. The real Verizon has your back they helped me fix and adjust the bill correctly.

I agree with Norma below! This is by far the WORST Verizon experience I have ever had. They lied to me and told me that they were giving me a free phone device and I now that I have my bill in front of me I see I’m making payments on the device. They will do anything for a sale. I’m in disgust with this store.Go to a Verizon store and don’t waste your time with this authorized retailer.

Went back after 5 months of not receiving my $200 credit. After explaining my frustration angrily, he took my complaint like a champ and saw it threw. I was able to get my full credit and felt bad and apologized but it did take 5 months soo he still gets a 4 star.

It was a boring place. The customer service people was not greeting the customer as they walk through the door. They were with another customer but did not take a moment to greet like 3 customer coming through the door. If they were to greet the three new customer walking in the door then what Ill make more cells but because they do not read this customer they just walk in look around and left.

Walked in to add a line on my account. There were three employees and only one customer. As I walked in and stood there for a couple minutes they didnt make an effort to greet me or even acknowledged I was there. One of them was attending the customer the other two seemed to be picking at the computer. Really?!! The most easiest and simplest things you can do is greet someone in any business, if you cant even do that you can expect what kind of service they will give you. Go to the one by Winco

Do Not and I repeat, DO NOT GET HELPED BY ISAIAH, IT WILL LEAD TO NOTHING BUT HEADACHES. GO FOR BRYAN INSTEAD!Okay, so my husband and I came in to buy the new Note 9s. We got the bogo...buy one get one free. Isaiah is the one that helped us on 9/3/2018. He was just awful, we were in there for about 4 hours. He seemed like he was brand new, which he isnt. Coulda easily fooled me with that one. We started off the process, paid off my husbands old phone, and then midway through the process he tells us oh, we dont have any of the blue ones in stock. Well that meant for the time being we settled for the pink, since the process had already begun. He stated we could just have them order the blue ones and then come back and exchange them. Well little did we know that too would be a whole ridiculous mess. Before we left the store we were going to be trading in my husbands note 8, (which for the amount we were going to receive for the phone, it would have covered the charges in store) well that plan went out the door. He couldnt figure out how to do the process, so instead he said yhe systems were down, we would have to pay in store and come back the next day to trade in my husbands phone...just more money out of pocket and more time wasted. So we come back in 9/5/2018, we go to trade in my husbands phone, and Isaiah finally places the order on our phones...we think everything is fine here. (Its not) We come back in 9/6/2018 FINALLY!! we get someone that knows what he is doing, Bryan helps us. He lets us know Isaiah ordered the phones wrong,that if we exhanged them with the way they were ordered, we would lose our Bogo. He told us that we were going to have to wait longer due to needing to reorder them, but instead Bryan managed to find away around that. (Thank God, I can honestly say I felt everything inside me getting hot with anger when I heard that Isaiah screwed that up too) We got our phones, with way better service than what we had with Isaiah. The only complaint we had (which has nothing to do with Bryan..HE WAS GREAT!!) The new blue note 9 my husband received was scratched...Bryan did help by reordering it again. So we gotta go back next tuesday. More time wasted...oh joy...but at least we will be with Bryan, so it will go smoothly. Management needs to train Isaiah more. I feel sorry for any of the customers that get serviced by him. Bryan however, is absolutely amazing!
