I’d been looking around for my dream car for about 4 months and I could not find a good deal until I found choice motor. It was a killer deal I could not miss and after I put a hold on the car I was having trouble with my bank I had to wait 3 weeks but Arthur and Chris were very patient and willing to work with me throughout the process and I love my new car.

I spoke to Authur regarding a Lexus they had on the lot. He told me to come in at 4pm, when I got there he did not come to greet me and told me I couldn’t text drive the car because they were closing at 5! He told me to call him the next day but he had someone else scheduled to look at the vehicle at 9am. He was very unprofessional and I felt like he saw me (African America) and instantly decided he wasn’t going to sell me the vehicle. I will never recommend this auto company to anyone!!Test driving the car was NOT offered nor the option the leave a deposit! Not to mention why would I leave a deposit on a vehicle that I did not drive? That was a lie! In addition, Why would you schedule someone to come see a vehicle at 4pm if you close at 5 (not 4:30 pm as you stated) and not allow them to test drive it? You pulled the car out and said I was not able to test drive it today, I needed to come back tomorrow.

Took car to Nissan after purchase didn’t appreciate being lied too saying nothing was wrong with the car and the ac just went out it was in a full on accident and employee specifically told me no accident nothing was wrong I have 1300 bucks worth of accident damaged that’s not under warranty due to it being in a accident … light popped up 2 mins with I’m leaving the purchase location. zip tied down. Sensors and all. Crazy response you is got a good price I was lied to throughout the whole process. Not cool . Only thing good is motor is under full warranty …

For anyone looking to purchase a car here, or in the near future, please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. No one at this shop knows car like they portray they do. At time of purchase, immediately knew it needed all new breaks AND a strut and control arm in the front right. Wanted to do nothing about it after saying there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the car. My car sat at this shop for a week for something that should of taken 2 days. Not even. Every day it was something new from him and made me sit back and question what’s actually going on. Before I had to replace my wheel in the front from hitting a pothole, my strut and control arm needed to be replaced. But of course when taken there, it was my fault and blah blah blah. The OWNER stole my temporary registration out of the back window of the car that was taped there. Then proceeded to say he didn’t know what I was talking about. Sent me a photocopied registration paper. Not the actual notarized paper from PennDot. I’m supposed to be “family” as his girlfriend is my aunt, and he and her had no problem doing this to me so don’t think he wouldn’t do it to a regular person. Told me the car was safe for my NEWBORN CHILD and was not safe what so ever to be taken off the lot. They are very money hungry here and will do whatever it takes to get the car off the lot. And also Tracey Wicker in the reviews is his girlfriend so of course he will treat her like “family”. In defense for Robert, after spending $15,000, you should let someone know if there is any problems with the car. But like I said, they don’t and when confronted about, it’s your problem now. Spent $1,400 on repairs for my car that was self inflicted from someone and a problem before purchasing the car from him.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, very patient always willing to answer any of my car questions. His prices are fair and I feel like I have been treated like family I would highly recommend him
