Good outlet. You need at least 2 or 3 hours if you want to walk into most shops.

Everything is way too high priced. Can buy same items in a retail store for the same price (sometimes less if you watch sales)! I wont even give a star for customer service, bcuz both employees that rang up my over priced purchases were rude & acted like they were doing me such a huge favor by actually doing their job! Definitely wont be returning to this establishment.

My favorite Nike Outlet and the service is awesome

Bring snacks and food. I took the bus here and regretted it. Not a single place to purchase water or any snacks. Not the best place to go shopping if you have kids. All the machines for beverages or snacks were abondoned years ago. Better off going to the mall

This outlet not too mush luxury brand. Have gap, Tommy, coach, furniture shop… but the place easy to find and easy shop. If have more luxury brand is great.

We shop at PetPals thrift store. All the money goes to helping the cats and kittens. They have very nice things.

Decent selection of shops, ample parking. I miss the food court but still a good place to hang out

An excellent place to shop, I was passing by with my family and we love that place. It has some shops were tucks were you can buy some snacks and drinks, restrooms and fun areas for children to hang out. Some of the stores I can remember are Oshkosh, Carters, Convers, Adidas, Nike, American eagle, Aeropostale, Gap, Old Navy, and much more. An awesome place to go shop.

Im not shopping much these days but met up with family here who were shopping for a growing child. The bathrooms were super clean and Covid-safe! Also, it wasnt crowded at all. Kinda makes me want to go back and wander around.

Interesting area. Needs better keep of the grounds. Looks abandoned.

They need to get more stores lost to many of the good stores

This place is up north of SF. They have some really good discounts on clothings.

Quiet Old Navy on a Monday.

So cute!! love the mall its quiet and not crowded. My favorite part is its outdoors!!

Used to be a booming outlet, but sadly a lot of shops have left or lost a lot of their quality.

About 50% of the units are empty. Really not worth visiting.

I like the open space outlet mall. During the pandemic, visited the Nike store. They did a headcount, wiped down stations between customers, and were awesome. I got the most uncomfortable pair of shoes ever, but, it was worth it, so I could see people again.

This place is a ghost town due to covid, but its still a great place to shop.

Always good products and at good prices, variety is average and good brands. It is sad that the stores are closing. Always used to shopping here for less, and of quality.

Wish they had more places to eat than the one food truck, we got hungry shopping. The food truck was excellent though and the portions were huge. Loved the sales going on in the stores here and my kiddos enjoyed playing at Time Out. The outside playground was great to have as well as the quarter machine rides. My kids rode them all!

If youre looking for a spacious, well distanced mall - here it is.Even before COVID I wasnt sure how anyone was paying their rent.The stores are outlet but dont equate that to on sale; they arent. The exception seems to be Old Navy who is cheaper to begin with. Off 5th also seems to stay busy and decent prices.Why 2 🌟?Bathrooms. Theyre in the middle. That alone is enough for only 2 BUT at night youre walking through shadowy light of an abandoned feeling mall.Seriously, if youre looking for a freaky outdoor place to do video; yep.Feels Abandoned. No Energy. No decor, no festivities, few humans.

Always find exactly what i need when i shop here.

Pretty good outlet mall. I stopped by once and found some great deals at the Nike store. That was years ago. Now they have me hooked and I come back for everything for me and the family.

This Mall is dying. Covid 19 killing all the retail Businesses over 14 stores close down. No food court no coffee shop.

The few stores I do like are great but need more variety like Corte Madera, but for little stuff this place is good.

Damn they are Not an outlet.

It may be an outside mall, but trust me, there is a TON of great stuff to buy. Easy parking too. Just eat before you go. However, outside means bring your kids. Theres a play area.

I went on Saturday at 630 because google says the stores are open until 8 Friday and Saturday but all of the stores close at 7 so I was unable to do any of my shopping. Please change that and I will update my post because normally I do like the stores.

Good place to shop for variety of brands. Prices are like anyother store or mall.

I didn’t go to every store, but what I saw were outlet stores with poor quality, “made for outlet sales” goods (not their regular retail stock). For instance, many of the shoes at the Clark store were were made from synthetic materials, not real leather. Also it is unfortunately close to a farm or someplace with a lot of manure so that fragrance permeates the air!

Weird spot for a thrift store (a once booming but now failing outlet mall full of empty buildings), just shows how Greatour economy is now thanks to the Trumpter fire that is our president. That said, quite a nice and decent priced thrift store, good job them! I would definitely go there again if the rest of the area had something to bring me to that area. Aside from the random taco truck on the sidewalk that is...

I love the Petaluma outlets but kind of go back and forth with how much I love them. There are only two stores that I go to in this mall. The rest of them really seem to cater to the casual window shopper. I go to the Lane Bryant store and the Rocky mountain chocolate factory.

This is a nice little outlet mall! Great stores - something for every age range. Well laid-out, clean and well-lit. The only thing missing was any place to get food. No restaurants or food court. But Ill definitely go back!

An outdoor outlet mall which is catered to the average person. Lots of stores offer buy one get one half price. Parking was pretty much full by 2pm. Drawback is limited eatery.

Nice selection of store, they were having a president day sale when we were here and the sales were massive 50-70% off everything. Plus it was not overcrowded and store were relatively well kept up.

If I wasnt so broke Id give it 5 stars.

Not quite as many shops as we thought there would be and the prices werent as low as I was hoping. But we did find some good stuff. Pretty disappointing food options so dont go if your hungry.

The business is usually slow when I come here. But there are many stores/ designer brands that are in one place which is really convenient. But overall I really like going and shopping here, all of the staff are really nice.

Shopped @ the Van Heusen store. Like the styles, colors & fabrics. Their prices are great, too. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful & courteous.

Nice place didnt have places to eat tho so we had to leave somewhere else to eat. But go to Adidas they have good deals! Vans messed up and gave me 2 different side of shoes now I have to drive 2 hours to go exchange them. But I recommend this place

Very few outlets in operation.Not worth going.Any local malls would give you more choice to shop.

Minus 1 star for No hand sanitizer availble and fitting room not monitored at Banana Republic. 5 stars for Van Husen and Clarks Bostonian for steep discounts, best deals in i cant remember when, closed fitting room due to covid, plenty of hand sanitizer, social distancing awareness ansd excellent customer service!

Scored for my 17 year olds birthday. Got him a whole bunch of stuff at the Vans store. 2 pairs of Shoes and 4 sweatshirts for under 200.

Name brand stores and some good deals to be found. Friendly service at the stores we visited. Easy to find just off 101. Free parking. The stores are outside, not in enclosed mall. Tip: if its hot outside, take water with you. Theres also a coffee place in the middle.

Im totally sweet on the tall hot chick in Zumies. Its now my main reason going to that outlet joint. I still get some good shopping done at most the stores.

You dont really get deals they just have cheaper stuff they sell only in the outlets. The exception to this is the Converse store. When they have deals, theyre really good. I got a pair for $12 there once.

Very nice place for shopping. Good deals available for all age groups for most essentials. Only problem is that there is no food joint at the site.

You can get some really good deals here. There are a good variety of different shops. Oh and the have the best caramel apple if you find the chocolate shop.

Lots of shops here. Outlets are nice. Some of the prices in some of these stores were high. Other stores here had some good deals. You just have to research a bit to see if youre really getting a deal or not. It is a lot of walking. Great exercise. Lots to look at.

Business is slow at this nice outlet mall. Usual lineup of semi upscale outlets. Coach, Brooks Brothers, Gap, Old Navy, Saks 5th. Still has a surprising number of stores.
