Try to get there before 10, business really picks up then. I went to have a big screw removed from a newer tire (2015 GMC Acadia SUV). Brand new tire was 215$. Given the option to fix or purchase, got the new one & used the fixed one as a new spare. Appreciated the honesty.

I called to ask for a quote about replacing 4 tires. Said they would do it for a certain price including alignment. Brought it there and it took 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires and they weren’t busy. Then when I asked about alignment, they told me they didn’t have time to do it and that I would be charged even though I was told it would be included. They ended up doing it that night. However, now a week later I have a vibration that I didn’t have before. Service was so bad I’d rather pay someone else to fix it then bring it back there.

Didnt have to wait long. Everyone was nice and accommodating.

Had to get a tire replaced on the work truck today (THD). The guys were cool, old timers, they were actually writing the work order by hand, no computer. He spent more time on the phone with the automated service then installing the tire. Is so hard too get a real person on the phone anymore. BLATT, is a good place to visit.

Needed a used tire for a neighbors car. Called on the phone. They had one and could do the mount and balance upon my arrival. Tire looks almost brand new and a near match to whats already on the car. $45 plus tax and disposal fee of $3 made my neighbor very happy.

Quick service on a Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend. Needed a tire patched after an attempted plug of a hole from a screw failed. They had me in and out in 20 minutes. Price was fair. Ive been here a few times before for tires or minor repairs when my regular mechanic wasnt available. Tire prices were better than average, and usually quick service even without an appointment.

I would leave a 5 star but the person who rotated my tire used only one jack to lift up my truck instead of two. He placed the jack in the middle of the vehicle not where it supposed to be. Its did left a dent, I do not know if damaged my truck frame. People there are friendly and price was good but why would that guy used only one jack to lift up my truck? Its a tire shop jacks are everywhere.I did say something at the time but its all really up on the jack. I am very disappointed I had to leave a one star for a small business, but my truck frame might be damaged. Hopefully the owner might address this issue with their staffs for this should not happen again. Maybe this does not damaged the frame but as a customer do we need to worried about that? Go there, shop there just keep a eye out they are nice people.

Joe quoted me the going rate for what I requested then wrote me up $40 more than the quote. Also didnt put the weights on the back of the wheel how I asked. Service and integrity of this shop are both trash.

The only good thing that I have to say about Blatt is that they will not vandalize or sabotage your car in unprovable ways if they get mad at you, like some dealers will. Blatts prices are relatively high for almost everything, their mechanics are as slow as a dead snail, and their advertised specials are just a ploy to get you into their stores so they can attempt to sell you on unnecessary repairs. But you could do worse. The car repair/tire business is cutthroat.

For $25 each (quickly installed), I buy almost-new used tires from shops inKensington, North Philly, and elsewhere. After decades of purchasing both new andused tires, I have come to the conclusion that used tires last about as long as newones do, despite costing five to 10 times less! As for Blatt, they get the job done, butat an enormous cost andonly after long waits. Count on waiting only 10 to 15 minutes at used tire shops, but atleast a couple hours at new tire sellers. The time savings alone makes the former abargain. As for Joes comment, I likewise was baited and switched by Blatt. Do notbelieve their telephone quotes, as they are just a deception to lure you into their store.

I went in with a flat and bought a used tired that looked almost new the text was awesome checkes the air in all my tires and balanced tge used tire i bought.
