I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. I went to test drive a Hyundai Tucson. I was given a certain price for it. When we started to negotiating the final price. The sales person changed the price he had given me. Said he had told me the price with the discount already. The manager from online department approach us. Said he would work on the price so we wouldn’t go back-and-forth. He came back saying that he was giving me the best price he could. It was the Online price the vehicle was going for. Decided to wait came home and check the Website. I was very upset of what I found. There was a big difference in prices. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. If you decide to buy here check the online prices first. So this wouldn’t happen to you
Bought two cars from them, so we obviously like Hyundai. Done more of our business in the service department. Mario Galvan, and the rest of the service folks are good people. They work hard, and go the extra mile to ensure great service.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and all of my transactions there had been great. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They don’t give you the run around, and there’s no “delaying tactics “ unlike the other dealership that I went to. Mr Adolfo Guerrero was my sales consultant and he was very helpful. He knows the car that he’s selling and he answered all my questions about it. He was also very generous to us. I would definitely recommend you to my friends .
Purchased my 2021 Sonata the end of May…… wished my experience was better, I basically didn’t need the salesman since he would hand me the key and just test drive the vehicle on my own without him there and telling about the car or extra features that it has. It was drizzling that morning but I was there to buy… felt a little rushed to have that sale closed I guess because he knew how much I put down… I know they get a cut from it. After sale was finalized and went straight to my dads house to show him my new car he of course inspected the car 😂😂 but glad that he did since he noticed splattered specs of the windshield marker paint that they write on there was on my car. I called to let them and said just to take it in for detail whenever I get the chance. Busy schedule at work plus hours held me back so I took it to get washed and that paint wouldn’t come off…. Well now we’re August and yesterday my car went in for full service let the lady know to make them aware of the specs of paint that won’t come off and how they still needed to give my car detailed work since they couldn’t when it was purchased due to rain…. Received my car and the paint was still there. I don’t know what to do now but the audacity for them to call me to change my rate experience on the salesperson so he can get his bonus… I think not!
Raymond Aguilar is a great salesman. This is the 4th car we have purchased from him and he is always respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales and we always get what we want. Recommend and will buy here again. Love our cars!
My salesman Ivan was awesome. He took time to explain the car features and even tried to find the car I wanted. It’s too bad there’s a shortage of cars..I probably would have gotten the one I wanted. I bought my Santa Fe with Hyundai because I love the brand and how they treat their customers!However, for this experience, I believe that it is unacceptable for how they manage their services.Don’t get me wrong with how the service department treating the customers. Everyone were friendly and trying to get their works done. But how they manage their system, that’s what I’ here for!If you bring your car to the dealer to get it serviced, you can do either Walk In or Make Appointment right?! So what is the point in making an appointment when you make your customers wait for more than 2 HOURS just for OIL/FILTERS CHANGE. What is the point in setting up appointments (by doing so we the customers have to clear up their time table to be here).Might as well do a Walk In and we, the customers, doesn’t have to make an effort in reservation (pointless!)Hope Hyundai can review my comments and try to be more flexible with setting up appointment and priority appointments!

We are very pleased with our new purchase! I loved the customer service we received from Adolfo Guerrero. We had a previous experience that was horrible two years ago…it was not with Mr. Guerrero. So, I was a bit skeptical and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make another commitment at this dealership. In the end, Adolfo Guerrero made us change our mind and by the end of the evening we drove off in our new 2021 Hyundai Palisade! Thank you for making car buying pleasant and easy!!
I went to go drop off my vehicle because it was smelling like burn. Never got a call for an update. I called the following day and was on the line for over 15 min. Staff will be nice to their convenience only if you are buying a car they will be super nice, after you buy the vehicle they will be totally different like the short dark guy at the services department he was so rude! If I can rate a 0 I would.

I came here to pick up some parts I had ordered. Salesmen were quick to point me in the right direction. However, it was the parts guy that seemed to be having an off day. He was quick to tell me the parts werent there without looking at his system. Keep in mind, I had received a phone call that the parts had arrived. After looking at his system, he found the parts. I left with my parts and with a sour taste for this dealership. Such a shame because I will be shopping in a few weeks for a new car and actually liked some of the inventory on display. 😒
Just got a lease last month and it’s nice to know that my paper work never got submit to Hyundai finance and they didn’t double check for any mistake! A month later I’m still waiting for my paper work to pay my lease online and that they never submitted payout for my trading which now I’m in collections!! Just absolutely unacceptable and still no call back after multiple voice messages from finance or the GM! In general Hyundai vehicles are awesome this dealership is not and if you do a trade-in double check with them every week or your salesman to make sure they submitted all paperwork, don’t expected them to call you back!
I had a few hiccups the first time I visited, but the staff assisted as best they could the day of and made sure to make up for it when I returned 2 months later. I appreciated the effort they gave to ensure I was assisted and satisfied in every way possible.
If you’re looking to buy a car, do not come there. Their staff is very unprofessional, impossible to get in touch with, and entirely unhelpful. If you have any questions, don’t expect them to give you any answers. No one here ever knows what is going on. Tried getting in touch with their finance department for the last 4 days and was left on hold or sent to voicemail, which also never got responded to. I had simple questions and requests that were ignored. This dealership does not care about their customers. I suggest you take your business to literally any other dealership because they cannot be as bad as this one.
We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. The salesperson was very friendly, efficient and helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall the service was good but when I took my vehicle in the windshield fluid alert was on in my car. Supposedly they did a multi point inspection and topped off my fluids. When I got my car back the washer signal was still on. I had to go to the store and buy the washer fluid and put it myself. They definitely did not top it off because it took the whole gallon to fill it up. The signal finally turned off. I know it might seem like something small, but it just makes me wonder if they actually top off the fluids like the SAY they do, and what else they might not be doing...

