This place is my to go to get paperwork printed. Good quality, friendly staff. Can be very busy specially near universities. Great prices too.

They make you pay $2 if you want to use card or Apple Pay but don’t tell you until after you’ve printed your things.

I like supporting local business. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m generally happy with it. But we are in a different time now- and because of their policy of online orders being $25 minimum, I had to go in person. It was a nightmare. Employees and management, do not wear face masks correctly (Or at all) despite the posted signs. Masks are frequently pulled down, barely on, Or just MIA. Customers included. No social distancing. On a Friday afternoon is was a zoo.The staff was nice enough, and helpful, and some employees tried enough. But I’m really disappointed how unsafe it felt inside. If you want to operate this way- at this point, honestly, WHATEVER- but customers should know. And I think your policy minimum should be curbed temporarily so that you don’t risk people’s health forcing them to come in and stand around when your establishment isn’t operating correctly.

I’ve been going to this printing place for 3 years. I’m a visual artist who works with a variety of different sized patterns & I’ve never had an issue getting my items printed— from standard 8.5”x11” to 3ftx5ft. The staff is always very helpful and professional. The prices are also very reasonable. I’m able to get my items printed fast and efficiently. I highly recommend this store for printing needs.

I was shipping an item for someone, all I had was the item, and a thank you email, that was supposed to go inside the packing with the item. Campus Copy was able to help with the proper packaging, print out the thank you card, put it in the package,, print out the shipping label and get it shipped, all in one, easy, painless and seamless operation. To steal a phrase ... That was easy

Great place to make copies of rent computer time.

It’s the best option for those of us who need to ship things out in Philly but the manager (whose face is on the banner in the store) walks around the store without his mask on and talks to customers without it on. During a pandemic this is incredibly irresponsible.

One thing Campus Copy should have discount for loyal customers and Senior at least 20% they will not go broke!

I would give this no stars if I could. Not a single employee or customer were wearing masks in this place. We are in the middle of a global health crisis and I needed to be able to go to this business without the fear that I could get sick or put my loved ones at risk because of someone else’s negligence for the well being of others. I will not be returning.

They lost points for their lack of concern about my lost packages. The staff is friendly, the store is well lit, but it is a store responsible for shipping. Their lack of concern with packages shipped, and paid for is disappointing.

Faxing cost waaaaaaaay to much

I ordered programs for my wedding ceremony from Campus Copy Center and they were so professional. The cost was reasonable and they came out great. Couldn’t have been happier with their customer service.

Printing quality is good. BuT you always have to wait forever, and they even charge the time you wait. Very very slow. Bad service. The staffs are very inefficient and unprofessional! You should tell them how to do very specifically, if not they will waste your time and money. Very bad experience.

I really like it. They are open late and on the weekends. They service you as you like. And friendly!

Very helpful people. Color printouts are very reasonable. You having printing, copying and posting/ courier services too, all in one place.

I got passport photos here, and they turned up with a slight shadow behind my head that I didn’t know if were acceptable my USCIS. The next day, I came back in and they redid them for me free of charge. Checked with me throughout the process, and made sure I was happy with what I ended up with.

Campus copy staff are helpful & easy going. As a non profit, we send stuff via email all the time and they have it ready when we need it. They have even fixed our files when formatting is off, free of charge. The one drawback is that it can get quite busy in there, which increases wait times for pick up.

Its a center that can copy things, and is located on a campus. Regular print jobs are fast and relatively cheap.

The service here is always great. I have been a customer for about 11 years. Id recommend them to anyone.If you are upset about a package/letter not making it on time when using USPS, I dont know what to tell you. If you needed something to be delivered on time, why would you use the US Mail? Dont blame the Campus Copy Center for a USPS failure.

I came here to ship my textbooks ahead of me at the end of the school year (saves money on overweight luggage fees, send them by media mail) and the staff was extremely helpful. I purchased boxes here, packed them at home and then shipped them out here as well. Move-out is a stressful time, and Campus Copy made the process a little less so.

These guys are great and willing to go the extra mile to help you out if youre in a pinch.Go here instead of Fedex/Kinkos.

Employees here look miserable, they make sure to wait that extra minute to rearrange their papers on their desk and every other thing, making sure their machines and cash registers are all in line, just to make sure you know they didnt have to help you right away.then they give you a look when you try to get a quote from both UPS and FedEx and try to charge you the 2nd-day-air prices instead of the cheaper option.Go to the post office, its cheaper and more friendly. Or actually if 37th and walnut Campus Shipping/Copy Center opens back up go there, the employees there are a hell of a lot friendlier, trustworthy, and more efficient!

These folks can handle business. Helpful, friendly, in and out service.

Terrible & lazy service, spent most of my time waiting. They now charge for time on the computers instead of handling your print job directly, so be prepared to wait for assistance as their printers will not work and pay per minute as the timer increases your charges. If you voice concern over any of this, you receive blank stares, as if you should want to spend your money waiting for unintelligible service.

Employees are very helpful. Services are reasonable priced and the prints are high quality.

Its satisfactory, but some of the workers arent the nicest. Also, they charge you to use a computer to print things, which makes me feel nickel and dimed.
