They never have products to make things that are offered on the menu. So I end up going to 2 -3 Wawas Everytime to get what I ordered. Is aggravating as hell.

Im here visiting my uncle from Georgia for his 70th birthday party...and its crazy because my co-worker ALWAYS calling me WAWA....SO IM MIND BLOWN THAT I SEEN MY NICK NAME ON A STORE!!!!! Plus the place was nice,clean and the employees was VERY FRIENDLY 😊

Don’t go in there around 3am to 5am. The manager always fuss at me when I get ice even though I buy drinks. He said it’s only one cup of ice per person. Also the girl with the blond hair will leave your food behind the plexi glass and talk to her friends while your food is just sitting there.

I had such a long day and was about to hit the road for a 3hrs trip to my destination in NC but, before I left VA totally I went to the last wawa (this one) until the NC state line. I enjoy the wawa experience and have yet to have a bad experience.Racheal the cashier was very very helpful. When she asked if I had found everything ok? I let her know that I was sad couldnt find the green wawa unsweet tea in the refrigerators. She then went to the back storage and found me the unsweet tea. I was complete and felt ready to drive! She was so helpful and kind and I was super happy after that. I would return to this location because customer service is great here.

I really like Wawa stores. I am from Long Island, NY and I have always said that I wish they would open a Wawa near me. My husband loves Wawa coffee, so I always go out of my way to stop and get him some coffee. (We even order online and have our own Wawa Rewards card… in NY!)Well today was not any different. I took pictures outside of the store because I was happy to see a Wawa while on vacation with my family and eager to share my experiences on social media. However, today was the first bad experience that I’ve ever had. I must be clear, it was not because of the store as the food was great, as always. The service was unacceptable. An employee named Ericka (Sp?) really needs to take some classes of customer service. I think she was upset because we had a big order. I heard her saying, not directly to me but to her friend in a very loud manner that she “wished people will learn how to use the app so the food will be ready when they arrive.”We had six different orders and we’ve never had an issue in the past, but this young lady couldnt stop being sarcastic and extremely unprofessional toward a client who’d just spent $59 on food and & 20 on coffee. So, sad to say that this lady made me do this but I am extremely upset of how disrespectful she was towards me and my family.

Outstanding customized subs at a great price. All kinds of different food and drink options. The only reason I took away one star is because the bathrooms were nasty.The staff were fast and efficient. This location is 24 hours.

This was our first time stopping at a Wawa and this stuff is out of this world!! As vegetarians, we struggle to find hot food that is tasty, and we wouldnt have expected to have such a good meal at a gas station store. We both ordered their veggie quesadillas with cheese and they were awesome. Their coffees are cheap and great - tons of options to deck them out. Wawa rocks and this one location lived up to the hype.

Two cashiers proud of the fact they were on Facebook instead of ringing customers. Bought 2 sandwiches, but theres no bags at that counter. Why would I hafta go STAND BACK iN LINE TO GET A BAG FOR FOOD I ALREADY PAID FOR¿¡¿

Absolutely horrible. Everything youd expect from Petersburg. Trash everywhere (including the employees) The drink machine is always out 9f everything. Bathrooms are never clean. Disgraceful

I gave 4 stars because their sign said they were closed from 2 am to 3 am for cleaning and we were there at 1:40 am and they already locked the doors and I think they should have stayed open til 2 am. That 20 mins makes a big difference for me and about 3 other cars that pulled in at the same time as me and wanted to run in the store quick. If it says closing at 2 am then please do not close til 2 am.

It is May 1st, 9:30pm Friday night. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. Absolutely NO ONE working the new and improved sterialized coffee bar. Went to the girl at the sandwich bar, she said they have no one to work down there. I guess you have come in before night fall to get a cup of coffee from this place because no one will make the effort to get you one otherwise. I guess I have to get my coffee elsewhere. That SUCKED!!!

Need more cleaner n the ice needs to be fix

Jan 25. 12:30 the pump didn’t print me a receipt so I went inside and they made me wait for 10 minutes to get a receipt. I understand sometimes there is technical issues, but the attitude from the associates was not helping. They had an attitude about giving me the receipt like I was the one who messed up the printer at the pump and I made that technical issues when i went inside to ask for one print. Besides that I tried to buy a gift card. They said “You can’t buy gift cards after 12.” Bad experiences at this WAWA, but I will never go there Again.

