I was buying materials to do my own turf installation on my new covered garden and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They gave me their recommendations and explained everything in detail. They also told me what to do and how so that I could do everything on my own. Would highly recommend these guys!

If I could give them negative stars I would. Where do I start?? From not showing up to quote appointments, delivering damaged goods, to leaving stuff off our order, to the grass coming cut incorrectly and not the right size. I mean the list of issues from this company is so long, I have lost count because every day there seemed to be something that went wrong. Even more frustrating, they never call you back or answer the phone. I had to leave 4 voicemails for my husband to call and get them on the line. Its like they screen calls they dont want to deal with. Furthermore, after having to pay two days worth of work for nothing to be done (because of there lack of materials delivered) I asked to speak with the owner/manager. The women transferred us to a guy named JT who is their assistant sales rep. He was combative, non apologetic and offered zero empathy for our extremely frustrating situation (after spending over $8,000 with them). THERE WAS NOT ONE SORRY. I couldnt believe, customer service, just apologize for your mistake. We are all human. Nope. Instead he fought us on EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE. And then not to mention he asked if WE could have people at our house to reload the incorrect grass because his employees couldnt do it. I mean what kind of company does not provide drivers the right tools and trucks to move their main product. Grass. What a joke. I honestly can say this has been the worst customer experience I have ever had and we have remodeled multiple homes and dealt with a lot of vendors. They need to take a serious look at their business, and customer service.

I love my new back yard! Workers were here when expected, it took one day for complete installation, all my questions were answered. The quality of material is good. looks like real grass. I would have given 5 stars but there was some spillage of glue on a few of the pavers next to the grass border. I am promised they will come to remove the glue soon.

Simmonds & Associates used Purchase Green for an installation in Novato, CA. They told us they could start in 3 weeks, they were actually able to start in one week. The job took 2 days and was well done. They were inexperienced at dealing with low voltage lighting within the turf area, but responded immediately to a callback to rectify their mistake, and fixed the problem very well.

Excellent customer service from my initial email request for information,to the showroom for samples,and to a quality installation.I replaced 15 year old matted turf with a product that looks like beautiful thick real lawn.Purchase Green is truly professional company,and I would use them again.
