Its been 8 weeks i left my laptop to get fixed and each time they tell me a date to pick up its not ready

Such a nice store, they are really kind and helpful and their student is policy really helps out when needed.

Great experience tech guys know what they are doing fixed my phone screen and camera in 25mins and phone is in good working condition, definitely coming back next time my phone breaks(trust me it breaks often smh)

One of the worst telecommunications store out in Philadelphia. They sell fake items in the store. They’ll say everything is real but if you look closely to the tags you can just tell how fake they are. This place is a joke.

I drop my phone with this Bebo to fix it and he told me six days and the six days best and you told me another six days and has been two weeks right now and after that the screen get delayed he saying after that they receive the screen and he seem to scream to receive is not good do you waiting for the other one and I called him today and he told me it doesn’t halftime to do it do you lying you’re a bad kind of business do you have

Very good service the good also give warranty for the repair of phones and for the sale of gold and phones and I recommend it.

I had work done on my laptop here that wouldve cost me at least three or four hundred dollars if I went to Dell and they charge me less than half of that and all the work was done the following day and they were okay with me paying half up front.

Worst place to fix your phone. Please do not pay anything up front until your the work is well done. They will want to give you a store credit that you cant use because the store is so empty. Do not accept that either or you will spend decade trying to get worthless things for higher store credit. Do not fall for it.

Paid to get my screen fixed and it broke the next day

A year ago i bought my pc here for repair.they could not tell me what was wrong with it.they wanted $80 up front and said they would refund the full amount if it could not be fixed ----6 visits and almost a year later they said it was unrepairable.what i felt stupid about was that i paid them up front ---no estimates, no full refund just the return of my pc not fixed.please,avoid this businesss for phone+computer repairs at all costs.shame on them for asking for repair money up front --this is not the way to do business.they were very rude everytime i visited and asked how the repairs on my pc were coming along.it would be better for me to just buy a new pc.i have since reported them to the bbb and of course they never responded to their calls.again if you need repairs on your phone or computers, this is not the place to bring it to---you have been warned !!! They will take your money up front just to get a repair esimate.this practice should be outlawed !

The people at the store dont kno what theyre talking about and the service is horrible. Dont buy anything either cuz its part of their scam cause they dont give refunds for anything only store credit so once u buy a detective item u cant get your money back just your choice at another defective item

This place ruined my nephews phone. He paid 125 dollars to fix a cracked screen however, what they placed was another cracked screen and didnt want to replace it. On top of that, the screen is defective and doesnt even allow touch. Therefore, his phone no longer works at all.