It is 16Nov18 at 2137hrs and I just left this location with disappointment. I ordered a sandwich and ask the young lady that was making it to please change her gloves. I asked her because the sandwich she made prior to mine was pork. I just did not want to get sick. Her funky attitude was immediate. She changed her gloves while rolling her eyes. She started making the sandwich with a funky attitude. Another young lady finished the sandwich since she was in her feelings about me asking her to be a great customer service representative. I did not ask for anything extreme. Young lady who are in the wrong profession if you do not want to help customers. Customers drive the business. People like her make me not want to spend my money at a Wawa. I will spread the word to my family and friends. So please tell the young lady with the not so great customer service skills that ticket 340 says thank you for a job not well done. No class at all.

There are a lot of us who only get to visit a WaWa after months, sometimes years... my excitement turned into disappointment today... All I wanted was to have a toasted roll with cheese... The deli wasn’t busy as it was almost midnight when I went in... I got on the road ready to have my first meal of the day, just to find all this cheese just sitting there in perfect slices😭😭😭😭😭... Is it that bad that I now have to ask for the bread to be toasted long enough for the cheese to get some of the heat? 🤦‍♀️

One of my favorite places to visit. This place is always busy. I frequent this place quite often. The staff are amazing and have no issues with dealing with the crowd. Kudos to them. Service is excellent and facilities is always clean. There is plenty of parking so you dont have to worry about looking for a space.

Manager has no clue.thursday night 8/29 8:30 pm shift. she is very rude and walks away from issues instead of dealing with them professionally . Wawa offer 2 packs of Marlboro with $1.50 off cash register only credits .50 cents she says its the system and 3 other customers said the same as I did but its the system and she also says its Petersburg so the deal is different then colonial heights. I told her they needed to push another button at the end of transaction she just gave me attitude and walked away. she needs to be fired she is a very poor representative of Wawa

Its a gas station. Some food can be hit or miss depending on the person on shift. Over good gas prices and convenient

I had heard great things about this placeFriends have called it the Sheetz of the North. I can see that. Neat variety of stuff you cannot find in North Carolina.

By far one of the best Wawas I go to. Employees are always so friendly and kind. My frozen caramel cappuccino is always on point.

I go to Wawa everyday, I always buy coffee. My road trip stopped here for me to take over the drive for my shift. I went in got my supplies and 2 24 ounce coffees just the way I like them. Now I never drink my coffee till 10 or 15 minutrs after I make it, so I didnt realize the coffee was most definitely not regular until way past the point of no return. Now some will blame me and I understand that I didnt try my coffee, however consistency is key and this was not consistent with any Wawa Ive visited or frequent from FL to PA.

This location closes the deli from 1am to 4am. When I asked if this was routine, I got a smart response “only when my boss allows me to” ....what does that mean???

The overall price of the gas is excellent.The area and the parking lot, however, are a nightmare. Traffic comes from all directions, the people are rude, and some of the facilities provided do not function. (i.e. the air pump)If youre stopping to get gas on a long drive, go for it. If you are planning to go here regularly, avoid it.

Food service can be a bit slow at times. Wait times can also be long after shift changes at the hospital. Always clean. Large parking lot. Checkout line is never too long.

Cheap gas prices, food isnt bad. You need cash to buy a Wawa gift card though, which is inconvenient.

Good quality fuel, free ice water, restrooms are always clean and I have yet to see an empty shelf · everything is well stocked.

Store was filthy, especially the bathrooms. Definitely not up to Wawa standards in that regard. Nice employees though!

8/14 12:30am...whoever out of the 2 women who made my 2 pulled pork sandwiches should be fired! The roll of my sandwiches was soaking wet making it inedible. So either it was soaked before it was made or she or they failed to drain the access liquid from the meat. This is what I get for getting food at a gas station. I would have stand a better chance with a premade tuna or turkey sandwich from the cooler. I live not too far so I could have taken it back and complained. But I rather not take the chance and get something worst...like hair in my food or diarrhea in a few hours.If you dont know how to cook, dont eat at Wawa...especially at the Petersburg location.

I stop here every night for coffee enroute to work. Sometimes young people lose sight of Wawas Core business......coffee fresh and hot, cheap gas prices and convenience in favor of becoming a deli.
