Pride in work is declining and I regularly leave businesses disappointed and saddened by the direction that society is going.I can confidently say that Liberties Parcel is firmly the opposite, Stu and the others at Liberties Parcel are kind, attentive and good at what they do.I was in there for a bit working on a deed package, while I filled out the forms I heard countless interactions with happy customers.This team is liked by many - their energy flows in a way that just makes you feel good. I prefer going here than anywhere else. The staff is sweet and helpful. Im able to send documents I need printed out through email which is convenient. Pricing is affordable. They do a bit of everything here. Passport photos, FedEx, fax, usps and I think you can even get keys made. Wish they had more locations honestly. I dont even bother dealing with the post office anymore.

These guys are the best. Fast and efficient.always help me print the label off when I need to return Amazon stuff. They remember my name and name of people I mail to. It’s a nice easy experience which is odd for a post office. I exclusively only go here and refuse to use any other postal service. Liberties parcel is the best mail place I’ve ever used.

The number of prior reviews of parcel service / shipping companies stands at zero. So why am I writing one now? Allow me to explain.When a journalist friend recently had all of his gear stolen he was effectively left jobless. While we were able to purchase the equipment he needed, getting it to him in Erbil, Iraq was no simple task. The team at Liberty parcel took time to check on delivery challenges, customs holds, the potential for duties, and more. The team explored a number of alternate options, looked at how they could limited costs, including re-boxing the gear in a much smaller package, contracting the foreign delivery guru at FedEx HQ.Long story made just a wee bit longer. These guys were memorably good. They could have easily just taken my box as is, sent it, and shrugged, as the likely problems unfolded and they would have been blameless. However, they really went out of their way. They also called along the way and updated me on what they learned.Suffice to say, if I need to send a package, whether to Trenton or Turkmenistan, I will be using these guys.Special shout out to Stu, as he was the main guy helping throughout the process.

After calling around to a handful of other places looking for a notary at 4:30 pm on a Friday and getting either no response or no as a response I rushed as quickly as I could to Liberties Parcel. I got to the store at quite literally the last minute and was relieved to hear Dont worry, youve made it. I can take care of that. The store associate was very pleasant and patient and knew exactly what needed to be done. Because of my hurried state, I had to print a sub-par quality copy of the document to be notarized; but Liberties Parcel had no problem with printing a new, better copy and completing the notarization and scanning a copy to email straight to me. He even scanned in another documented I needed to be signed, but not notarized, so all my documents were in one convenient email.If I had to sum it all up, Liberties Parcel is efficient, effective, and accommodating. We will definitely be utilizing their services again.

I just recently moved to Norther Liberties and started going to Liberties Parcel. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful. My husband and I exclusively go there to mail our personal and work mail.

I used Liberties Parcel to have a form Noterized and sent out. They were polite, efficient, and saved me $10, I wanted over night delivery, they informed me a regular stamp would get it there just as fast for that zip code. Very cool.