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Took my car here due to a Russ spot Forming. They recommended me to a body shop, and that body shop only messed up my car more. When I called Hyundai of pharr for the job their body shop did, the main manager Noe just told me what do you expect me to do, come and fix it myself very unprofessional of him and a terrible recommended body shop. The body shop was millennium auto body and collision there in Pharr. Run if they say they recommend thag place for repairs.
I walked in around 6 PM. The young woman at the front glared at me when I approached, continued talking to a friend on bluetooth earbuds and browsing for phones on the computer. I had to find someone else to speak with.

Normal services take about an hour. Yesterday I spent 3.5 hours waiting on my oil change while the front clerk played on his cell phone and ran about chatting with coworkers. I saw that my car was ready after about an hour. Then checked if I could go 3 times over the next 2 hours before anyone would bring my keys and paperwork. Disappointing.
My review is stemming from going in to service my 2018 Hyundai Sonata last week. (Which was also a good experience) it was a drop off service as I am a busy person. (Worth noting, I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle but I also did not mind entertaining the idea.)The day before someone called to confirm my appointment and asked if I was curious for a car. I said I didn’t put much thought into it but maybe. The day of the appointment a salesman assured me the process would be quick and they were able to cater to my busy schedule.I’m pleased that everything was handled over the phone and some occasional texts as well. Couple of pictures to browse from and I picked my vehicle.After work, I went in to sign my documents and drove away with a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. Again, I had no intentions but I was able to get a great deal, benefit from rebates, and I was happy with the customer service. The finance manager was so kind and detailed so kudos to him as I appreciated his professionalism. I am a meticulous person. I gotta give it to Alex for being patient and for answering my 1,000 questions before I committed to the purchase.Bert Ogden was persistent and ready to give me a deal as soon as I started comparing but I wasn’t disappointment in how my transaction was handled.I didn’t have to spend ALL day at a dealership and that was a key thing for me. Sign and go.Recommend Hyundai even if it’s only for servicing.
A couple of years ago I bought a Honda Accord in this car dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, I also chose to buy the extended warranty. I called today to find out if the extended warranty is still active, and needless to say my experience with their customer support was subpar. I called the main line and she directed me to services, services told me she did not have access to check to see if my vehicle is still under warranty, she also did not know the warrantys department phone number, so she transferred me back to the main line. I explained the situation to the customer service representative that answered the main line, and she directed me to their finance department. I was on hold for a minute, they did not answer, and the call ended.Update: I called again, this time I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Joe Fuentes he took my contact information and stated that he would call me right back. He called me five minutes later and told me that Josh Pemelton was going to be assisting me. Mr. Pemelton answered every question that I had and treated me with respect. Thanks to Mr. Fuentes and Mr. Pemelton I changed my initial review from one star to five.

Very helpful staff in general, they gave us a great price for a trade-in unlike another location in Harlingen. Originally gave 5 stars which was based on the sales experience. In terms of fixing recalls there is a lot to be desired. Our 2020 Tuscon had had a recall for over 3 months and we have no idea if and/or when it will be repaired. Ive made two trips there after calling to see if parts were in. I was told to come on in only to be told after sitting around waiting that the parts havent come in. Then we were called saying that the parts would be in next week and we would be the first ones to be notified. That was in March, its now April and no call as of yet. Because there is a chance of catching fire we havent been able to park in our garage. That means that during the day we have to get in a hot car.

I highly recommend this dealership. My husband and I stopped by to look at cars since I was planning to buy mid next year. Luis Garza, salesperson, approached us immediately. I told him I was looking and he automatically opened up the Santa Fe vehicles we were interested in. Mr. Garza was patient and knowledgeable in all the vehicles. One of the Santa Fes caught my eye and we took it on a test run. I was hooked - Mr. Garza took us to his office and paperwork was finalized within and hour and a half. I give high praise to Mr. Garza and the financial officer who assisted us (name slipped my mind). Both are professional and know their vehicles and paperwork. I look forward to a long relationship with Hyundai and have recommended them to coworkers and friends. I really appreciate everything!

