Terrible experience on a commercial project. John came out multiple times, messed up timelines, forgot to order doors, sent wrong thresholds hasnt returned calls and last time we heard from him it was it will get here when it gets here. But, of course, always have a check ready when delivery comes. He claims to be busy as hell but its more busy not giving a s***! Avoid at all costs or youll be months behind as we are.Update: After posting this accurate review, John berrated and cussed my employee out and now refuses to deliver the remaining three doors. He said that he is going to throw them away unless we take down this review. No apology for the delays or ownership of the faults. Luckily we havent paid for the last doors so the threats are hollow. Have already found another supplier. We have also placed a complaint with the BBB. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical business.
