This was 3 years ago but, I was looking for work one day and the owner has me come in for an hour. The working conditions can only be described as some Chinese sweatshop and I was uncompensated for the time I worked for free. Place is run by out of touch boomers. I remember filling out the application and the owner was acting like you needed a college degree to use adobe photoshop. Seriously in the year 2021 you can find other places to do this same thing but 100x better then what these people have to offer.

I called here to get a price on how much it would cost to get a last name put on a baseball jersey the guy I spoke to was rushing me as I was trying explain to him what I wanted He was very impatient and in the middle of me telling him what I wanted on the jersey he hung up on me I called back and the same guy started yelling at me and was very rude I wish I knew his name I would report him to a supervisor

Quality is great, but in store customer service was horrible today. The woman that I spoke to was rude from the moment she spoke. I asked for details and a possible price quote. Her response was to make my questions quick because she didnt have time. She had a nasty attitude and seemed like helping me was a bother to her.This is not any way to treat a possible brand new client. Ill take my money elsewhereFix this.

Great prices fast service and excellent quality. The embroidery is unbelievable, they took my most difficult logo and made into unbelievably perfect embroidery. I use them for everything t-shirts jackets baseball caps theyre the best.
