Henry Curtis Ford was a perfect place to find my new used car! My uncle went and made all of the arrangements without me even knowing about it. He met with the salesman, sent me the pictures, and I met with them a few days later to finalize it. I must say it was all seamless. The salesman and manager we both met with were helpful, courteous, and answered every question we had. Not only did they assist in every step of this convoluted process, they made us both feel comfortable and informed in every aspect. I cant recommend their services enough, and Im sure my uncle, who purchased this beautiful car for me, would say the same! We had a very unfortunate break down during a long trip towing our camper. The staff in the service department were some of the most kind, caring people! Denise was our service manager and she went out of her way to make sure we we had everything we needed, had amazing communication! You can really tell she cares. I was in the market for a diesel GMC till i saw King Kong n went for a drive.. the price was better on the gmc side dow.. i didn’t want to settle for a playing trunk dow.. price was not a issue my choice was. Henry Curtis Ford was amazing! The guy who came out and helped us was awesome and easy to talk too! The finance guy on the other hand was very pushy and pushed us to buy the GAP insurance when we didnt want it and ended up buying it and when I called to cancel it he was rude to us.
They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the best shape. They also have amazing customer service! I was kept in the loop the entire time.
We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, theres a chip shortage and inventory is low, so they are adding a $5k markup to many of the vehicles to compensate for the low sales. Its pretty predatory - as the marked up vehicles are the electric/hybrid ones that you can get a government tax break on - so theyre ultimately claiming it for themselves (ugh). Throughout the entire process, we had to push at every step to get these folks to be transparent with us. The sales rep claimed that most dealers are marking up by $10k, as if their $5k markup was supposed to be a deal. This is untrue - almost all dealerships are marking up by $5k. They refused to honor my Ford A-Plan. They did almost zero work to try to get us a reasonable interest rate - we had to go back and forth a zillion time, pulling up other dealers websites and showing them what others were offering. The finance guy made a bunch of mistakes on our paperwork. And the entire time (approx 4 hours) we were the only people in the dealership. Ultimately, we got the car we wanted and its great, but this was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had.
Keith was extremely professional and caring, concerned about our needs financially, did not try to over sell us no pressure, worked with us from beginning and past the sale, sales manager and finance manager were the same concerned about our needs, overall I have bought several cars in my 68 years and this has been the best experience I ever had, I would highly recommend Keith and the team at Henry Curtis to family or friends without the thought that they would have a bad experience.
Henry Curtis Ford service associate understood the problem I was having with my 2012 F150 and explained what needed to be done in order to fix the problem. The price he quoted was accurate. The service department also found another issue when diagnosing the truck. I was given a call about the diagnosed issue and given a quote to fix. All in all a very good experience and my truck is running great.
I traded my ford focus in for a new used ford escape SUV. We took a test drive all around town. Just what I needed and what I always wanted. It took awhile for all the financing but they were on it. Got me a great finance rate. Left with a smile and Im off for a new adventure on the 101, lol. I feel so much better and I am so glad I stopped in.
First when i walked into my scheduled appointment at the dealership to look at a used Chevy Cruze, They hadnt even put it through the car wash, it was disgusting, caked with four months worth of dirt. Then they up sold me on a lease that i should never have agreed to, talking all about how transparent they are in their sales goals. Fast forward three years to the end of the lease. Theyre calling me constantly trying to buy out my lease, and I agree to look at a few cars online because they said they would bring them onto the lot and make sure they were available on the spot for me to see. So i get there to my appointment and lo and behold, not a single car is there, the girl Ive been talking to called out and no one has any idea what Im interested in even though Ive been texting them for a week about it.they continue to try to get me in a car i dont want thats way too expensive and try to keep me from using RCU as my lender. Then when i finally decided to just buy out my lease because they werent willing to cut me any kind of deal at all on a car i did want, they messed up my financing agreement with RCU, assuring me that rcu would set the term of the agreement not them at the dealership. I insisted they get my term fixed, but they said it was not possible to do the term i came in pre-approved for. I will never buy from them ever again. Dishonest sales practices, un trustworthy, not knowledgeable.
