KC is the greatest ever thanks

After promising myself to never go back to this store after my horrible experience with the old store manager from about 3 months ago I could never forget her face I decided to give the store another chance. Although I didn’t purchase anything my 60 year old father came into the store with technical issues with the phone. He was highly upset to the point of tears and the new girl in the store Kayla which I thought was ironic given the old person I dealt with had the same name sat down with my father and helped him figure out all of his issues and restored all of his lost photos and contacts restored his internet and my father left that store with the happiest face I’ve seen all week. I can now say I’m no longer afraid to enter the store and will be restoring my service with cricket and Kayla if you’re reading this (I told you I was gonna let the world know how amazing you are ) and I hope you get the compensation you deserveComing in the store today I felt heartbroken to see KAYLA getting yelled at over the phone by a boss like blatantly disrespectful the customer was shocked and it took a lot not to say anything about it the poor girl looked close to tears but just took a breath said ok and hung up and solved the issue less than 5 minutes later she never ceases to amaze me when me and my husband come in to pay bill or upgrade

My boyfriend and I had went to colonial heights to get the iPhone and he got approved for 400 for the leasing. Well the lady working working there said we couldnt get it today even though the phone was 399.99 but we needed to get an extra 100 bc of taxes and stuff. We asked if we could pay the different out of pocket but said we couldnt even though we knew we had to pay the upgrade fee and what not. Well we called Petersburg to double check and the lady at colonial heights had lied. We went to Petersburg and not only could we get the phone he wanted we paid less out of pocket then what was quoted. Thank you so much kayla for setting up his phone and answering all of our questions. We will from now on just go to petersburg since this is the 3rd time this week the same lady at colonial heights had sent us to best buy to get a phone. Also kayla set everything up and what not in like 10 minutes. She was very nice and knows her job.

Awful experience. They sold ne a broken phone then didnt want to exchange it. They wanted me to pay 15 dollar warranty exchange to wait for another one to come in the mail when it was broke when you gave it to me.

Not good I remember I went down stoney creek for a week and asked them before I went if their phone service worked out their they said yes but I got No signal
