I had been hunting for a specific bike for months and found it on their site in stock. Called and was able to lock it down with ease. Ted went above and beyond and opened his doors on a holiday weekend when they were closed. Best experience Ive had with a dealership in quite awhile it was straightforward, quick and easy. Mike at Cycle West Honda is great to work with! I had a complex problem on my 2018 Goldwing with the battery/ignition and worked with Mike for awhile on it these past few months. I love this place. They are always friendly and get the job done. If you are in a rush take a deep breath and relax. It might take some time but it will get done.

I would love to support this place, and have supported it since I’ve owned my dirt bike, with service and part pickups. However, I’ve been spoken to rudely multiple times over the phone, and hung up on mid-conversation for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Every time I’ve been inside the store, they’re the nicest people, so I’m not sure where their shortness on the phone is related to, but it’s sounded like the same person a few times now. I would really like to give a good review but this happening multiple times makes no sense.

Brought my 2007 gsxr750 in for some break work and they went above and beyond with repairs and excellent recommendations for aftermarket pads to lower the price. I’ll definitely bring it back for future repairs I can’t do myself. Thanks guys!

I was on a recent trip through northern California and toasted a rear tire. My VFR has the unusual sized 170 rear tire but luckily CW had one in stock. they got me in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Great little shop. A lifesaver on my trip.

Received real bad service from them many years ago. Thought Id give them another chance, just purchasing a gasket. Removed part from my motorcycle, only to find I had to make another trip back as it was the wrong part. Somebody labeled it wrong. Too bad, its just down the street from my place of work. Im sure there are many good things others can say about them.

Great family owned dealership. They can be forgetful sometimes but Ive always had a positive experience. Jesse is a great tech. They wont encourage meaningless sales.

I bought my 2018 gsxr1000r at this place, from the owner! They had exactly what I wanted in stock! I had been to 15 other places at least and they all had excuses but no bikes!