This is for the service center only. Never had any issues here and always treated friendly and respectfully. Phil France helped me with a recall on my vehicle and it was an easy process. No idea how the sales side is but the service side is great from my experience.
Bought our new used Ecosport a week ago. It’s a 2019 model with 30,000 miles. The vehicle is very well maintained and serviced. So far it’s been running great. Henry Curtis salespeople are very helpful in helping us with the sales and the paperworks that go with it. We prefer getting our cars from this company since they offer guarantee with any car they sell if anything goes wrong with it compare to purchasing from other companies that don’t provide it.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive to get there. I visited 2 Ford Dealerships near me and they had very little inventory. I specifically wanted the 2021 Premium Mustang Mach E. I called Henry Curtis Ford and spoke with Berge. I told him what so wanted and he and the staff began to work. He knew how long of a drive I had and told me that my time would mot be wasted! He was definitely a msn of his word. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendly staff and a beautiful all black 2021 Premium Mustang Mach E. We test drove it, fell deeper in love with it, signed docs and was out driving it home within 1 hour!!! Yes 1 hour! I’ve never experienced such a fast, friendly, professional transaction like I did at HENRY CURTIS FORD in Petaluma, Ca. Thanks for making my 2021 special!
I have a Ford Escape with an electrical problem, the car sometimes wont start. I leave it to Henry Curtis ford to solve this problem. You charge $195 for a wrong diagnosis, I replaced the parts you told me about and the problem continues. To check a problem that you didnt solve, you decide to charge for another diagnosis and still didnt solve the problem. You are a shame and play with your customers time and money. I WANT TO ALERT PEOPLE WHO DONT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY ARE JUST CONCERNED WITH MONEY, DONT WANT TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, AS EXPENSIVE AS THE SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY. This Ford dealership has great customer service m. The 2019 Ford Edge I bought already had a problem with part of the coolant system and it broke down and had to be serviced. It only has 20,000 miles on it. Makes me feel uneasy and I looked into buying something else more reliable.
Spent 4 hours over here for the manager Devin to tell me he could not complete my end of lease buy out simply because They didnt want to. Do yourself a favor and go to Hansel Ford in Rohnert Park and ask for Jorge Rodriguez. He completed my transaction with no questions asked. Ive had many leases and recreational vehicle purchases from dealerships and Jorge Rodriguez was by far the best guy Ive worked with. In and out was a breeze. Save yourself some headache and go to Hansel!
Worst customer service from the guy named Victor. I came into the service center because my fair conditioning on my car (which I had bought from them less than a month prior to this visit) smell awful and wasn’t working properly. My car also was shaking when idling. When I brought my car in to get seen by a technician, they claimed there was no smell, and no shaking. I explained to them that it happens periodically, and they would have to actually examine the ac motor, and any part separately to ensure there was nothing wrong with them. Their response was pretty unprofessional, as they stated that since there was “no problem with the car,” they can’t do anything to fix it, and that my platinum Hanse service plan wouldn’t cover any visits in which there was no issue found. Victor then tells me I have to pay $195 for the so-called “diagnostics” they ran. All they did was plug a obd2 scanner in and saw that no codes came up…. I could’ve done that for free at an autozone. When I brought the manager over to speak to victor, victor began getting frustrated with the manager who was trying to get him to explain why I would need to pay $195. He became so rude towards the manager that he told victor, “hey man we’re on the same team.” My main point here is that it feels like a waste of time and money to go here to get a problem fixed because they will most likely try to get out of actually fixing your car, and stick you with a high “diagnostic” fee. You’ll have wasted about an hour and a half, fork out $195, and have gotten no where. Good luck.

