I am updating my initial review from 1 stars to 3 stars. The only reason I am not doing higher is because there was still the issue of not returning phone calls. That being said I just picked up my ps4 and the gentleman was polite and honest about not finding any issues with it. He even gave me a free cord. Overall my experience was improved upon but still a shame they cant return calls or else I would have left a 5 star review.

My xbox was pretty damaged took them.one day and it works completely fine these guys are experts

I put my laptop there to replace a screen, they said it would be fixed in 2 weeks. 2 ENTIRE MONTHS later its not fixed and I received zero information or communication. Different excuse every time I call. Im taking the laptop back and bringing it somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous, what a sham.Update: I got the laptop back, they gave some excuse like the laptop is weird and the parts they ordered didnt work. Even if that was the case, they shouldve communicated.Update 2: I took the laptop to another shop (Phone Repair Philly) and had it repaired in 4 days. Dont waste your time year.

Went there June 17th to get replacement glass for my android phone. Paid a down payment. They called me to tell me replacement was in. When I got there, they had ordered the wrong size. I waited 2 months, never heard from them. I called them and they said they ordered the new glass but it was coming from China so it was very slow. Three weeks later, I called and they said my replacement was in . But they never called me to tell me. So finally I got back to South St, and they replaced the piece. I asked them for a receipt for the down payment I made months ago(for insurance purposes). They said they would send me both receipts. I only got yesterdays receipt. So i called again and asked for the other receipt. It was 3 months ago. I cant remember the exact date. They said they are not going to look thru thousands of transactions. But they had all the info on yesterdays transactions. The guy said I have to come to the store. So I said, youll look for the info when I come in? Then he offered an alternative option and looked under my credit card. The service was horrible. And they were arrogant about it after they messed up my requests.

Dude! I went here to get my MacBook screen fixed on October 12. Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks, the guy who works at the front; the owner of the business was VERY VERY condescending and mean to me. I was as patient as I can be with him but he REALLY needs to fix the way he talks to people dude. Especially when people are spending their money and trying to service him. He did fix it and it’s working perfectly though.

First of all there should be no reason why my cousin went there. To get his PS4 fixed and came back with a half done job. And of course the crackers didn’t even fix it correctly. He can’t turn it on by the button unless he inserts the disc. This isn’t okay he spent his money there for them to barely fix it. Do not go there.

My daughter fail down the steps and broke her new iPhone xr while visiting from out of state. She wad stressing about getting a replacement or repairing the phone because she needed it for work. My son told us to call iRepairWorks store they was able to repair her phone in less than a hour. Outstanding work.

I could’ve sworn that I left a review about this place before... anyway I took my PS3 there some years back and they tried to fix it but damaged the eye a little during repair attempt. They called me up, asked me to come in, explained what happened and gave me a new PS3 plus cash!! I was blown away. They didn’t try and get over on me which they could have if they wanted to, they could’ve lied, put a different part in, whatever. They didn’t. They were really cool about everything.Tonight I was looking for a place near where I live now because unfortunately I’m having an issue with my PS4. Out of nowhere I’m not getting a signal when I turn it on and they cane up and I was surprised to see them on my search as I’m in Blackwood NJ now and no longer in my hometown of South Philly. Might have to get down there again. It’s worth the drive and time. These guys are definitely trustworthy IMO.

Had a power supply issue with my ps4. Repairs were prompt and was done within two days, havent had a problem with it since. Would definitely go back for any electronic repairs

I had an iPhone 6 Plus a few years back that had the touch disease. This company quoted me $100 to fix and initially tried to replace the screen. That didnt fix the issue and it escalated to the point where my phone would no longer power on at all. This company did the stand up thing and said they would buy me a new phone and honor the initial quote for $100 to fix. They probably had to eat approximately $200-$300 in costs to provide me that new phone.That speaks volumes to their business ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for phone repair issues now and in the future.

I never quite know what to expect going into phone repair stores. These folks fixed my charger port and replaced my scuffed-up screen protector with a new, better one for a super reasonable price. And they did it quickly too!Also, if you’re a gamer, they have all sorts of gaming stuff here. I’m not a gamer, but maybe this tidbit will help someone.

