Maybe they have new management because this BR has gotten way better. My son & I went a couple of nights ago right before closing and they were open and super nice. We were in & out quickly. Super yummy ice cream!

First time going my kid accidentally dropped her one scoop cup and they charged me twice. Al is the worst manager there is with no good customer service at all. I will never ever return to this place again. Being courteous takes you a long way I will not spend my money here again.

Do yourself a favor and drive one more block north to Andys by In and Out burgers. This baskin -robbins was the worst location I have ever visited. Empty and old ice cream with stale cones. Mouthy kids running the place. Very unprofessional. A local officer sent us to Andys saying it was much better and he was right!!! I will never go back to that location and will try to help others to not waste their money by going there either. Maggie moos and Andys had lines on a Saturday night. I should have known better when the place had zero customers. The staff was extremely rude and the ice cream is better off of a truck.

Delicious ice cream and great service.

Brought my daughter in and wanted the carmel truffle and saw a hair. I told the worker and the got a scooper to scoop it out and left the tub there. That is very unsanitary that she left it there to sell to someone else.

This was a kid scoop. Shocked me cause 2 wks ago it was full when I ordered.

Its always clean and the folks who work there are always friendly. Today it was 2 very tired looking young men helping a long line of people. Though it was clear theyd been working at quite a pace for a while they were attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Ice cream is delicious, facility is clean, staff is nice and helpful, they do give out samples if you can’t decide what you want had a great experience each and every time I’ve gone! I will continue to go back and take family or friends there too! Family friendly/Kid friendly.

Amazing service... The staff was friendly and worked seemlessly together. The place was clean and had more seating than Ive ever seen at a BR. Its kinda hard to see from the road... We drove past it... So make sure to check gps.

Great ice cream! Purchased an ice cream cake for my wife. The young man was very helpful and the cake turned out great!!!

Me and some friends went and got some milkshakes and they werent filled to the top and were super watery. I would not come back to this Baskin Robbins any time soon, the service was horrible and the employees were young and immature. I could of made a better milkshake at my house then coming and spending $6 on a large milkshake that might of had one scoop of ice cream in it.

Service was quick and with a smile. Im sad they took the tip option off of the credit card slips as I didnt have cash to tip the servers for their service.

The ice cream was great. The options are great. The problem I had was the fact that when we walked in there was rap music playing that was not censored. I took my very impresiable son for a treat and was very uncomfortable with the music playing. I am fine with rap music but if you are a place where kids will be present I think it should be sensored.

We had it for dinner tonight. Enough said.

Staff was nice and were cleaning when I went but still did a good job attending to my order given that they were about to close!

Sweet! BR Pf has a great team and they always have a smile. Give these locals a hand, they deserve our business but mostly, its just great ice cream!! I was gonna get my usual butter pecan which BR makes the best! But they had me try the jamocha and put a shot of espresso on it!! Its my new fav, no one else has it, go getg some today!

ICE CREAM! Need I say more? Well, I will.Note to self: take advantage of a sample or two next time! I usually just stick to the old stand-bys for flavors, but I need to expand my horizons next time I think and try a sample!Always a clean store, fresh looking and tasting ice cream, lots of fixins to chose from and very attentive employees. And though a distant second to the ice cream, my kids love looking at the decorative cake album every time!

They always have the worst girls working there. They`re rude and sometimes they look like their hung over or high. I understand it takes awhile to put orders together but it shouldnt take that 15-20mins especially if no one is there. Rolling eyes at customers and giving rude looks to customers is the reason they dont get tips.

I love Baskin Robbins, but this location closed early for Halloween (others did not), and Ive gotten an odd vibe from some of the employees who work there which can be best described as disrespect.

The cashier girl yelled WHAT DO YOU WANT? at us, as if she were a drill sergeant. She dropped the change and said she hates handling cash. The tables and floor were so sticky my shoe almost came off. The ice cream tasted days old, since they dont seem to get many customers.

Girl named Alyssa that was working around 8 was making fun of the women in remission from cancer who had a fundraiser going on very very childish comment saying she should get a job .

Place was clean, great service, and produce was delicious!!!
