Our sales rep, Ashly, can always find what our clients are looking for and is always offering direction and support. Mary is always helpful with our job superintendents and gets them what they need, fast. If there is ever an issue with a light, the ladies has always taken care of it with the vendors and get us what we need without question. I love this company. Build It Fab makes the process of selecting lights so easy, and it can all be done remotely. Despite having a background in design and working in the building industry for years, Ive always found that getting the scale and details right with lighting takes a specialist in lighting design. Their expertise in lighting design is so incredibly helpful, and they are very respectful of budgets, yet still manage to find unique pieces. Ive used them for my own home, and Ive since referred them to several clients who also felt the process was easy and fun.