Absolutely terrible experience. They misdiagnosed my coolant leak and replaced parts that didn’t need replace, and after the appointment the leak was actually worse. The also left parts hanging down from my truck. When I confronted them about it, they wanted to charge me an extra $2600 to refix the leak after misdiagnosing it. I will not be taking any vehicle back to this dealership.

NO INTEGRITY -Ford Petaluma, CAI was told by Evelio and manager, Ryan Seaman, I could NO LONGER purchase my leased vehicle. They said, the Protocol changed, and they no longer do that. Even though my contract and website says I could. I called Ford Credit and they never heard anything like this.This is a breach of contract.I went to Santa Rosa Ford dealership and they took care of it right away, no problems.Management has changed since I leased the vehicle in 2017. Management at Ford in Petaluma is NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I know Im not the only one they have done this to. Take your business, time, and money elsewhere.
Since I’ve been getting my Ford Focus repaired at Henry Curtis Ford for years, it was just natural I should begin looking for a new car there.It was New Year’s Eve, last day of the year, last year of the decade and I needed a good deal on a car. I could say that they were more than happy to sell me a car however, it was more than that. They really listened to me and understood my circumstances. I had an idle malfunction and came in without an appointment. Phil took things in hand and I got out good to go in two hours. Right on the $ estimate.On the other hand I called “appointments” a month or so ago needing only a new battery and was told appointments were “a week out”. I explained I was leaving a trip, but no can do. I drove to Auto Zone and watched them install a $150.00 battery in the parking lot in 15 minutes. How about that?

I have always had good experiences with the service department maintaining my truck so when i needed to buy a commercial vehicle to start my business i figured i would check them out first. Nick in fleet sales was awesome !! i feel like he bent over backwards to help me get the right vehicle for my needs. they didnt have the van in their inventory so the found one and bought it from a different dealership and had it brought to them and they gave me a great price on it. i also did not feel that pressure to buy that most sales people make you feel. if you need to buy a vehicle I definitely would recommend them.
Giving us a loaner car for the duration of 2+ weeks would have been convenient. Although, the inconvenience stems more from FORD having vehicle shortages and not so much Henry Curtis.Victor Villegas, however, did make amends; he personally drove our vehicle to our town to save us a trip. I want to love this place since its so close but Ive had nothing but bad experiences. Perhaps having a bumper to bumper warranty makes us a less valuable customer. When we needed struts, they said they had to order them and it would take a week. After a few months we had to go in to find out they were never ordered (they were under warranty.) The next thing was we needed a steering gear replaced. Again, they had to order the part. While we waited two weeks to get our truck back, our battery mysteriously went out. Never had a problem with it, but convienently while it was at the dealership it suddenly and urgently needed replacing for $150. Merry Christmas! We have had a few other minor things, not worth mentioning, but what I do want to mention is that EVERY time Ive brought our truck there, no matter for how long, I get it back with an empty gas tank, or this last time I had 3/4 of a tank and it came back with 1/4 tank. We have no idea where they go when they test drive or how they treat our vehicle while driving it but whatever they do takes a ton of gas. Reading other reviews it seems most people had great experiences. I wish I was one of them!
Had routine service done on car but there always seems to be a problem at this dealer after the fact. Although I think my service rep. is great... this time, I got the car back and was told the mechanic couldn’t reset the service warning indicator and that they tried multiple times.After I returned home with the concern there was still something wrong with my car I pulled out the owners Manuel. Within 30 seconds I was sitting in the drivers seat and followed the simple re-set instructions. Done - Warning light now off and service warning gone. Really guys, one more subtraction of my confidence with this service department.On another recent service on another car the mechanic failed to put the oil cap on after an oil change... oil everywhere in the engine compartment, the car overheated and smoked like crazy. So disappointing. Gotta wonder how often these problems occur?
Horrible service department and they denied their wrongdoing my car was sitting there for an oil change all day at the end of the day they didn’t put any oil in Engine actually they did nothing to my vehicle my engine seized up because they did not put any oil in it! The service manager and the sales manager keep giving me the runaround and won’t contact me with the GM I can’t even find him. This place is crooked do not go there the guy phill with long hair and Andy the service manager are liars and screw people over!

Great sales experience even though I bought somewhere else, it was due to mileage, not service or price. The salesman was kind enough to run me to a dealer about 20 miles away and show me the car, unfortunately it was not ready yet, so the next dealer I went to had a car with a lower price and lower mileage and it was ready to go, so I purchased there. My overall experience at Henry Curtis Ford was amazing and would have purchased the car that day had it been ready! I would definitely recommend this dealer if your looking for a decent car!
I was given an 11am appointment to have a key cut and a fob programmed. When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes before someone was able to help me. Then the price went up from the phone quote, from 2 different people, of $110 or $130 to $190+ tax!Then the lady asked me if I wanted a ride anywhere. It was now 11:35 and I asked why? How long is it going to take? Her reply was 3 hours! Because everyone was going to lunch at noon.I have a door lock that sticks from the outside so they didnt even make a new fob because of that!They did lower the price for the key cutting and chip programming (no fob) to $133 and change out the door...I can live without a fob!
They strive to make it right. Friendly and helpful staff. Also the best mechanics . They had my 2002 f-150 feeling and driving like it was brand new...
I came in for oil change, The Works, and recall fixes on my 2013 Ford Focus. I was told it would be ready by 5PM. At 1PM I got a call asking if I would mind if they could keep it over night and have it ready by noon the next day. Since I am retired and had no particular plans, I said yes. When I came to pick it up, the service woman was very appreciative. I would have only given a 3 star rating for standard work and having to get 2 recall fixes, but when I got to the car it washed and dried and the windows were cleaned inside and out! I was extremely happy as the car was very dirty. I had not had it washed in a few years! So all in all, delay vs clean car, deserves a 4 star rating!

