I lost my prescription sunglasses so I got a different pair and the first frame I took to Walmart in Perris they couldnt put the lenses in due to my prescription. So I took a flat frame also a pair of sunglasses which were my previous ones that I lost and have the exact same prescription in. Exact same glasses. But I got them at Lens Crafters. After a few days they they arrive but the frame was super loose. The lady attempted to make them tighter by heating them up but she only bent the frame. I asked for my money back since I cannot use glasses that fall off my face. Got my money back asked her to straighten the frame, but couldnt. My fault for signing that stupid waiver I guess. Also asked another employee for advice on what to do or what frames to get, she shrugged her shoulders. Go to Lens Crafters, pay a little more. Save yourself a headache.

Gave me somebody elses glasses. Then they called several times for me to bring them back! What a incompetent staff!

They do not speak Spanish and the staff is not correct they are very despotic
