I have always found the service at this location to be far better than at the one near Target. Its also usually less crowded. Note that these days during COVID, you check in online when you arrive at the store and then they text you to let you know you can enter (to limit the number of people). Yesterday Josh spent about 45 min with me, finding the best and least expensive upgrade options for me. I appreciated his time and the fact that he wasnt trying to sell me something I didnt need.

My boyfriend and I were in the store on 2/12/21 and were helped by Maricella. She was amazing! She was articulate, kind, and very funny. She made the not so great experience of having to go into the phone store a lot of fun. We were able to get a lot accomplished because of how straight forward and honest her answers were. Best experience so far in any cell phone store

Had issues with a phone due to its battery. Was using a loaner phone while trying to assess my options. Also had a new unactivated phone. Marisela was very helpful in walking me through what Verizon plans could offer me and how to best switch from AT&T.

If I could rate their Verizon store better I would. Marisela was the most amazing and knowledgeable Verizon rep I have ever spoken with. I’ve been with Verizon for well over 5 years now and witnessed what I believe to be the best customer service I have ever received from the company. She was able to help me work my plan out from an outdated plan to optimize my service. Thank you so much to Marisela for everything you did for us!!! 10/10 customer service

We would not shop here again. False advertising throughout the entire sales process. First, we were told to come back to switch services @ 6pm, and upon entering the store we were asked to come back the next day as they could not accommodate us. The following day we spent 2 hrs in the store, bought two new phones, a new ipad, a new phone line, and transferred multiple lines from AT&T. We were told we would receive three Visa gift cards based on our purchases and were provided codes to redeem once we got home. We were surprised by the $400+ sales tax bill at the end of the visit, although we were warned about the $400+ first bill due to activation fees etc. Verizon denied two of our three gift card requests, and when I went back to the store to inquire, the associate was very rude. She was kinder once our sales guy came into the store, said he remembered me and there was no reason I shouldnt get the gift cards, and that hed look into it asap. They asked me to return in 30 min so they could talk to their manager, and when I did, I was told I was not getting the gift cards and that I was provided with incorrect information. I wasnt going to write a poor review, however we just received the one gift card and its a Verizon shop card, not a Visa gift card. I had specifically asked if it was a Verizon card or a Visa card, and was explicitly told it was a Visa card. Its not. I would have waited to purchase Otterbox cases etc., and now am stuck with a Verizon card and nothing Im interested to purchase. The entire experience has been SO FRUSTRATING! Mostly because we were so excited to be back with Verizon for better coverage, but this sales experience has left a sour taste in our mouths.

Not helpful. Went in to transfer a prepaid and we had alternate forms of it and they would not accept (even though we signed into our accounts and allowed access and proved we were who we said we were). The other Verizon shop was way more helpful.

Marisela was amazing. In 2 days I had to go to the store 3 times. I delay with Marisela each time. Each time I went in she gave the sense of really caring and wanting to help. When I finally had all the correct information needed to solve my problem. She was quick. She knows what she’s doing. She cares about the customer. Wish I could deal with her every time I have need customers support anywhere. Verizon is lucky to have Marisela as a representative of their company.

Dont bother going here. You will waste your time and money. My husband and I spent $1,200 yesterday only to be told after an hour we could not upgrade. Then they deactivated my husbands phone and forgot to reactivate it so this morning not only were we $1,200 short, husband had no cell service so customer care helped us out. At least customer service explained about upgrading after the next billing cycle etc.The manager was not paying attention yesterday. He should have told us it was contingent upon certain conditions. He even tried to sell us his personal tablet for $700 which is not what we expect from a Verizon office. He said he has been working there 7 years. You think with 7 years experience you would know how to communicate in your own language. We are bilingual folks and have no trouble with English. Send your manager back to school because hes obviously not qualified to sit in that position. $1200 payment on 1 day during Covid19 is much. $1200 on any given day on a debit card is alot. Maybe the Manager could not grasp that we literally just paid his office $1200 because money falls out of the sky!

Would give zero stars if I could. Today I ordered a new phone, paid for it in full online via verizonwireless.com, then went to the store to pick it up curbside. When I arrived I was told they couldnt do that and they said they had to cancel my order and give me a refund on what had been purchased online, then they claimed they had to sell me a phone with 30 monthly payments. I verified with Verizon that I could pay for the phone fully right then and there, but the Manager at Victra continued to insist I could not. When I checked my Verizon account on the website it says my order placed today was not picked up today and was therefore canceled. I was charged $20 for him to do nothing (no set up, nada) and he refused to return the money. Victra is running a racket. Beware! What should have been a quick curbside pickup ended up wasting several hours of my day and I left without a phone. Shop at a legit Verizon store rather than this racket. Theyre up to no good.

I came in to the Petaluma store with my dead iPad. I was given immediate and excellent help from a young woman named Marisela. She was so patient and helpful it restored my faith in customer service.I am older (72) and not handy nor comfortable with electronics. Marisela took time helping me get a new tablet and then transferring the content to the new device. She helped explain the payment schedule and actually drove to Rohnert Park to pick the new device up for me.I am so grateful you have employees like Marisela who give such excellent service. This is by far the worst cellular phone and/or accessory purchasing experience I have ever had. They are not an actual official Verizon location, just a retailer, go across the highway to the actual Verizon store for better care and service. I was misinformed and overcharged. Neither representative seemed to know the correct information about any details or questions I had. Halfway through my purchase I was informed that I may not be able to retrieve all of my personal data, information and files from my old phone. At this point I requested to cancel the purchase, the Manager Josh argued with me that I had already signed and therefore couldnt return my phone with my personal and private data on it. He then proceeded to lock me in the store and argue with me. I will never ever shop here again, and I recommend you do not shop here. Horrible uneducated an extremely unprofessional customer service, and horrible management. Especially the manager Josh. He charged an elderly woman $25 to tell her how to log into her gallery on her phone, after leaving her locked outside in the hot sun for over an hour, because he wouldnt help her login to the waiting list; While he was literally inside texting on his phone and couldve been helping her.

Worse customer service ever! Do not use this store. I dont know when these other reviews were made, but the employees were rude, immature, and unhelpful. My mom purchased a phone and then sold her a tablet under false pretenses, we would be able to return within two weeks w/ a small restocking fee. This small restocking fee ended up being $70 with the original purchase being $40 and also still charged us for set ups that never happened (another $20). The employees response and attitudes to their mess up/ miscommunication was a natrosity (as they snickered & giggled about the situation) and the manager was even more of a imbassol and also straight up lied to our face. Good luck if you go here Im sure youll find a hidden fee somewhere.
