Worst experience ever. I understand the new rules. But seriously the way they dont let you even buy Tylenol at 6:30 a.m. because its too early and you have an age restriction. Come on . There should be at least an exception. On top of that I was over charged at least for 1 extra item every time I come. Get better greeters as well because theyre the reason for such horrible service.

Slow, lazy, understaffed, horrible walmart branch all around. I was told to find my own shopping cart in the parking lot....i have stage 3 emphysema....WHAT???

This Walmart sucks they have 22 registers and only ever have 3 open all lines are ridiculously long been standing in line for over an hour and thats the Short line

Horrible customer service and inhumane workers.Had already asked for the medicine and was told to come back right as they were closing. Got there at 7:01 and the guy told me i was too late and could not get the medicine.THEY WILL REALLY NEGLECT SOMEONE OF THERE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MEDICINE OVER A MINUTE. I guess going home on time is more important than a human life.

Beware of a Sarcastic, rude, and obnoxious lady that runs the Pharmacy at the Perris Walmart location, her name is Belinda appears to be in her late 60s. If you pick up something that is defective from within the Pharmacy in which she runs, she will not replace it or refund it. According to her you buy and it is yours. My last bad experience was picking up two syringes which were defective according to clinic nurse. When the contents are compressed out to remove bubbles the needle will literally pop out of its place even if you made sure that it was secured. A whole vile of testosterone was ejected right on t o the floor because of the defective needle, by no means could I get this old lady to replace the vile due to her faulty syringes, she conveniently blamed the clinical nurse for the malfunction of the syringe, I had to re purchase the Testosterone formula once again on the same day due to I was scheduled that same day as it is required every two weeks, if it all possible avoid this old lady and deal with anyone else, I feel sorry for the employees that have to put up with her.

The Pharmacy is just as bad as the rest of the store. The Pharmacist I had was very rude (a young blonde). I called to make sure several times that my prescription was correct and not generic since it was covered. They claimed all was well. After 1 week of waiting for my Prescription to finally be filled I get told they couldnt order the real thing all they had was generic after they had already said it was taken care of. The Pharmacist was very rude when I told her I wouldnt accept that prescription and she yelled at the cashier to provide a refund. They still took an extra 3 days to get me my right prescription. It was a nightmare! Go to Dominguez/Walgreens instead!

I experienced poor customer service, bad attitude, and they do not know how to deal with Deaf/Hard of Hearing customers using Relay Service Operators who are an Interpreter service, Walmart Pharmacy constantly hang up on them. Maybe thier poor pay, part times hours, and lack of benifits is affecting the quality of work.

I noticed they are the only walmart that stops you at the door to check your purchases on your recipes. Cant stand this walmart. I only go here if I need something really quick.

The blonde rolli polli lady who leads the pharmacy is a stickler for the rules (got yelled at for having my foot 6 inches across the blue line), and is always rude. Transferred my fills to the Walgreens tucked away in the shopping center across the street. Great staff there.

Do not go to this location. Employees are rude and childish, the store is disorganized and dirty. Management doesnt know what they are doing and they are just as rude. Instead of helping to resolve an issue, they add insult and refuse to resolve it by telling you sorry,have a good day. and ignoring you until you leave. It simply shows nothing but laziness.

Well i showed up at the pharmacy to pick my perscription it was already pre orderd by my doctor himself and i confirmed my order over the phone a few days ago. but some how they have no recollection of my perscription so asked i dont understand whats the promblem, they said they had no record my name or any such perscription this is not the first time this has happend on 3 seprate occasion they really dont know what there doing hopefully if they get there stuff together i will return till then not a chance.

This is the worse place in the whole word...I called to transfer a refill to my antibiotics because I had a double mastectomy for cancer in my breast and they said they has to wait 24 hours to give me the medication. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy ...they are professional and havent treated me bad in the least bit . Its the one place in that Perris Walmart that you can get in and out in 10 minutes.

Had to wait for the first hour then to wait another hr then to put my insurance another hour then to have to wait for them to check with the MD to correct a miscount it has been a long and pointless process I dont know what their problem is but I never had this problem at other an pharmacyNever again will I have to come back even if I must drive hours and walk days I would so much rather go threw the trouble of knowing my medicines will be ay okay then to have to wait another hour here !
