Definitely disappointed! If your so overwhelmed filling prescriptions maybe you should have 2 filling prescriptions. Rite aid has nothing on Walgreens, but when your insurance seeks cheaper numbers I guess they picked the right one! Update! 9-22-2021 worse than last night. 22 hours have passed and my prescriptions still not ready. Had to wait 15 minutes for one. Have to go back again to get the rest. Done with it!!!!

Most horrible experience the pharmacy workers are rude will not go back do yourself a favor and go to a pharmacy.that actually cares about.youand treats you with respect cause this place doesnt the pharmacy lady i think likes.to treat you according to race you can complain as I did to. corporate and get no where it actually came down to where she assaulted me.outside the storeso now we had to proceed a legal way dont put yourself.thru thisI have called 2 xs and no results from you guys there for I will just keep spreading the word about your horrible establishment

Funny that they answer to everyone sorry you had a terrible experience please call corporate well dont waste ur time they do nothing complete waste of time cause they dont care about you they dont care that the pharmacy techs are beyond rude Ive never been treated so bad by a employee in a store as I have here

If I could give this sink hole a ZERO star, I would. They lack customer training, its their way or the highway.Of all the pharmacies from Texas to Virginia, this is, by far, the very worst. They run out of commonly used medications then takes several days to obtain the meds. They question all Px for pain & antibiotic meds even tho an Oncoligist/Urologist prescribed all meds. They play doctor. Not sure when the Pharmacists had the ability or right to over ride a physicians medical degree but they do a major disservice to patients. Shame on Rite-Aide!! My physicians (all 3 of them) will cancel my Rx at Rite-Aide & send them to a REAL pharmacy.

This pharmacy is by far the worst Ive been to the staff are very rude. I will never use this pharmacy again

The pharmacy is a joke. No help. Too many attitudes in that small box in the back of that store. Taking all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Been going for years. I have always liked to spend my money in Dinwiddie. The lady at the Pharmacy has No reason dealing with the public. I think she sees customers by race. I have now decided to find another pharmacy to go to. They have a lot of pressure on them, this is something I have noticed for years. I think this cleark has No! Reason to deal with the public. I will Not return to a place that doesn’t respect there customer’s. I suggest to tell her not to be so hateful.

Pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacist didnt even fill my prescription until I got there, after telling me it would be ready at 6pm the previous day.

Like the store. Also have something on sale. Physician take to look. Always s long wait. Best to drop off.

This is the slowest pharmacy that Ive ever been to. If you can go someplace else, you may want to consider that. There is literally nobody here and I have been waiting for almost an hour! The tech is rude...

Its sad that the Rite Aid in Petersburg on South Crater Road had to close down it was a very convenient shopping place and quick access to everything in that area I am really going to miss Rite Aid beer in Petersburg.
