It was my first time there, so far I like my first visit. I found the right shoes I wanted.

Hours online state 7pm close time. I got there 6:15pm and the guy comes to the door and states mall closes at 7pm on Sundays, but they close at 6pm. Apparently they are the only store here that closes early. Fix your hours online, so you can stop wasting peoples time.

My shopping experience was wonderful shopping alone. I stood in line gave the cashier all of my information to order a pair of sneakers that was out of stock.He didnt tell me about the buy one get one half price until the other cashier mentioned it to his customer.I then went back to shop for my second pair.After completely ringing up my purchase I paid.Only to walk out the store with the pair of sneakers that he was supposably ordering maybe he wanted to get a laugh once I walked by the door and the alarm went off I continued walking because I know I did NOTHING wrong.I got into the hallway looked in my bag I already had big bags from Marshalls however I look into Off Broadway bag only to realize the sneakers that was too small that he said he ordered was in my bag.I turned around to go back in the store he met me in front of the store saying LOUDLY you wasnt supposed to take those🤔🤔I said I didnt take them THOSE ARE THE ONES you were supposed to be ordering!! What the hell am I going to do with sneakers thats too small and I paid for the correct size?guess you wanted to get a laugh but jokes on you! Poor customer service ☹️

I really like this place!! I very rarely go to the mall but when I do, this store is my first stop!! They always have great selection and the store is usually clean and organized. The prices are great too.

They have nice things. My thing is, I won’t shop where I am not wanted. Get rid of your racist workers because all types of people shop in your store. It’s very disgusting that people, like the ones in your store is out there...I did nothing wrong while In the store, but I did have a HORRIBLE experience. I cried and everything.Racially profiling someone is wrong and not very professional. I had no bags and I was sitting waiting on my fiancé to finish shopping.I wasn’t even around your items. I’ve shopped in this store three times before this incident. Now, I’ve learned my lesson.

Manager Trung is very racist he treats black employees like trash no thanks for their work . He hires my friend for the summer told her for one month she was a very good worker always on time then he called her on the phone and told her her month is up not even to let her stay for the balance of the summer to get some money to go back to college never said thank you he’s racist don’t send anyone there to work

Terrible and horrible experience with the guy that claimed to be the store manager. First, he acted in the most unprofessional manner and laughed at my name... then he gave me two right foot shoes in the same box... after I made a second trip to the store to change the pair he gave me two different sizes of the shoe... on the third trip... he was rude enough to tell me and my family to put the pairs of shoes that we had tried to put them away and asked us to leave the store. He threw my refund receipt in the trash and refused to print it for me. Never going back there! Distasteful customer service!
