My husband and I recently purchased our first home from homes direct. We worked with Ivan and he was amazing. He was very patient and helpful. I changed my mind multiple times and he never complained about how indecisive I was. He went above and beyond for us and worked hard to make sure we were happy. He did whatever he could on his end to make sure we were getting a good deal. Will was also very kind and helpful and went out of his way to help us.Buying a manufactured home is quite the process, however homes direct was very helpful and supportive every step of the way. I am happy we purchased our home with them!

The amount of customization we were able to accomplish is amazing and we created our dream home. Its quite a slap out to the location of this place, but the selection of manufactured housing is quite good. They have a number of models that you can tour And they are all presented quite nicely.

He has stayed in touch with us throughout the whole process and even after, calling us from time to time, seeing if there is anything we need or any concerns we may have. He made it so easy to decide on all of the options we had. It could have been quite overwhelming, but Alan made it fun and there was no stress.We love our home! It is well made and we feel secure in it. It is beautiful! It does not seem like a manufactured home at all! It is spacious and light-filled. The cabinets and counters are lovely. The design is just right for us. We are proud and so happy that we picked Home Direct to build our home. MY PROJECT WAS A VERY HARD ONE BUT WILLIE MARTINEZ ALWAYS KEPT US UPDATED AND WE ALWAYS FELT LIKE HE WAS A FRIEND WE SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH THEM AND THEY HAD TO PUT UP WITH ME STRESSING OUT, BUT THEY WAS WONDERFUL AND WORKED ME THUR IT ALL. WE HAVE REFERRED ARE FRIEND TO THEM.

I was there with a family member who was shopping for a manufactured home. My impression is and was, that the place is very well laid out, the manufactured homes are very nice, and the staff are friendly and attentive. If I were buying a manufactured home, this is likely where I would go.

Snakes! Dont fall for the free coffee, popcorn and soft lighting, music and air fresheners and fancy staging. The homes are extremely marked up 25-30%. If youre looking for fair price and transparency and honesty on the real prices on all the additional addons you wont get it. Couple houses i was able to find the invoice hidden in the kitchen from the manufacturer.The Dealership tapes their fake invoice MSRP price breakdown on refrigerator with bold colorful letters. When i asked the manager for one of the missing invoicing on one particular house he said he wasnt able to release that info I told him i found invoices on the other homes so he then reverted back and said maybe someone took it and he wasnt able to print me out new one or get me new one in anyway CONS!! Stay away!

We went to Perris Ca. and the salesman David Castillo was Very Helpful and Kind. There was no pressure and he answered every question we had. We have talked it over and We will buy from Him. Im sorry that you others have had problems, but you must try to deal with David.

These people dont deserve one start its too much . I DONT recommend this place . It has been a nightmare since day one . We get nothing but promises and months go by and my project is still not completed . I opened an account with Pacific Valley on 09/18/2016 it is now 10/10/2017 and my project is still not completed . Pacific Valley assigned a contractor that is no good . Contractor name is Jesus Rentería lic#699682 from Nu Tech. This contractor never answers his phone and has changed his phone number 4 times also never bothers to return our phone calls months go by and nothing happens . I went back to Pacific Valley requesting to get a new contractor and was told by Willy Martinez/Branch Manager we signed a contract with this this contractor and we had to deal with this individual. This has been very stressful for me and my family we had to pay storage/rent longer Because of these people taking soo long I just dont think this is right . And I dont want this to happen to someone else . Please Dont come here honest to god if I had a chance to go somewhere else I would but I already have a contract and a loan signed . This place is nothing but a scam . They handle things very strange . I just dont understand how Pacific Valley cant pay another contractor to finish my project since they were the one who chose contractor its there responsibility . Its been very disappointing. Our family was very excited but with all the trouble we have been thru its caused us stress and depression. Again I DONT RECOMMEND THIS Place ...I have heard other stories from other people that went thru the same thing that Im going thru but unfortunately I heard these stories too late . If I would have done my research before coming to this place I would have never signed a contract with these people .

RUN! BUYER BEWARE! The reviews on these people are all on point. They are scam artists, its been taking them years to deliver what was purchased. Please do your homework and take reviews into heavy conideration before buying. They have used all the loan funds and have not delievered an adequate product. I do not reccommed them to anyone, they are are a scam and will put you in a horrible situation.

Stay away. Lying misleading contractors suck. They make promises and didn’t keep there word. Took over 2 years still haven’t completed there work. Worked with Robert Lopez and Wil Martinez.

Very bad service! The agents who give you information are seen to be there reluctantly! Could it be that they dont like what they do? I asked for a person who spoke Spanish, a person with very little attitude of service assisted me. I asked him some questions and he said that he would not give me any information if I did not give him $ 500 as a deposit, otherwise he would not give me any information at all and that he had already seen the prices of the houses. I tell our Latin people to look elsewhere, do not go to this place for this company to put more effort in training its employees and not to be with a divo attitude and to understand that you do not have to give the $ 500 dollars so that they can serve you as you deserve! I give them zero on grade.