I am very happy to write about my experience with this dealership My husband & I went into the dealership looking for a Ford Focus Hatchback and were greeted by a wonderful salesman, Steven Stewart. We drove a Focus and a Mustang but left to look at another brand vehicle. Steven called us the next morning and told us about a special leasing on Fusions and we returned the next day. There was a selection of Fusions to choose from and we purchased one in the SE trim that we were both very happy with. Our experience with this dealership was unlike my past experiences with car dealerships. Steven worked hard to get the monthly payment down. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and showed and explained the features with patience and easy to understand. We are very happy and the overall experience was pleasant and stress free. We will definitely come back to Henry Curtis Ford again and highly recommend this car dealership. They are also affiliated with the Costco buying program!
Purchased a used F-150 and am very pleased so far with this truck. At first the dealer could not locate this vehicle, because it was newly acquired by the dealer. I have owned two other F-150 trucks prior to this one and have had good luck with all of them! I would recommend the sales department here and at the Hansel Mazda in Santa Rosa.

I was very happy with my dealings with Henry Curtis Ford. They treated me fairly and with respect. They worked with me when I was delayed in traffic so someone would be there to let me test drive the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L Diesel. The thing that stands out in my experience is that after the purchase, they delivered my new car to my home which was a 3 hour drive (one way) that night. Those poor guys must of gotten home around 2 am in the morning. In all my years of purchasing cars, trucks and vans I have never had this kind of customer service from other car dealers. Well my Ford Fusion had a recall on the air bags So for its has been 3 1/2 months Ive been without my car. Its not safe to drive. The parts are not available and they have no idea when they will be While they do provide a replacement car I cant take my dog in that car and I have have to be extra careful with it to not get a door ding as Ill be responsible for any damage. Hiking with my dog everyday is a huge part of my life which I havent been able to do because Im not allowed to transport my dog in it. Im supposed to be going on vacation this week with my family, by car, with my dog. Needless to say Im not going cause I dont have my car! Saying this has been a major inconvenience is an understatement. Im very unhappy with Ford. As for my experience with Henry Curtis Ford, their service team is great! They have been as helpful as they can be. Its not their fault the parts are STILL NOT AVAILABLE! I want my car back.Sincerely,Dissatisfied, disappointed, Ford owner.

I love my new Honda Odyssey! Honestly not the car of my dreams, but we have a big family and it was the car we went there to look at. The dealership was great. It only took about an hour before rolling out in our new mini van. I did notice days later a safety issue that was over looked. I contacted the sales guy who sold us the van and he has been very helpful in helping to get it fixed. Overall happy customer!

He took trouble to explain the timeline for the service and recall work on our car, and to let us know periodically how the work was progressing. The car was actually ready a little sooner than estimated, and I think his attentiveness probably contributed to that. My wife and I bought our 2000 Ford Excursion 4X4 Diesel, NEW from Henry Curtis Ford. The salesman, Mike O Brien got us a great deal! Mike introduced us to the sales manager and Phil France, who would be, and still is our service adviser.Being a Car Guy I have owned LOTS of vehicles, in my life. Our Ford Excursion now has 185,000 miles on it (30,000 was towing a travel trailer) and it has been the best vehicle we ever owned. It has taken us and the Kids on several Circle of America 8000 mile road trips.Of course, in 17 years/185,000 miles a few things needed fixing. Phil France and the service team has always got the work done properly and at a fair price! Phils recommendations have always been on sound maintenance and repair protocol..........not just to get my money. I have come to trust Phil and the service/parts team, like family.
Ordering our new 2017 Ford Escape, Titanium was a pleasure. Everyone at Henry Curtis Ford is helpful, cheerful and courteous. I wanted specific extras/colors, so we had to wait about six weeks for delivery; but it was more than worth it! We love our Ford Escape and are so proud to have bought American!

