I had my home built by Michael Paez Family Homes and Valley Energy Specialist did the spray foam. Look at the photos below they never completed the foam around the pipes and you can see light. Both companies gave me the run around for months. If you are still reading this review then they still havent addressed this issue.

VES is definitely who you want to hire to do your foam insulation. Can’t say enough about their service. We are just elated with the way everything turned out. It’s like having a huge YETI in our attic.. the difference in temperature was quickly noticed. The crews dispatched to do the job were professional, respectful and responsible. We would highly recommend VES.

We had spray foam insulation done in our attic eaves last week. The men who came were very polite and hard working. They finished in one day and it has made a huge difference already! Our ac couldn’t keep up and keep our house cool in the afternoons. It ran from about noon until at least midnight trying to cool the house. Since then the house has been cool, the ac runs a few minutes and shuts off! I’m anxious to see what difference there will be in our electric bill. Thank you VES Insulation!

The initial appointment went pretty smooth, Robert came over looked around my attic and within a short period after that he made his recommendations and sent me an estimate.Robert worked with me on a reasonable appointment for both us. Shortly after that the crew showed up right on time. Quick efficient and friendly installation process. They cleaned up nicely and they asked me to inspect the work . Robert followed up for pay which was easy stress free and gave me several options to accommodate payment. The very next day it was a hot day and I noticed how much cooler my home and garage were. I was extremely pleased with the results . I highly recommend VES insulation service .

I recommend Valley Energy Specialist! Unlike a couple of people, I had exceptional customer service. Rob was very professional and his estimate was thorough, honest and fair.  I received quotes from two other local businesses that do the same exact type of job and Valley Energy Specialist was by far the least expensive. Rob explained all of my options for attic insulation on an older home I recently purchased. I decided to do spray foam insulation and they also installed an insulated garage door. His crew was professional and did excellent work. I dont often write reviews but they provided excellent service and deserve great feedback.

If you care about the quality spray foam than do not go with ves they use knock off insulation but it does not matter than go with them because they have very affordable prices the most affordable in the valley for that reason because of the horrible quality insulation

I called VES insulation to inspect my home and see what we need for insulation, we had big spots where we could see the ceiling with no insulation. Rob give me a quote for 15 inches of insulation all over. Within a few days they were here and blew in the insulation. What a difference it has made, it is one of the best investments you can make for summer.

I had work done on the 12th of January its now the 27th of January and Fabian continues to drop the ball on his word on customer service, he tells me he will get on it but does not call or text his customers to keep them in the loop. (NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE) I will notify the B.B.B on the poor service.

Ive called everyday for almost a week to get an estimate. It says 7months ago you guys went through restructuring to do better at this. Still cant even get someone to call be back to schedule a estimate. How do you guys stay in business. Dont waste your time people, they either dont care about their customers or potential customers or are very poorly run

As Ms. Montes describes below, I too was hung up on. Shortly after a female answered I began to describe the situation involving my home and the service I was looking for. I was having a difficult time describing it and so was not talking very fast. It was clear whoever the female was that answered became impatient. All of a sudden I just heard the sound of the handset being dropped back into the phone base. Beyond rude, entirely unprofessional, obviously uneducated. I dont see how this company stays in business. If ZERO stars was an option, thats what I would have rated.

Jesus aside from being 100% unprofessional did not give me an estaimate. As per the office manager my home is low bearing. Jesus did not bother to look at the attic in my home. Him saying the house is low bearing was based on the outside of the home. As per other professional estimates I have received all have said insulation in the attic is possible with a blower/spray insulation. But how would Jesus and his office manager know that if he did not bother to look at the attic? Lazy and unprofessional. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

I am a builder (residential) and use foam insulation in all our homes. VES insulation has excellent prices and AMAZING service. Their crews are clean and efficient and the sales reps are helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend VES very much for all insulation needs

Do NOT hire this very unprofessional company called Valley Energy Specialist from Pharr. I called to seek for help since they got hired by the contractor that built our house and they were not even willing to hear my concern. I asked them if a energy specialist can come check it out and they literally hung up on me. I called again right after to see if the line had gotten disconnected, and the owner and the secretary would not talk to me or say if they can send a technician. As I was asking for help, they hung up on me again. Very very unreal. Super unprofessional.

The most established insulation company in the Rio Grande Valley. Been in business since 1998 and has continued to push the standards of installing quality insulation products. Spray Foam, Fiberglass, Air-Sealing, Energy Audits! They can do it allater for a very reasonable price!
