I went in to try out the purple mattress everyone raves about. I was greeted by Samantha who fitted me for a pillow to use when trying out the beds. The pillow was perfect- I ended up buying 2!After trying out each purple mattress- somewhat dissatisfied since you can feel the grid when you first sit on it. Samantha showed me around the store helping me find my perfect mattress. I ended up going with intellibed. Similar grid concept except you don’t feel the grid and it’s got cooling technology!You should definitely stop in here if you’re looking for the perfect mattress. Ask for Samantha- she is super knowledgeable about all the products they have and gives you the space and time required to feel satisfied with trying out the beds.

Jan was incredibly helpful. He showed us a ton of options and worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a small misunderstanding on their financing program, but got it all worked out. I would buy here again.

This was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. I had originally purchased a bed and mattress set from another store that starts with Living and ends in Spaces. The bed purchase at that store was a breeze, but the mattress itself was a logistic nightmare, even though I made my purchase weeks in advance of when I needed the product. Long story short, I walked into Mattress Firm, told them what I needed, and was able to purchase, pick up (from the warehouse) and have a complete bed set for my mother in law’s visit within 15 minutes! If you need a mattress for your home, Mattress Firm should be your first and only stop. From in store purchase, to pick up at the warehouse, was easy, stress free and a complete pleasure! I purchased the Sleepy brand Doze model, which came in a box, was a breeze to open and set up, and my mother in law loves it. Happy customer here Mattress Firm! Keep up the good work!

My husband and I went to the store after having been to a different store that had mattresses on sale. When we went in to comparative shop we were surprise by the friendly, genuine and helpful store representative Arnie. We explained our days event and let him know what we wanted to compare prices on. He listened. He said that they pride themselves not in selling mattresses but sleep. I liked that as good quality sleep is definitely needed on my part. But let’s be real, finances play a role in most of our purchases. He had us answer a few questions and then lay on special mattresses that gathered scientific information on our sleep positions. Then he showed us 4 mattresses that would best match our pressure distribution as gathered by the “special” computer mattress we had laid on. Long story short, we both really felt relief and comfort on the very first mattress he had us lay on. It wasn’t the most expensive on the printout but it was fair priced and the freedom from being pressured to purchase was also present. Arnie along with his coworker were both very kind and thoughtful but there was an honor and respect presented to us as well. We can honestly say we had a stress free and actually a joyful experience shopping there. 😊

We placed an order with another company and went to visit mattress Firm to see about getting a accessory to go with our order.Even though he knew he was not getting a sale out of us, he was still extremely friendly and helped us in trying to find the accessory we needed for our bed. We went back to Mattress Firm days later after multiple issues with our order (with other company). We talked with Travis, explained our situation and what we were trying to buy. He was able to help us and get the exact same order and have it delivered within 2 days. He and the other staff were so helpful and friendly.Not only that but he even went above and beyond to call and make sure that our order was coming the day it was scheduled for delivery. He even called the day of delivery to make sure we were completely satisfied with the delivery experience. I would definitely encourage anyone to go check them out.

I refuse to spend money with a company that hires crooks.Clearly, they don’t do proper background searches. Otherwise, they’d know their salesperson/Samantha, who I recognized as soon as we walked through the door. She worked for another Mattress company that was down the street where our money was basically stolen and we never did receive our mattress. One excuse after another, delays, smooth talking, lies, and trying to switch out the mattress we purchased for something not even similar. Then they went out of business and it took months, and a court case settlement to get our money back!It’s disgusting how crooks always manage to find themselves in the position where they’re capable of ripping someone else off.

Samantha is amazing! Im getting closer to 40 and decided the wife and I needed a new bed. Placed an online order from another company and after 5 weeks the bed still had not been delivered with no answer as to why. Got a refund, sucked it up and went straight to mattress firm. I had previously priced beds at a few other stores in the area and they were cheaper, but the quality just wasnt there. The sales people were bland and left me to walk the store by myself. And not every bed was guaranteed to be in stock (2-4 week wait!) Samantha wasted no time greeting me. Made sure to show me a wide range of beds that were ALL in stock, in town and available immediately. Plus she waved the shipping charge for me so I didnt feel like I was getting nickel and dimed like other places where they try to charge for 2 week rapid shipping and various warranties 🤦‍♂️. Our King size bed with adjustable frame should be here today (less than 48 hours after sale) and we cant wait! Go see Samantha at the Pflugerville location!

I recently purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from this location. Our salesperson, Randy Williams, was very helpful and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and provided pros and cons of each type. I typically dont enjoy shopping for mattresses/furniture because I find some salespeople to be pushy. Randy was not this way, and gave us time to try out mattresses and the bases for as long as we needed and did not make us feel awkward or pressured to make a purchase in anyway. He also did an excellent job of explaining the available warranty plans and financing terms. I highly recommend shopping for a mattress at this location.
