Bagels 🥯 are great! I get the cinnamon and raisin ones, and then I make sandwiches on them!! They are so good! I don’t know what the Science is behind the bagel or how it’s made, but it’s extremely delightful. They are also perfect with the cream cheese, strawberry is one of my favorites! Don’t forget your mask 😷. I think this place deserves a 5 star ⭐️ because my aunt says so😂 she also loves the bagels 🥯.

Really delicious kosher bagels from a jewish owned business! i’m from nyc and these hit the spot. my one kvetch is that they didn’t have hummus to put on my bagel or tofu cream cheese like most kosher bagel spots. for those of us that don’t eat dairy this would be a wonderful option to have! closed on shabbos- to be expected!

I have had bagels from Maine to Florida, these are the best, with apologies to my NYC friends. Must stop when I am back home.

The Bagels are top quality, and I know a thing or two about Bagels. (yes, they are actually CLOSED on Saturday. Almost lost a star for that, but the Bagels are just so damn good)

Legit kosher bagels, as good as you can get in any city you care to name. Storefront best described as utilitarian, staff is friendly and keeps the line moving briskly. Closed on shabbos, as youd expect.

Some of the best bagels I’ve ever had outside of New York. Delectably crispy on the outside and perfectly pillowy on the inside. Their everything toasted bagel with butter is my personal favorite; I can never get enough of it. No frills, convenient location right off of City Ave. Simply the best spot in the greater Philadelphia area to grab the ol’ holy snack.

Nick makes the best Begals in Philly. He makes all of his own cream cheeses and they are so spot on that they are addictive. Also make all of his own salads like whitefish, pasta etc. So amazing. He is a community based guy and I have seen his generosity many times. Pay him a visit soon....

First time visiting this place today.It’s not the fanciest place but, don’t let that fool you because this is a hidden gem for sure!!I love getting a Lox bagel and 90% of the time I’m always disappointed. Usually the salmon is so small you can’t even find it. Way to much cream cheese and the bagels are ok. However, my bagel was so flavorful and had a great crunch to it. The quantity and quality of the salmon was perfect!! Lastly, the employees were so friendly and inviting I appreciated them even more!! 10 stars:)

Im from north Jersey grew up on real New York bagels, as I moved to central and south Jersey I had to drive an hour to get a decent bagel. Who knew I just needed to move to PA to once again have great bagels. I searched for years.

It has become a regular tradition for my family.Originally from New York city and these are spot on NYC style. Great crust fluffy inside.Bring your kids (st least on a Sunday) and they can get a free mini muffin.Some downsides would be closed on Saturdays, and Jewish religious holidays, but not uncommon for area. Also has been closed on some random days when I was craving a good Bagel. But still, with that, amazing bagels.

The absolute worst. And I’m a born and raised New Yorker. After waiting in line for 20 minutes we got up there and they said no sandwiches. And by that they mean no butter or cream cheese today?!?!?!??!!!! But it’s on their menu. Seriously no sign and no announcement the entire time we were in line. Ugly. Unprofessional.

Real New York level bagels! What a find. Rest of food is basic, and store is tiny and a bit hard to spot (hint: it isnt the street facing deli, look about four storefronts behind that). Youre not really going for physical concert and ambiance, youre going for those bagels.

The best bagels ever! Nick and staff are wonderful! After being a frequent customer, I fell ill. He remembered both my daughter and me, and asked for me. Not only did he welcome me back, but often sent complimentary bagels and toppings! What a beautiful man and delicious eats!

If a relative from New York brings you bagels when they visit, dont bring them here. Theyll wonder why you made them schlep the bagels all those years. (If you make that mistake, just stroke their pride telling them that everything in (and from) New York is better and theyll schlep more.) The only reason this place didnt get a five is because they dont always have basic New York staples i.e. rye/salt and salt sticks. But that might be because its in Philly.

These are the best bagels in the Philadelphia area. I love bagels and find places like WaWa and supermarkets sell something that tastes like a muffin, only bagel shaped-not what I want. I used to go here 10 years ago and recently started working at SJU(Saint Joes) and stopped in one morning. Man. theyre just as good. I took some home and my kids loved them. With a cup of coffee its like heaven!

Counter take-out place with delicious bagels, excellent catering platters, and polite staff. Even when crowds are lined up on Sundays( because the bagels are THAT good) they work quickly to fill your order. Worth the trip !