This was the most positive experience I’ve had with an iPhone repair. My rear camera cracked on my 8+ which I was quoted as being a very pricy repair at most shops. iRepairWorks was the most affordable. Not only was the price reasonable, but the service was completed within 45 minutes. This will definitely be my go to place for any device repairs going forward!

I got my phone un-disabled here and they were 30 minutes tops while at best buy we were there for hours and they didnt even fix it. i would recommend here over anywhere else, they were also very friendly and helpful.

I have a somewhat uncommon Motorola phone that needed a screen repair and the staff here were very professional in helping me get it fixed. I paid for half of the repair up front and half when it was fixed, as the part needed to be ordered before the repair could begin. The friendliness of the staff and the quality of the work are both top notch.

I brought my PS4 to them for hdmi port issues 3 days latter they called said nothing could be done my processor blew out I picked up yesterday after 3 weeks when I finally found the time I got my PS4 home it was in safe mode they fixed my hdmi port so now I can see on screen I did step 5 now iam playing they fixed it but didn’t know what they where talking about and I still didn’t have to pay $115 for hdmi port they gave me brand new port

I stopped in to have the back of my phone repaired/replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Service was timely, professional, and friendly. The cost was reasonably priced. If you are not sure if they have the parts, you can email them and they will give you the price, estimated time needed to fix, and can have the parts ready. I planned my visit in advance and it worked out perfectly. I would recommend their business to a friend and I would return if I need my phone repaired.

I cant really speak highly enough of this place. They fixed my boyfriends cracked iPhone screen while we waited, on a weekend for a reasonable price. The other day I brought in my PS3 which had a Yellow Light of Death and everywhere online it said it will never work again and these guys fixed it in less than a day and it works so great and smoothly. So far no problems at all and I didnt lose any data or my favorite game! Thanks for fixing things promptly and with such care and for a reasonable price. I was nearly going to buy another PS3 for more than what I paid for to get this one fixed, and I would have lost my favorite game and I wouldnt have a backwards (PS2) compatible one anymore.

Great experience! Super nice guys. I accidentally cracked my sons iPod Touch glass on Christmas Day. I called them this morning, and they had the glass in stock! I dropped the iPod off and it was fixed in about an hour for a very reasonable price! 👍🏼

They lied about having my water damaged iPhone up and running and kept it for days, saying they were having trouble connecting to my network. The phone was not up and running and was in worse shape after picking it up than when I dropped it off. I would have appreciated if they just told me they couldnt fix it instead of lying all that time.

Great Service. The microphone on my note 4 was broken, they were able to fix it and ship it to me quickly. Much cheaper to get it fixed then to buy a new phone.

I had a Nexus 5x fall out of my pocket while on a bike, that was run over by a car before I could pick it back up. I took it to iRepairWorks hoping that I could get it fixed. They offered a very fair price for the screen repair and were very responsive. Sadly the phone really took a beating and other parts of the phone started to fail. So, I decided to get a new phone and just replace. Regardless, they were very helpful and excellent customer service.Thanks!

My names Taylor and I came into this store about a month ago (sep 2019) with my ps4 that wasnt displaying. I figured there was something wrong with the hdmi port and that it was fixable since sometimes it would work if I adjusted the cord or propped it up on something. When the store called me the next day they said they couldnt fix it which is fine if it cant be fixed it cant be fixed. However they told me it couldnt be fixed because the main processor was shot. A few days later I tried plugging it in again but it still wasnt displaying then I went to bed and forgot to turn the system off when I went to turn it off in the morning it was displaying in safe mode. idk how this happened but when I selected one of the options the ps restarted and has been working perfectly fine for the past month. The main reason Im giving the store a bad review is because they told me the ps processor was shot but clearly it wasnt since now its working perfectly fine. On top of that they told me the best thing to do would just be to buy a new system and they offered me $10 credit for my broken beyond repair ps4 if I bought one of their ps4s. I would give this store a 5 star review if they had just honestly told me they did not know what was wrong with my system but instead they told me it was shot and wouldnt work again which was either a lie or they just cant tell the difference between a working processor and a broken one.Based on my experience with this store I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Quick, friendly, professional. Took my iPhone 6 there for a screen replacement. They said come back a 1/2hr later....and it was done. Only downside are their hours limited and it was a bit expensive, but they did the job.

