So theres been several reviews of this place being con artists. I went here because it was the only available store open at the time. Female in the back just watching movies while the other is at the desk with poor attention to customers. Instead of focusing on finishing business with one customer the guy rather walk around having conversation with other people. Bought service there and a day later my line does not work with a error it was not paid for when I paid for service at the time of sale for 30 days. Now I cant even use what I had paid for at this store.. Called the store number, goes straight to voicemail. I can cosign that this place is indeed crooked. Dont even know how a place like this is in business. The Koreans here seemed to have no idea what they were doing as well.

This place is a con. They wheel and deal in front of others customers. I went in there to have my phone battery fixed. The girl behind the counter is trying to sell the phone she was currently using to different customers that walked in. She kept telling them the camera had to be replaced, but everything else is ok. I was trying to get my battery replaced. I dropped the phone off, went out of town and when I came back I had my wife go to inquire about it. They claim they don’t know were it is. The only thing I didn’t like is the game they tried to run. I already know they sold it. I can tell by standing in there the day I was there,the customer base is all fast money from the “Hood” I really had no investment in the phone it was given to me. It’s just the audacity that these foreign merchants have on us as being dumb. We never returned or looked back. I imagine how many did that before me. So, you get 1 ⭐️ for being neighborhood crooks!!

Fixed my cracked screen twice. Second time screen cracked on its own. Mustve sold defective screen. After second repair camera features disappeared, phone kept saying headphones were plugged in, and whenever headphones were plugged in Google search opened on its own. Wouldnt fix.

Great people, great prices. I can get my electronics fix here for a very reasonable no haggle price

Poor Customer service, sold me a defective Bluetooth speaker & if you take them a item that you no longer want or need, they give you next to nothing for it & sell it for triple the price they bought it from you. I will no longer be a customer at wireless for you & I hope no one else falls for their propaganda.
