Hello just wanted to stop by and drop and drop a quick review of the experience at wow iPhone repair:The night prior before the day I came in I dropped my iPhone that left big damage (cracked/leaked screen that made it unresponsive to touch)I discover this service really quick after looking it up, and went in the next day under the impression that it will take a while to fix and will cost a lot money. When I showed up the next day, to my surprise, not only did the phone get repaired in under an hour, the entire cost was only $40. My (new) phone case that was offered came with a discount by default along with the repair.This place gets five stars from me, I highly recommend to anybody looking for repairing a device. Jorge helped me with 2 phones that needed screens repaired and was great at calling when they needed to also replace the battery and we got our phones back in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again to fix our phones. Jorge was great and went over everything they did and what was found on the phones. Very professional.

Idk what’s up with all the 5stars but I’ve been here 2 times once 2 years ago and a couple weeks ago both times they either stole my batterie or messed it up I can’t even use Instagram on my phone with out it heating up and when I went 2 years ago my phone died after 20 minutes don’t trust it

Took my cell phone for a screen replacement and was not sealed correctly ended up dropping on water so its not working anymore. its a water resistant phone and theres no warranty on there work so I ended up opening my phone and you can tell its not sealed right so Im out off luck

Honestly from top to bottom this was an excellent experience, the customer service was exceptional, the pricing was fair and more competitive than other like businesses, and the service was quick and easy, they even have most parts available for walk in customers, avoiding long wait times for appointment or parts. And my specific customer service rep Elizabeth was phenomenal, she was respectful, attentive to my needs, treated me as a human being, and was willing and able to take the time to explain to me the different avenues to approaching my fix, and lastly all around super friendly. Best and fastest service. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and FIXED my problem not replaced. Apple not useful so I went rogue... will do so, here, from now on.

The Kármán Line is an imaginary border 62 miles above sea level. Crossing this line represents the entry point to outer space. Wow wireless soars far beyond this line leaving the earths stratosphere and atmosphere a distant spec in a galactic rear view mirror. In short they are out of this world. I have had my phone repaired here numerous times. The screen has been annihilated by my refusal to use a phone case. This negligence( one that has been addressed by the staff of wow wireless) has caused me to constantly bring my phone back. There’s even been an instance or two were the back was also shattered. They simply sent me off to their Sister headquarters in Menifee where it was fixed it. As time moved on beloved phone unfortunately stopped functioning due to It’s motherboard overheating beyond repair. Any other phone repair shop would simply try to sell me one of their phones to replace my fallen gadget. However wow wireless is not just any other phone repair shop. They literally talked me out of buying a phone from them so I could buy I phone via my data provider which ultimately would save me in cost. I have sunk enough money into my previous phone that I could’ve bought another one multiple times over. Each time wow wireless insisted I get a phone case or mentioned that I would be better off buying a new phone altogether. The levels of empathy combined with the professionalism I have experienced here has moved me in such a way that if this shop and its employees were to manifest itself into a physical body I would happily embrace them in a hug that is comparable to the hugs given by Barney the dinosaur to a generation full of happy go lucky millennials. My heart which pitter patter’s the pure essence of love was moved by there token of kindness. Many go here because of all the handsome gentleman or due to the several gorgeous women whom work here. However true as this may be, it’s not the only beauty that comes from the souls of whom operate the shop. The attention to detail, the kindness and courtesy they treat complete strangers with, the excellent work they do, and the immaculate results they achieve is the real gem that this humble repair shop offers. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of repairs.

I asked to have my phone charging port fixed. Any other store would have lied to me and charged alot of money for this. The owner took my phone examined it and found out it was a minor issue and literally fixed it within 3 minutes. Then when i asked how much he would charge me he said FREE. Wow, out of this planet service, any other repair shop would have pretended the issue was much bigger and charged the full amount. Therefore this business is honest, generous, and great in service. Repair your phones here this is what America is supposed to be about!

My iphone was completely cracked to the point that it blacked out and had lines on the screen, not only that, my home button was completely torn off. I was scared they were going to tell me that they were not going to be able fix it. But boom, they fixed for me within the hour and I am beyond happy that my phone is working great and looking like new.