Although TVs are not their specialty, I went in for a TV repair and they said they could fix it. They claimed all it needed was a new part and it would be good as new. The new part was $150..pretty expensive but much less than the TV costs so I went ahead and did it. It worked great for like 4-6 months maybe, then it started returning to its old problem of flashing the picture and displaying an annoying message in the corner of the screen. I went it to see if theyd fix it (for free), but no dice. Most of them are relatively nice guys, but I cant endorse them to fix anything or to uphold customer relations based on my experience.

I had a late 2011 15-inch apple macbook pro that had the gray screen of death. Took it to Apple Store. Apple said video card was bad, and PC was too old for them to repair. Took it to Bundy Computer, an authorized Apple repair shop and competitor to this place, and they said it is too old to repair. Finally, took it to iRepairWorks, and they fixed it within 24-hours, at a price that exceeded my exceptions (meaning price was low), which is great. Left a tip (which I never do), but probably should left a bigger one, so this review serves as the rest of the gratuity. Great shop. Very professional. Highly recommend for Apple products, including vintage Apple products. They also warranty the repair.

Went here a few weeks ago to get my iphone 6 fixed. They replaced the screen and everything was fine. All was good until a few weeks later my phone was starting to glitch and get lines. I thought they would replace it again for me but they couldnt and said it was my fault and wanted to charge me more money.

Turned in a PS4 that I was having problems with. Man told me specifically what the problem was and told me it would take a week to fix. After 2 and a half weeks, I called in and was told they couldnt fix it and had to do with the processor. I cant really rate their progress because Im not sure if they did extensive work to try to figure out how to fix it and they genuinely couldnt or if they were too lazy or were so busy due to low staff. They were pretty nice but I would think if they were experts, theyd be able to fix it but at the same time there are things even experts may not be able to fix and cant help it. I dont know and not able to make an educated judgment because I wasnt there. Four stars because they took so long on it. I will take it to another irepair place and see what happens.

I had a terrible experience at this repair shop that they dragged out for almost a month!I brought my Xbox One in because it was overheating. They told me it was an EASY FIX and gave it back after 3days. I go home only to discover my Xbox is still broken. I bring it back and they work on it for over 2 weeks. I have to call them to get it back because they must forgotten that they even had it! They tell me it was fixed days ago and I can pick it up. So, I take it home and it overheats AGAIN!So they are either lying to my face, or they arent testing it before giving it back. Neither is acceptable.So on my third visit they tell me ghey cant fix it(even though they already fixed it twice?) They wont give me a refund, even though its obvious they never fixed my Xbox, But, LUCKY ME: if I give them a hundred more dollars they can sell me a used Xbox that they fixed previously. Why would I believe them when they tell me this Xbox works when they told me that twice before about my Xbox, but were wrong?!?So Im out $60 and have a xbox that has been fixed twice by this repair shop, but still doesnt work. Great.

Came here bc I was having issues w the touch sensitivity on my iPhone. I had gotten my screen repaired previously for cheap by someone else, not realizing that it was cheap bc of the low quality screen they used. So I had to bring it here to swap it out. These guys are great.

From repeat customerbad customer serviceIn the past 12 months Ive spent around $400 in this place replacing my screens (also recommended them to my friends) .The work was bit expensive but I was satisfied with the quality. Last week I got new phone and wanted to install a screen protector. I stopped by at iRepairWorks today and asked if I can pay them for the installation (I want to make sure the screen looks good with protector on it and thought these guys will do good job). A gentleman told be that is not worth it for him to help me out with the installation (even if I pay him). That was his answer to a repeat customer. Because of bad customer service Im not going to come back or recommend them to friends.bad customer service, ok job but pricy.

Ive been using them for years. They have fixed all of my sons damaged game consoles, from his xbox, xbox one, ps3, ps4, and now his ps4 pro. They are honest and dependable! Prior to working on the ps4 pro they infmd me that we are still under warranty with Sony and that, that may be a better option for me. After contacting Sony and realizing all of the red tape and hoops I would jump thru; irepair works is my best option. The best in the business!

I gave them my PS3 RLOD, they gave it back to me 3 days later, working. I paid them a fair wage for their time. Overall, good experience.
