Im confident in the authenticity and condition of the items Im buying. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. I highly recommend this establishment. Perris Pawn is a great place to shop. Their items are of the highest quality and their staff greets you with a smile when you arrive. They are very professional and knowledgeable in the pawn business. I recently bought a beautiful diamond band from them and dropped it by accident, losing one of the diamonds. I immediately brought it in to have Perris Pawns jeweler repair it. It looks beautiful once again and the repair was done while I waited. This was a completely online experience and ultimately I have been thoroughly impressed. I was searching for a used specific model of camera that they happened to have. However, I live across the country. I sent a few text messages and got some vague answers (asked if there was a battery and if I could return, they did not confirm a battery, assured it was tested, and confirmed that it would be returnable if defective), but enough to make me confident enough to purchase. The package was sent promptly and my camera arrived in impeccable condition and works very well. It happened to have a battery (I ordered some just in case so I could test immediately), placed my lens and it works great. I wanted to make sure to write a review about my online experience as I was hesitant just because of the distance and the lack of review of their online presence. As a buyer I would happily purchase from them again online.

Laughable..brought in a used ps4 in great condition that I tested out at home and worked just fine. Brought it in, guess what..they said it’s not working. Ha! What a poor excuse for a business.

Perris Pawn shop is really helpful it has many things to offer depending what your looking for. The employees are nice and helpful when you need it. They aren’t pushy and like trying to make you buy anything. Their prices aren’t too bad either and its a nice experience going there. I would recommend Perris Pawn shop to anyone.

Very greedy and shady. I brought in a brand new computer with a warranty in the box. It goes on Ebay in that condition for about 350. I offered them 250 and was willing to negotiate. He pulled up a computer in barely ok condition and not even the same computer. It was $150 he offered me $50. You are better off donating it and writing your items off on your taxes.

They have a feature on there web site that is used for quick quotes I have submitted my item on 3 separate occasions using this. Only once have they responded back to tell me that they will contact me but never did. What is the point of this feature if your not going to manage it? Very poor way to do business and I will take mine elsewhere.UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Shame on you Pat! Instead of lieing just take the negative review. You emailed me after I sent the item for review and said you would contact me but never did. You then, in response to my negative review stated that you are having trouble receiving inquiries from this feature? If this was the case then how were you able to respond to me the first time? Both the Perris and Hemet locations for Perris Pawn are the best pawn shops Ive used. Staff is friendly, and helpful and I always get a fair price.

My first contact was a follow-up text message because they were closed, I had given up because all the other places that I contacted would not except my item( Apple Watch series 3) so then the next morning I received another text message from Perris Pawn stating that we are open and we can provide you with a loan $50-$100.I called in because I didn’t believe it was true I thought that I would get down there and they would try to lowball me and just give me $20.I spoke with the store manager and he confirm the price and advise me of what I need it this customer service was done in a professional and timely manner.I get there and from the time I step foot in the door I was greeted with a welcome in, Harold was the associate who assisted me. He went through all the procedures there early to make sure that I understood their policies, I believe this transaction took me less than 20 minutes.I just want to say all staff members were very professional and very welcoming and Harold especially took the time to make sure my experience was exceptional. Harold is the epitome of guest services, he said he’s been there for 15 years, thank you for making my day. I needed the money but the service was priceless.Thank you for your services😊 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Im very happy to see all the good reviews on here, sure there are some bad ones, but there is always two sides to the story. I have been here once before just to check out their inventory, reasonable prices for the conditions of the products, very clean as well. I will be going in tomorrow for my second time tomorrow with my cousin but the difference is I will be going to pawn something. For the people reading what I am typing here I am going to be pawning an 1800 Draped Bust US Silver Dollar. I have seen these coins range in prices from 800 to 4000 dollars depending on their condition. Mine is in really fair condition, really good condition actually. Letter are clear, its good. Ima go in their tomorrow willing to negotiate with them and ready to get rid of it. My uncle has like 5 of these coins, all with there authentification slip, he gave me and my cousin this one because there is no proof to show its real, but were positive its real, he had its authentication slip at one point but lost it when he moved. Hoping to get a decent offer so we could get rid of the other 5 as well.

Well my first 3 visits with this shop earned them a 4.5, however, this visit from today made me reevaluate. the first thing that upset me was the lack of clarity in the repayment schedule. It was explained to me in a different manner 2 times, and this time it ended up being 15 percent more expensive than I anticipated. On top of the 15 percent the manager does not know how yup use his credit card machine, which he charged 20 account, then said he cant run my bank card as credit for a loan repayment, so he issued me a refund wick now is not to be credited to my account until midnight. But he clearly has a debit card terminal as per the pun pad. I dont get how they can have a manager who does not know how to run debit cards on the terminal. Would have been a repeat costumer but now I dont think I can recommend this shop to anyone. Use at your own risk. Make sure they explain the details to you throughly so you dont end up parking an extra 30 to 60 on your loan.

I went in today to see how much I would get for selling some watches but what I got offered for my watches was sad. I had an original Movado, original Omega Seamaster and an original Tag Heuer watch and they offered me 30 $for the Movado, 50$ for the Omega Seamster and 150$ for the Tag Heuer . It felt like a slap in the face I cant believe how they work.
