Had a family member buy me a disposable vape for $20 while they were out and it was dead when it got home, it has a port for charging, so i attempted to charge it and it wouldn’t. Took it back to the store and the guy that owns it refused to hear anything i had to say. He said i should have tried it before leaving and I agree but I didn’t purchase it and literally go to this store every other day and the vape was obviously brand new with the box and you can see the liquid was still full because it has a clear tank. He was rude, condescending, and a had zero empathy for a customer that spends around $100+ a week there. I absolutely refuse to go back and have told my entire circle to avoid this place. I always try to support the little guys in business but if thats how they treat customers I cannot and will not spend my earned money there even if i have to drive 10 miles out of the way.The woman with blonde hair that works there with the doggo is always so nice and welcoming when i come in but the man acts like he doesn’t want you to be there. They always talk about how they are struggling as a business and now i know exactly why! Dont sell products you cant stand behind.

I talked to the associate before arrival. Upon arrival he told me that the dolly I requested was not available. Which he couldve said on the phone before I got there. He said he would call another location and tell them I was on the way. I got to the second location and there was not a dolly available. The customer service was very poor. Id never rent from there again!
They are very helpful when you wre stuck and you hav e to have your gmail and your user name.
I left my credit card and the owner held it for me until I could get back to pick it up. He was very kind.