Recall airbag service. I was suppose to have a car at my disposal. That didnt happen. Fortunately my car was done in about 90 minutes or so. I was never asked if I had to be somewhere else. The attendant just didnt do his job and get my request (which had been put in two weeks prior and promised) transferred to the proper person. And so, I waited it out. Unless forced to, I will not use this company again.
Needed an oil change before going on a road trip towing out Lance 2295 travel trailer. Called and made an appointment in and out while I waited. In less than an hour I was on my way. Good service and a friendly staff. Pricing is competitive also.
Very Good. Pleasant folks and every effort to perform my issue. Only issue was that I was not made aware of policy with no dog in loaner car. The details of obtaining the rental was prolonged and clumsy. Ultimately very good experience.
Made appointment to have a regular servicing on my newer 2017 Explorer Sport. All went well, until they found that the battery charge was unacceptable. They tried to diagnose the issue. Unable to do so. They just charged it up. Im keeping an eye on it. Otherwise, no surprises. Experience was OK, service staff very upbeat and helpful.
They are very helpful, they are focus on the customer needs... great place to look and see what they have to offer... lots of inventory to choose!!!
We bought our 16 Focus Titanium in February of this year & do not regret a moment! When we went in it was close to closing time & we were just looking. Amber came out, she asked a few questions & found out we already had done our research & pretty much knew what we wanted but just wanted to see it up close & get a better idea of how it looked. She showed us the car that were were checking out & offered a test drive. I drove it out the lot & fell in love with it before we got to the lights at Dennys. By the time we got back to the lot I knew this was the car I wanted. Brian & I talked about it & it was decided. By the time we left we had all the paperwork taken care of & I got to drive home in the best car Ive ever had. I have & will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I found a used BMW for sale on Autotrader located at Henry Curtis Ford. I sent in an inquiry and received a call and email very promptly. Evelio was my sales representative and was incredibly easy to deal with and talk to. He had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived and I took it on a test drive right away. Evelio never pressured me into buying the vehicle and gave me time to think about it alone and make a decision. After I decided I wanted to purchase the car, Evelio offered add-ons to the vehicle and was not discouraged or upset when I declined and never pressured me into something I did not want to purchase. The whole process was easy and efficient, we were in and out in less than 2 hours. I hope Evelio gets the recognition he deserves as he is an incredible sales representative. Thank you!

My Rav 4 LE is everything I expected
I drove 3 hours to drive car.I scheduled drive days in advance. Dealership was clueless about my appointment . I was taken on a test drive with only fuel to go 13 miles. Low tire warnings on dash.Brakes were faulty.extreme shuddering when stopping. Was told they had just worked on brakes. I left to have lunch while mechanic checked truck. When I called to check status salesman did not know what I was talking about. Shortly thereafter as I was leaving town same salesman called to give update. I again told him I was done. General manager called me to apologize. Would NEVER shop there again.
Henry Curtis Ford is great they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute on a Friday for a quick service with no appt. Did a great job and had it ready by the end of the day. awesome customer service as always.
Nice salesman at first. Followed by unpleasant dealings with after the sale. The finance part of the sale was done by the biggest A-hole I have met in a while. Made it feel like I was bothering him for buying a car from them. Will never purchase a car here again.
We came from Oakland to Petaluma for a specific truck that was available at Henry Curtis Ford. We were in contact with Evelio Pineda before we made the drive up. He had the car we wanted ready and was thoroughly familiar with our preferences from our emails back and forth. We ended up purchasing a different truck, and took a lot of time in the process. Evelio was patient, well-versed in the different options, completely knowledgeable about the various models and, most importantly, patient and calm and kind. He worked with his manager Jorge to get us the best possible deal. We couldn’t be happier with the truck and the purchasing experience. We just wish they weren’t so far away, but we are so happy we purchased from Henry Curtis Ford and that we had Evelio working with us throughout the whole process.

This place is typically very good however the last visit was different. I used a different service advisor form my usual one and he was obviously not service advisor material. I hope he finds his nitch because this isnt it.
