This use to be my main vape shop, I even bought my second piece of glass here in 2019, but recently Ive been going to a different shop due to moving and it being closer. Two days ago, while in the area, I stopped by to pick up two different disposables. Their selection was way different so I asked for a recommendation and asked if the recommended brand has hidden Menthol in their juice and was told no. I selected a flavor and left after purchasing the recommended disposable as well as another device. As soon as I got home and hit the recommended device it was burning, the other one was fine. The next day I went in to exchange the product and the whole customer service vibe was off, I felt like I was being rushed out of the shop instead of being helped. I once again asked for a recommendation on the flavor and exchanged my device. After hitting it I tasted that the juice did have the hidden menthol which I asked about and didnt want. The device worked fine for about 3 hours and is now burning just like the first one. Its clear the recommendation was just thrown out with no knowledge of the product otherwise youd have known about the hidden menthol and also that these devices had issues. I wont be shopping here anymore, this was a waste of money

This place has it all. Smokes, vape, and CBD. Great location, food nearby, Starbucks, A grocery store, Chinese food, a Home Depot, and Autozone. All them close Buddiez.Handicap access too.

Only smoke shop I go to. Always friendly & helpful. Prices are fair.12/09/20...Wow, arrived just as they open. Greeted by clerk. Tell him I need new bong. Give price range... he just says prices on the bottom offers no further assistance. Dissatisfied with service, as I was leaving I comment that business must be good, cause youre letting my $$$ go out the door. His response... No worriesHope its a one time thing.

Great product, the prices are awesome and everyone is really cool that shows up. Once I had a problem with my order but they fixed it right away. I panicked but after calling customer service, they redelivered the correct order. These guys know how to treat people.

Buddiez is so awesome!! The team there is so knowledgeable and kind. Pop always helps me out there. He has tons of knowledge about Vape and CBD products. I feel like I also need to mention how clean the shop is, constantly sanitizing to ensure all customers are safe. Also one of the best glass selections I’ve ever seen. A must see shop!

Man. Came in here all the time loved this place. Spend $30 $60 a week always welcoming. Always buying hats dab products rigs always spending money there. And one time I asked to bring back a malfunctioned puff bar and they refused... Sad man over a $12 puff bar

My brother bought me smok vape and when we set it up we barely touched the button and it fell threw they were kind enough to replace it but they gave us another one with the same problem it almost seems like they are not real smok products like there knock offs from China or something anyways if they just make this right the first time instead off making my brother think he was being taken care off when they really didnt I would have gave 5 stars but till then Im withy bro and his friends untill fixed...