Went for routine oil change. Got 5w 20. Thats not the recommended oil by manufacture. Told I have to pay extra for synthetic, which is the oil that came when I bought the car and a big selling point. Terrible communication. Local Pharr guy blamed his company, Hyundai. Sent message to Hyundai and got a generic response and closed case number. I can tell they didnt even read it. Ill do my own oil changes. Might not buy a third vehicle from Hyundai. Its a shame our company has bought 2.Yes, feel free to have a person contact me
I have used Hyundai of Pharr several times for routine maintenance. They have always gotten me in right away and I never have to wait more than the amount of time they have told me it would take. Service reps are very professional and dont try to up sell me things I dont need. I will continue to use them when I am in the area.
My experience in total was amazing. I was having a hard time with my previous vehicle and came off as frustrated and rude, but Hyundai employees stayed very cooperative and helped me get into a new vehicle. The employees that worked with me were genuine and very helpful. Thank you to Hyundai again!

They were great when we were getting a car from them super friendly, helpful and patient. Once we signed all of the paper work we traded in our Jeep and they said they’d pay it off this was Oct 26. We still got charged for our Jeep Nov 14 and when we called Hyundai they told us that they don’t send checks out until the 25 of each month. It is now the 28 and we are still waiting to see how this unfolds. Our Jeep financing company didn’t even know we had traded it.
They have terrible customer service, leased a new vehicle with them and initially everything went smoothly, friendly sales people and process went by quickly, but apparently once you have signed the paper work they no longer care about you. Its been well over a month since the vehicle was leased and they still havent paid off my trade-in, Finance company for the trade-in vehicle has contacted me regarding past due payment so Im trying to get some answers from Hyundai dealership. Apparently its impossible to get hold of anyone in their finance / accounting departments. I have called several times and never get an answer. I have left messages asking for a call back and have never received any call backs. I had to go in person and wait forever to finally be able to speak to someone who told me that they sent the payment on the 6th of this month. Ok... fine but its now the 25th and the other company says they have still not received anything. Trying to follow up and once again, no one answers their phone and apparently no one follows up on voice mails left.

Absolutely nothing was wrng w car simply responded to recall letter we received they were only to ck on the part the maker recalled they had it one day called nxt day that it was ready however they now had it making clacking noise started heating up as soon as got on turn around and mysteriously a wear n tear of a pulley not covered by warranty has broken how convenient! appears to me they legit sabotage cars sm NEVER AGAIN

My salesman was Edgar. Omg... he is such an incredible guy! He talked about every detail of the vehicle, the warranties, the process of maintenance, and was able to answer all of my questions. As a matter of fact, I’ve had my vehicle for a week now and Edgar will find the time to make himself available for any other questions I may have.I never felt like I HAD TO purchase fromHyundai. You know when you step on to a lot and the salesmen just attack you and keep you from leaving? Pressuring you to enter the building no matter what you say? Edgar wasn’t like that by any means. He was very casual, had a great sense of humor, and was able to show me that he was there for my car buying experience.I knew what I wanted before I got there. Once inside, every department had reassured me that my decision was a great one. After discussing my options with the finance rep, he helped by breaking them down and gave me the most convenient option available to me. He even took the time to show my son how his desk screen worked.I also want to add that while we were waiting, a lady came to sell snacks and goodies outside in the parking lot. It was nice being able to converse with all the salesmen because you could just feel their compassion and sincerity. Every one of them had a great sense of humor and charismatic personality.I will gladly recommend this dealership over and over again to my family and friends. And to the people I don’t know, trust that this dealership is not only loyal and true to their word, but a family just waiting to let you in.
Im always looking forward getting my vehicle serviced at Hyundai of Pharr because of their professional service. Most times theyll fit me in their busy schedule when I dont have an appointment.Theyll propose additional services once they see the condition of the vehicle, which I appreciate because that gives me a heads up on what my vehicle will need. However, they will never do or charge a service I never agree on. I am a very happy customer.
Had to purchase a new vehicle because my very loved Honda Odyssey died.. went to Hyundai just to see our options.. and Johnathan that helped us.. was extremely helpful and polite.. answer every question.. explained everything making sure we new our options between leasing and purchasing. Financial officer was very friendly. We left home with a Santa Fe.. when we got home we noticed a stain in the back seat probably from a previous test drive called Johnathan and he would take care of it when we pick up our plates.. my husband is super happy. He has own a Hyundai Elantra for 15 yrs and still going strong.. so hopefully we can say the same for our new car.. thank you Johnathan..
Beyond terrible customer service. They’re great to chase you for you to repurchase or upgrade but if you need a service done you’ll have better luck elsewhere. I currently have a 2020 Elantra I purchased early last year. Sadly it had a small issue with its door handle after a few months and it took about 4-5 months to get fixed. I had to call them about 15 times. They really need to revaluate their management. 10/10 do not recommend.
Hassle-free, painless experience. Was in and out with my new vehicle within a couple of hours.
