I always went to Home Depot for my supplies and did a Google search and found Broadview Kitchen. The staff is friendly and does everything to work with you and exceed your expectations. Henry and Olivia is always on top of what am looking for. If youre going to Home Depot, stop visit this place and youll never go back.

Products are reasonably priced but customer service is extremely poor. I came twice. one week day I was highly disappointed the woman (accented black woman) acted as if I were disrupting their conversation. I think Ill keep going to Home Depot. Btw the 2 stars are for the products.

So I must have went in when it was lunch time. I spoke with a young lady I told her i needed prices for cabinets for my kitchen. She came from behind the counter and started telling me the prices that i could see myself. I said no, I had my kitchen measured, pointed to who did my measurements. He asked me how long ago I had my kitchen measured, he asked me my address. I gave him my adress and told him it was last summer. He says oh thats going to be hard. He continued to eat looked in his notebook I walked away. 20 minutes later he walks over to me and says we cant find it we have to make another appointment then walked away I have never been so annoyed I walked out. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a terrible experience and they lost a customer. My information should still been in his note book if he did his job correctly and wrote down my information. I didnt even want to give them one star but it wouldnt let me post it it was actually 0 stars.
