This place is great! I place orders for pallets once or twice a week and they typically deliver next day. ( Sometimes same day) Great for a small warehouse like ours.

We operate a storage unit that has 70-80 pallets both regular and the heavy duty blue pallets that we needed picked up. I called in and was told it was a fixed rate of $243.00 plus tax for up to 280 pallets to be picked up. We scheduled the pick up. One man and his service dog arrived with a flat bed truck. Took one look at the pallets stacked leaning against the wall of a building and said it was going to take him 3 hrs or longer to load them and because he was dealing with PTSD that he was not going to be able to load them and haul them off?. I called the office and was told one excuse after another as to why they could not haul off the pallets and they recommended that I call day laborer off of Craigslist to have our pallets hauled off. I told them that we need a company that is licensed and bonded to remove them as this is a business location and did not want a craigslist day laborer onsite thats why we called them. The final straw was the lady told me that they do not normally pick up pallets and that she was miss informed about what they could do. Now it clearly states on their website that they pick up pallets and they clearly have pricing guidelines on that Service as I was quoted. Up to 280 pallets for a fixed rate of $243.00. Obviously they opted to disregard there own policies and could care less about good honest Customer Service. If they record there phone calls, I recommend they use my calls from yesterday to today as a what not to say or guarentee to there customers. Sadly on there web site it states they always follow through with what they promise to a customer. That statement is a bold face lie!.

Under new management but they still got pallets what more could you want from a pallet yard.
