While I was an hour away from home my alternator and battery decided they werent going to speak to each other. I am afraid I didnt catch the name of the nice young man who helped me out, but considering I just had a disaster it was a wonderful experience.They made sure I could get home safelyAnd while Im hoping never to repeat it again, I really hope to be visiting this AutoZone again

I came here recently to pick up parts for my 17 Tucson. Parts were in stock, and I changed some filters on my suv.

So Im on the fence about this AutoZone. Ive had to come every day for the past 4 days because of continued issues with my car. Its old. The first 2 experiences where good with the 2 men that worked there: fast and efficient and knowledgeable. Answered the questions with no problem. Now onto the women both obviously helped me but I felt like I was bothering them. Im not the type to like confrontation but it made me feel like I wont be back. Its already hard enough going into an AutoZone when Im not knowledgeable about my car. Its a process but I definitely dont want to feel like Im bothering someone by coming in.

I cannot thank the staff at this AutoZone enough!! My husband and I were towed to this AutoZone location after our car breaking down on the NJ Turnpike. Although it was 10PM, the staff literally stayed open till the last minute and help us find/install every part to fix our serpentine belt and other broken parts. They were so nice, helpful and even helped us with the repair EVEN WHEN IT WASNT THEIR JOB! We made it home safely and it was all thanks to these guys! You are AWESOME, and I cant thank you enough!!

Needed a new battery. Young man got it from my trunk and helped me get a new one. Quick service very polite.

It was shame that the parts I wanted was not in stock but the people really helpful. most of them are bilingual (spanish and english). would recommend.

Manager John and Gilbert refused to help someone at 10:25 p.m. when they needed brake likes. Just leaving work, call ahead if they had brake lights for my vehicle in stock. They stated to come back at 9:00 a.m. next day. I told them that I had no brake lights and needed emergency service. It would behoove me to help someone. However they did not. I dont believe this is in line with auto zone service level. Not cool, guys. You Prioritize to close your cash register and your desire to wanting to leave over a customer need. The location is Perth Amboy. It is really pathetic that I have to leave my town to go to another town to get break my its knowing that this auto zone was open. Thanks a lot guys.

This is a great store. Only problem is when the store is at its fullest, the people get lazy and you would have to wait for them to feel like working so you can be on your way. Other than that, its great.

You go there and youll feel like they doing you a favor by selling you anything, you ask them for help and they will tell you go to isle # when you might have no clue what you looking for. Management need to take some training on how to be a manager, its a shame i have to go to advanced or auto zone in Sayreville where they do help you, you dont have to wait 5 minutes for someone to charge you, then come up to the cashier with a gangster attitude, Store needs a change Big change

I was in there a few weeks ago and asked if they had a fuel filter in stock. They said they did and I went there and they said they didnt.Then I asked them to call another store to see if they had it, but they said they didnt have the phone number in their system and they had nerve to ask me if i wanted them to special order one for me, but I told them, Forget it.Unfortunately they werent very helpful and Im sorry to say that its not a nice looking store. A bit run down.I dont believe Ill go in there anymore. A pretty pathetic experience.

Need more options for the customers as far as simple and quick fixes!, No mechanic needed! that the employees in the front can service for the people that put money in AutoZones pocket!.

Service is poor, when calling for parts sometimes phone is answered then they put you on eternal hold only to eventually hang the phone up on you . Not such a great place to get parts your best bet is else where or better yet online such as an eBay store bonus is the parts are cheaper and arrive at your door in a reasonable time frame. Thumbs down for Auto Zone !

This customer service sucks . You will be here all day buying one only thing. Very slow people. I always recommend going to the autozone in Woodbridge because with the amount of time you spend in line here with 2 people in front of you. You can renew your license at the dmv.
